Last time a came it was not crowded and chill. I picked up my food, took 2 minutes. Food was great, no complaints or problems with it. I prefer Crunchwrap Supremes over other menu items.

BRO I JUST WANT MY FOOD MADE RIGHT. I PAY AN ADDITIONAL $2 TO ADD CHICKEN AND RICE TO MY BURRITO SO WHEN YOU ASK ME IF I WANT THE BEEF STILL AND I SAY YES THEN KEEP THE DAMN BEEF IN THE BURRITO. I LITERALLY GO HERE 3-4 TIMES A WEEK I FEEL LIKE YALL SHOULD KNOW MY ORDER BY NOW AND NOT MESS IT UP.

We stopped for burritos. we were going to eat in, but the entire restaurant- not just in front of bathroom- smelled like urine. Service lady was prompt and polite. we ate outside.

Tried the new $3 luxe meals today ...... I was so disappointed wasn't worth the money even at these prices. Mini taco salad had NO seasoned beef or chipotle sauce just beans, lettuce & tomatoes very bland no taste!!! Avocado chicken ranch staker tortilla was so tuff it was hard to bit just ripped pieces and the chicken well you needed a microscope to find it !!! so you are left with eating just lettuce, tomatoes & sauce ..... I will say the chips and nacho supreme dip was AWESOME !!!

Rude boss yelled at me saying bathrooms are customers only yet I see many people go in without buying then she goes ahead and talks about me in Spanish but duh I know what she's saying so duh

Oakdale Taco Bell has gotten terrible. Forgets at least one food item almost every time we have gone. The quality of the food is the worst part. Never good portions specifically meat wise. They have like 2-3 good employees(don’t know their names). But if you are going to go at least avoid dinner time that seems to be when the staff just don’t care. Also 45$ for a family of 3 we will be getting the family dinner from house of beef from now on it’s the same dang price!

Went inside could not get help with the menu on the kiosk.Then went back to car and into drive thru and some items are only available on the app. Spent 69.00 and the order was short several tacos and a burrito. Then get home to feed everyone and they forgot to put the taco sauce in that I asked for. Terrible location.Terrible service.

$6.89+ for a 4 bite burrito supreme. Really? This is a couple tablespoons of beef and some beans. Feeling ripped off. Oakdale TB was my quick snack spot. They got me for the last time.... greed

Literally the worst Taco Bell. The service sucks. They always forget items. I had a Taco Bell gift card and was told I’m not allowed to use it in the drive through, but I was able to use it in the drive through at a different location?

Paid $1.20 for two cheeses that are filled less than halfway… If they’re going to charge for cheese, they should actually fill the container. EDIT: DO NOT ASK OR PAY FOR EXTRAS (more cheese - or chipotle sauce in burrito) they will charge you and won’t fulfill your request. I got two cheeses basically empty. Disappointing EVERY TIME.

Very disappointed in this Taco bell. My daughter and I came inside and ordered a few items. Come to find out they no longer had what we ordered but the cashier NEVER correctly told us and we ended up with the wrong order. I asked for a refund. Later in the evening we decided to get a loaded nacho box. The nachos had barely had any meat or cheese... very disappointing. I will NOT be returning to this Taco bell. HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT

Worst customer service. My order is messed up every time and the lady shift lead is so rude. I order the same thing every time. Is it really that hard to put chicken, cheese, lettuce and avocado ranch in a tortilla and roll it up. The shift lead even read the order back to me and she still got it wrong when she went back to make it.
