Comí una dona de manzana. La persona que me atendió me la recomendó y fue amable. Además me gusta que den papel en lugar de unicel para envolver las donas. Muy original.

Buena atención, personal amable. Demoraron un poco en atender pero el servicio fue rápido. Como en todas las ubicaciones, dependiendo de la hora es que hay variedad de todas las donas y cafés. Sirven las porciones como debe ser. Recomiendo frapuccino taro y donas mouse de chocolate, choco cereza y arcoíris.

I have friends that literally ask me to get them these donuts everytime I go. Not a huge fan myself, but they're acceptable.

Muy recomendable en los productos y listo para la entrega, en cuanto al empaque súper mal servicio, te dan la excusa de que no se le derrame al cliente en el cual se hace ilógico que para eso está la tapa.

Conocida tienda de donas y café, en particular la presentación de donas que tienen están muy bien y llamativas pero el sabor no siempre es de lo mejor, a veces quedan a deber. Las bebidas están bien sin ser algo sobresalientes. Tal vez solo para un antojo de vez en cuando.

$350 pesos for a dozen donuts to choose from. The "classic" donuts, which cost $260 pesos, are only transparent. There are three individual tables and one for groups of 4-6 people. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, with good lighting. The waitress wasn't very friendly; she seemed rushed, and there was no one else in line, but I guess that doesn't define the business.

Se tardan DEMASIADO al momento de preparar una bebida, deberían de decir al momento de querer ordenar que se tardan apróximadamente 40 minutos en hacer 2 frappes.

The staff had a terrible attitude. They didn't pay attention to my request. And when I complained, they told me I'd have to wait half an hour for "the manager" to arrive because it was my fault for asking about the order and making the mistake myself 😡😡. If they don't have trained staff, what are they doing there? And the manager has to be there to resolve what his staff can't. And they even dared me to post this review.

The donuts are very tasty, but when I bought the Hello Kitty donuts, they were much smaller than all the others and the most expensive, considering that I bought about 6 to 8 boxes of dozens each time I visited them. I think they should consider being honest with the customer since they sell them differently in their advertising.
