Our first experience at the new location. We'd already enjoyed the pizza at the old location, but the service was terrible. Now, there's been an unexpected improvement in quality: the staff is adequate for the number of seats, the pizzas arrive quickly, and they're of the highest quality, thanks to the dough and top-quality ingredients. The location is enviable in Piazza Martiri, adjacent to the Coccia Theater, formerly Cannavacciuolo's restaurant. For us, it's the best pizza in Novara. Well done, keep it up!

Mythical place next to the Coccia theater. Interior all in marble and brass. Nice service from the lady behind the counter. The hot chocolate is thick and delicious. Much comforting on a rainy winter day.

The restaurant is very nice and the food is delicious. We had pizza, aperitivo, dessert and wine. Everything was great, the staff was very attentive and helpful. There was a very kind girl that helped us order a taxi. Thank you very much.

I can't even think of anything to compare this pizza dough to. You could work with the flavors and associated names, and it's a shame they've gone downhill so quickly. The selection of desserts and other dishes is poor. The QR code-only menu would make me reject the place outright (also because the website works pretty poorly, lacking dessert descriptions and photos, for example). However, the number of stars I gave speaks volumes...

Nice place and nice area. The pizza looked good, but my friend and I tried some appetizers. Only thing: service isn't the fastest, so you'll have to sit down. The appetizer I saw at other tables also looked good. Approved 🤍

We came for dinner with a reservation, but still had to wait ~15min to be seated (later waited that much to pay). The pizza was good, but everything else was subpar. The menu, which you have to scan from a QR code, was very hard to navigate and very confusing (both in English and Italian). We had to wait more than 20min to have our order taken and in the staff was quite inexperienced in my opinion. All in all, I probably wouldn't come here for a dinner in the foreseeable future.
