Bought a family sized portion a couple days ago (sweet deal/ad they had on their window), fast and courteous. When driving back I noticed the famous kernel spices smelled better than the other KFC I would go to...tasted great actually! Even my family noticed. Keep it up!

The staff was very professional and pleasant. I received a 20 percent discount even when. I didn't ask for it. The young man on the cash register was very helpful and friendly. The original recipe chicken was fresh and hot and the corn was very fresh. The store was very clean and organized. Thank you KFC Staff.

I went in, I ordered 2 large potato wedges. They had to make them..so pleased. I put in the location for KFC. It was taking me to the old KFC on Alondra, but they just move across the street. 👍. I'll have to go there more often, now that I know where they are..

Most times this place is great! Today was not One of those days. The lady was extra rude and messed up are order. Then rolled her eyes. Miss raggedy ann should not be in customer service if she hates people. 30 cents for a bbq sauce is crazy. Not like we didn't spend over 20 bucks. I suggest churches or Popeyes!

The quality of KFC has gone down so much! The “secret recipe” fries were cold and hard and the coleslaw was way too sweet. I am surprised that this chain is still up and operating especially with all the other competing chicken spots. I do not think they will last another decade, unfortunately and it’s also very overpriced for the quality of food you are getting. I will not be eating KFC ever again.

Came in on 5/31/25 right at 9pm they already had store ready to close up when there time says they close till 10pm and they didnt let me use the restroom when i came in to pick up a online order that i placed they told me restroom was closed already

I placed my order online. The cashier was rude.She forgot to give me my drink that I had already paid for. And I asked her nicely if everything else was in there she rudely said yes but I was missing items.

Noticed that company does not apparently reviews the reviews here. But I'll just post anyway for the sake of posterity. Workers playing hip-hop music from behind the counter and talking about customers. Explicit language heard. Two customers left and then it was just only us. We left and one other came in. Then left immediately. No customers left in establishment as we left the parking lot. 4/01/23 1600 hrs...

Why can't I share photos?? Was eating a piece of thigh and found a plastic in my mouth. The manager who's in charge at 18:40 on April 15th kept saying this is a part of feather, like she'd never seen what plastic looks like? Whatever you say. Be careful guys

Customer service is the worst Or they dont like their job. And their one sauce per 8 chicken nugget policy sucks. The girl wouldn't give me an extra sauce even though I spent over 30$ in chicken and nuggets .and I wasn't gonna run my debit card for a packet of sauce .im done with kfc.

Spent $50 for the family meal which is way over priced, order got lost in the shuffle (4 orders after mine went out first with no apology) then got my order wrong (luckily I checked) still no apology and then get home and find out that they gave me white meat when I specifically ordered dark with her even confirming. Definitely not worth the money!

I'm allergic to strawberries and the $7 famous bowl comes with strawberry poppers. I asked EBELIN the manager, kindly if she could substitute them for the Cherry poppers instead. Both are 4 for 2.49. she told me no. Take it or leave it. she also had this look in her face like she didn't want to be there and I was making her life even worse. Plus I'm allergic to strawberries she has no companionship or hospitality towards it.. Sad and she is your Manager. No wonder sales have been bad. I got experience id probably do better too. Smh

We ordered thighs and breasts. Did not get the breast and no biscuits. If you call the number it says it's out of order even on the internet and on our receipt

I made an online order, and I chose 6 sauces, ketchup, and hot sauce. When I got home there's none sauces, I knew it was my fault for not checking the order before I left the restaurant, but it was almost closing time and I just wanted to get home after a long day of work, is their job to check if the customer placed an order with sauces.

Only two people working. One was literally just sitting there eating while the line was crazy long, and the other looked pissed and was moving super slow. I ended up waiting like 45+ minutes for my food.
