What a pleasant surprise it was to try this super delicious, affordable chicken with a unique and special flavor. You can order a personal order with six thighs for 130 pesos. It's golden brown, good size, and has a spectacular flavor. I highly recommend it. It's already my favorite. The service is excellent, they take great care of you, and they accept credit cards.

Los muslitos y los frijoles estuvieron deliciosos, y las porciones de las piezas fueron muy buenas. Solicitamos el paquete familiar de 3 kg, que se supone contiene aproximadamente de 24 a 30 piezas. Lo pedimos para llevar, pero al llegar a casa y servir la comida, nos percatamos de que solo nos habían entregado 16 piezas, lo que corresponde al paquete familiar de 2 kg. El inconveniente es que pagamos 200 $ adicionales por una menor cantidad de piezas. No había mucha gente ni pedidos en espera que pudieran haber causado el error. No fuimos a reclamar porque nos quedaba lejos e intentamos llamar, pero no obtuvimos respuesta.

Podrían mejorar su producto, hace mucho calor su clima es insuficiente.

I just placed an order at the branch that delivers to Cumbres, through Uber Eats, and it left a lot to be desired. The chicken was terribly cut and extremely burnt. We ordered half a liter of rice, and it was freezing cold, not just cold. The flavor was a 6 at best. They need to improve their service.

It saddens me to have to change my previous review; it was five stars. Unfortunately, the quality has dropped significantly. Before, the chicken thighs were incredibly juicy and piping hot, but now they're served burnt and cold. The sauces were cold, and the sides weren't very generous. I remember when they had their branch in Plaza Tanarah, they were an excellent choice. Now, the Santa Bárbara branch leaves much to be desired. I hope the owner can address this and make changes soon, because I remember them being fantastic back in the day.

Compré un pollo en Pollo Braseado y lamentablemente mi experiencia fue muy mala. El producto estaba en malas condiciones, con un olor desagradable que hacía evidente que no estaba fresco. Esto es preocupante, ya que se trata de alimentos que deben manejarse con cuidado por la salud de los clientes. Espero no presentar problemas de salud después de haberlo consumido. Definitivamente recomiendo que revisen mejor la calidad y manejo de sus productos.

Mas caro que un pollo loco , y los complementos te los cobran aparte...osea mas caro todavia..

El servicio es malo, por teléfono no contestan, voy a sucursal y comentan no tener productos en venta debido a que están congelados, tiempo de espera mas de 1 hora, ¿para que abren la sucursal si no hay servicio?

An order was placed at the Cumbres branch. Arrachera steak was ordered, but it arrived very tough, with gristle, cold, and poorly cut. Mashed potatoes and chilled wine were ordered as sides, but the mashed potatoes were just bland, tasteless, and unprepared.

I read the reviews but still decided to order from this place. Big mistake. The meat is horrible. It's incredible that they sell this awful meat for almost $1,000 a kilo: tough, flavorless, and a color that makes you doubt it's beef. Nothing like a real skirt steak, which you can easily get elsewhere for up to $600 a kilo and with much better flavor and quality.
