Several vegan and vegetarian options. Loved the music they were playing. Staff were all friendly! Food was fast and delicious! Had the quesabirria, vegan tachos, fish tacos, and vegetarian quesabirria. Plenty of food for 2 people to share. Several beer and drink options and shared seating spaces. And affordable prices! Would recommend!
Vegan. Lumpia. I haven’t had lumpia since I was a kid. (Because I’ve been vegetarian since age 18) Oakland Street Food Co.’s lumpia is just like the lumpia I had when I was a kid, but better, it’s vegan! Tatchos were also great. Good food, good beer, friendly staff, all in the heart of Oakland.
I’m kind of disappointed in myself for never trying this place before. So far, it has my favorite garlic noodles in the Bay, the food tastes so good, and the Hawaiian shrimp tastes extremely good. I’ll definitely become a regular. Also, the service was great.
I initially ordered a carne asada taco along with a birria taco. It was SO good that I went ahead and ordered two more tacos to-go! Nice chill spot to enjoy tacos that aren't greasy or doused in lard 🙂
I had two dishes , a cup of gumbo and the Baja fish taco. Fish taco had fresh ingredients and leaned heavy into it with light sauce, delicious. Gumbo needed a bit of salt but that’s me, still found it super tasty. Out of there full for under 20 bucks was dope also.
I've been here several times. The staff is consistently friendly, great comfort food, and very reasonable prices. I would like to see longer hours, but that just makes it that much nicer when I can swing by. Asada tatchos are killer, but I would share them instead of trying to finish them by yourself. The sausage and shrimp gumbo over rice is great for cold nights like tonight. The tacos/quesabirrias are delicious, but plan on ordering several to make a meal. The consome broth was okay, didn't need it to enjoy the tacos.
Enjoyed a very nice meal consisting of Wings and Tacos. Freshly made, hot, very well tasting. Should I be in Oakland again in the future, I will definitely come back. Nice job!
I exploring different city to get food and going on fun adventures. I recently visited Oakland Street Food Co. in Downtown Oakland. We got the Nacho fries with asada, Quesabirria, and Hawaiian garlic shrimp with garlic noodles. The food was good and flavorful. Restaurant is small and intimate, but they have big TV’s to enjoy the game on. Great spot to hang out and grab a quick bite. 📍 Oakland Street Food Co. In Downtown Oakland, CA.

Great menu options, really enjoyed the birria quesataco and the vegan lumpias. Recommend doing 2x quesatacos. Nice vibe inside too and beer served
Stopped by this place while waiting for an event at the tribune. I was even hungry at first, but I gravitated to the spot because of the music. They were playing Kendrick, Cole, 2 Chainz. They had all the slaps. I wanted to try something new, so I ordered the Totchos and a steak taco and it was fire! They had this spicy orange sauce that went perfect with the food. Also, the location was perfect. Great seating for outdoor dining and prime spot in downtown Oakland. If you’re ever on 13th st, definitely visit.
Ordered Asada tacos and they were some of the best tacos of my life. Plus they were unique, and I've never had quite those flavors before.
Myself, and two other people were dining in on a rainy night. One of us was vegetarian, and there were options for her. Portions were a decent but not huge size. Dishes we got: Hawaiian shrimp and garlic noodles (amazing!) Fried fish taco Brussel sprouts Vegan taco Their server/person who took our order at the counter was kind and helpful. They had some seating but all were high tables and bar stools. It was chilly due to the weather and doors being partially open. Their bathroom door lock was broken, but getting fixed soon. It definitely felt like a better place to order takeout from. Overall the food and service was great. Atmosphere alright.

Tried the quesabirria & Al pastor totcha. Both were very good! Packed with flavor with delicious toppings. Will try more next time.
I ordered the vegan impossible lumpias, quesa impossible, and the brussel sprouts. Everything was good, but a tad greasy for my liking. The brussel sprouts were very overdone, almost burnt. I kinda wish they offered vegan options for the garden salad, too. Overall, I liked the food, and I'll probably be back to try the other dishes.
Very neat and chill indoors but also has great outdoor seatings too, this restaurant has delicious lunch and quick bites to enjoy. I had their garlic shrimp and rice and it was devoured up quickly. I love how much garlic they put in it,I can eat the garlic sauce they have with the rice alone. The order came out fast and the staff was super friendly . Definitely will swing on by again and check out the other items on the menu.
Nice quick bite place and a wide variety of food options. Order/pick up style. The garlic shrimp with noodles was great!
Very nice bar and restaurant with great comfort food. The staff were very friendly and the wait time short. Popular lunch spot.
We were walking down the street and saw this place. Made a note to check it out and so glad that we did. Plenty of seating inside and outside. They have beer, wine and cocktails. Most importantly, they have food! We ordered lumpia, wings and beer. There were TVs so you can watch the game.
Despite a tsunami warning, I came on 12/5/24 for an early lunch. I ordered a side order of classic lumpia & kimchi fried rice. The lumpia was fresh & the fried rice was not too spicy.

I had impossible fries today, it was delicious! I have had the vegan lumpia, it's alright. I like my homemade version better. They have crinkle cut fries!

The food is decent. A little overpriced for what it is. Also doesn't make sense that they charge an extra $2 for consomme even when you order a quesabirria. It's supposed to be part of the same dish.
I get here lunch often. Decided to do the full chicken salad today. Came to office and saw there was very little chicken for which they charge extra. Half of what they put me their one taco. $14 for lettuce leaves.. Tacos are decent.. probably stick to that.
I had really high expectations for this place because their food looks so good in the pictures. I went with fish and shrimp Baja tacos and i have to say the shrimp was too crispy for a taco. It was too fried. I was also not expecting so much coleslaw under the meat because that really ruined the flavor for me. The taco shells were also very plain and easy to rip while biting into those crispy shrimps. No butter or oil on the taco shells. I had a Mexican coke which was warm. The service was good thats why I didn’t give 1 star lol
