The food and service was amazing. I don’t want to butcher the young lady who served us but she had long locs. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and her recommendations were on point. I can’t wait to dine in again. The mac and cheese I can still taste it and instead of the banana pudding I wish I would have brought home a side of it. The portions are also great for the price. In my opinion good food is worth the price so it’s definitely worth every penny.

Perfect seaside dinner spot. The steak tartar was superb, and surprisingly good with more than expected garlic. The local grilled shrimp and toast chicken were so delicious. The shrimp were seasoned and cooked beautifully.

This is a proper Spanish restaurant serving exceptionally high class quality valencian cuisine and wine and rightly proud of their kitchen! Natalie heads a team of gastro and hospitality specialist! Every dish was exactly prepared and just invited you to enjoy the richness and delicacy of flavours. The wine list is a hidden gem and if you know a little you'll experience a lot! If you need advice just ask Natalie who is very knowledgeable and will readily share her favourites. Everyone speaks english so just try it - great view!! Just lovely- we will be back!!

We sat outside watching people strolling by as the moon rose. Sitting listening to the waves gently breaking on the stoney shore whilst eating beatifully prepared fresh fish - what more could you want! I have pictures of the view but not the food....again 👀🤦🏻‍♀️

Friendly and attentive service, wide menu choices, superbly cooked food, sensational elevated views from the classy upstairs dining room, great and not intrusive musical ambience. This was the overall best restaurant experience so far for us in Xàbia/Jávea and we highly recommend it.

We stopped here for a short respite and refreshment, after wandering the shops and whilst my wife went for a quick dip in the sea. My daughter and I had a couple of soft drinks. The staff were polite wonderful, so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately it was our last afternoon, the need to go finish packing meant we were unable to stay and eat. But we will definitely do so on our next visit.

Beautiful waterfront location - especially from the second floor dining area. Service was excellent. Food was amazing. Salads were huge. Seafood selection is good. We had fresh local red prawns which were huge and cooked to perfection. Other dishes were oxtail, steak and tuna. All were very good.

This place was just what I needed. I had been craving some good food. Particularly some Ox Tails. Y's Choice really hit the spot. The Ox Tails were very flavorful, yams firm and perfectly done, tender turkey wings, the Mac was cheesy and delicious and them crab cakes were off the hook. The greens where average but had a nice bite to them. A little salt and pepper and for sure this as a solid 8. I would definitely recommend if you're in the area or don't mind the drive for a pretty decent meal.

Our party walked in there. There Was no wait I got the oxtails, macaroni and cheese and cabbage.They were all delicious. I tried some of the Turkey wings from one of my family members and that was delicious also i had a peach lemon drop at the bar It was amazing.i definitely will be coming back for the brunch. Keep going are you doing positive things I may your business prosper.

Went here for lunch. The parking is horrible & it was a bit pricey but the food was delicious & good portion size! I bought the chicken, fish, & prawns combo. It was enough for 2 meals! My friend wanted the catfish & garlic noodles but they were out of the garlic noodles. My friend was very disappointed.

Nice little spot — a bit on the pricey side, but the view of the water makes up for it. I had the cod fritters, which were delicious, though the crispy tuna rice was a bit disappointing. The tuna flavor got lost under the sauce, which was just too overpowering. Overall, a pleasant experience! If you don’t eat fish or meat, though, I’d probably recommend another place. :)

Great location and views. Food good …. just be mindful of the prices per kilo. It’s possible to eat a reasonably priced meal but the restaurant is aimed at high end big spenders. Wine list good. Service efficient.

My food came out cold the first time so I had to send it back. Second time around...it was delicious...lobster and shrimp was!!! Fried catfish was seasoned great...yummy. Lastly, you have to pay upfront...wow

Owners daughter made our first time visit better after I requested a different table. The gentleman at the door, greeted very welcoming also. We also enjoyed the bday event vibe with the games in the room, looked like a lot of fun. But the food, sorry, almost everything was way over salted. We couldn’t finish our food. My favorite that wasn’t over salted was the fish. But, the fries, Rasta pasta and oyster was over seasoned and over salted. Thank you for allowing the review and comments.

The vibe was great. The server had the entire room so it took a while to check on us. By the time he returned my cold fries were already past the point of just heat them a bit. The Hennessy Wings were very heavy and tasted more like a sweet and sour sauce. The Mac n cheese was very, very dry and flavorless. The fish and shrimp were fine.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE!! The owner standing at the door with a nasty attitude on a busy Saturday night because of a previous table that had just left and she had a problem with, didn’t greet us. Instead stood near our table once we were seated, ease dropping on our conversation. Kept making excuses as to why the service was so poor, why the menu was printed wrong, why the kitchen couldn’t get food out to tables in less than an hr. Instead of helping her over worked kitchen staff, she’s at the host stand with a nasty attitude because it’s a constant repeat of people complaining about the poor service and nasty salty food. This Mac n cheese was so dry, it was like it was sitting all day long but it still took a hr to come out. The turkey gravy tasted like water, the green beans was the best thing on the plate. This place needs to be shut down. The lack of hospitality is unacceptable! People come because they try to support a black owned business but this owner gets no sympathy for the way she talks to customers because she doesn’t know how to run a restaurant.

I had a very disappointing experience last night at Y’s Choice. At first, the atmosphere and music were great, but things quickly went downhill once we were seated. It took about 15 minutes for our server to acknowledge us and take our order. After ordering, we waited nearly 45 minutes for our food. During that time, our drinks were never brought to the table and only arrived after the food was finally served. When the food came out, there were no napkins provided. We ordered the fried jumbo prawns with fries, and the server was also late bringing the condiments to the table. My sister ordered a strawberry lemonade, but she was given a regular lemonade instead and was still charged an extra $2 for strawberries that were never added. When it was time to pay, I asked multiple times for my receipt. It took a while to receive it, and when it finally arrived, it was the wrong one. Once I eventually received the correct receipt, I noticed that several items had been overcharged. To make matters worse, we were required to pay before receiving our food. I ended up leaving a $15 tip, but based on the service we received, I truly don’t feel it was deserved. Overall, the service was very poor, and based on this experience, I believe the servers and bussing staff could benefit from additional training.

The servers were smug and it was so obvious that it was because we we're American. Especially the tall man. He was so rude. We were gracious, polite, and patient... Yet still treated poorly. I even tried to speak Spanish a little. This just made them smirk. Only time I've never tipped in my life. Expensive as well. $85 for paella and a bottle of wine. The paella was mediocre. We are moving here, yet we will never eat here again. Shame.
