The food is very tasty but you won't feel great afterwards because of the amount of salt or msg in the food. HOWEVER, the food is very delicious, like crack! I would come back again!

Food and service are great! The atmosphere right outside is really sketchy due to many unsavory characters hanging out right in front of the restaurant. Please be careful!

Literally right across the street from the library, amazing flavor, amazing portion size, and amazing price!! I love this place! Highly recommend and definitely coming here again!

It can be slow during busy hours, especially for takeout orders. Despite this, the staff is a sweet older couple; very courteous and accommodating. Panda Kitchen is a reliable spot for quick, casual Chinese food in Oakland Downtown. It’s not the fanciest option, but it certainly satisfies cravings for traditional Chinese-American cuisine.

Sorry delivery was not available. Food was great. You can get 2 main entrees with rice in 1 takeout carton. I had orange chicken & mushroom chicken with fried rice. Friend had to go & do the pick up but we both liked our meals. The vegetable spring rolls were so good I wished I had ordered extras.

This is a mom-pop family run restaurant in downtown Oakland CA, in an area near several government buildings. So street parking was limited and time restricted. I ordered two separate meals and the food was good, even days later. If ever in or near the Oakland CA area I would visit this restaurant again! Sorry no pictures!

Good spring rolls or veggie rolls. The lady taking our order was rushing us for some reason even thought there were no other customers. We would have ordered more food but she kept ringing me up and telling me the total after each item I ordered so I just said fine guess that's it and paid.

Food is delicious, portions are large, prices are fare. Shame it is located in an extremely unsavory part of town. I would recommend only stopping by during the day and even so, be prepared for the riff raff around.

What can I say? I love this place! When you get food to go... I promise 30 minutes later it's still hot! Everything I've tried here is delicious. I usually get shrimp fried rice with no soy sauce, beef and back bean or beef and oyster sauce, and another dish. The reason for this 4 star 🌟 is because, i dont know if they had a different chef the last time i went. I was highly disappointed. The chow mein had NO flavor at all. Also, they usually use larger shrimp. This time they were teeny tiny tinnnny shrimp. Maybe they're cutting back because prices are getting higher for food. 🤷🏾‍♀️

This place is not a good place to eat. The table & chair is greasy . So so dirty ! My order took so long , not sure why. Ppl ordered after me , received it much early than me. Very bad service over all!
