It's a fairly simple place on the inside. The food is worth it, though. Their limonada was one of the best I've ever had. Not too sweet and extremely refreshing. If they sold it by the liter, I'd buy it. Lots of great options on their menu. Food was very fresh and flavorful. Service was great and friendly. I got their antioxidant juice to go since their limonada was so great, and it didn't disappoint either. I got the Las Marias. They look kind of meh on the plate, but lots of flavor! Very reasonable prices.

Incredible breakfast here, and at a reasonable price. Extremely friendly service. Guisado with mushrooms and potato puree: Flavor packed and filling, excellent with chicken added. Enmoletadas: Wonderful house made mole, and plenty of fresh cheese. Added the chorizo which was wonderful as well. Tlayuda: Local flavor, herbal, and the nopal was perfectly cooked. Drinks: Chocolate con agua, jugos, and mimosa were all superb.

This place is a gem! Truly 5 stars on food, service, and atmosphere. I ordered the potato and leek soup and a couple friends ordered the avocado salad and roasted vegetables with hummus. All of the dishes were delicious and happened to be vegan too, so this place is vegan friendly. Plus, the courtyard is cute and full od greenery - a great vibe!

Lovely first meal in Oaxaca centro. The restaurant is beautiful and the service was impeccable. It is not a place for a rushed meal. I had the green juice which was very nutritious and different because it had nopales which gave some texture, a local kombucha and the agua del dia as part of the lunch menu. The kombucha and guava flavored water of the day were really amazing. For the menu of the day, it was a lovely vegetable soup with seasonal ingredients, such as Aztec broccoli and squash blossoms, a main course of a simple grilled chicken breast, salad with passionfruit dressing and fruit and rice. Finished it off with an incredible creampuff with fruit. For just US$20, this was quite a deal and I was there enjoying the atmosphere for a while. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a lovely group outing or just a solo traveler enjoying!

This place was pretty cutesy and perky. Sorry I couldn't think of any other words. There's a bar at the front and the inside is very colorful and, well, perky. I felt like there were more tourists here than other restaurants I'd tried before in the area. The waitress that was serving us seemed a little timid but was still very friendly. We learned the hard way that you have to ask for your check and it was kind of hard to get ahold of her but it's okay. We ordered a potato and leek soup, a tiramisu, and a chocolate tomale. The soup and tiramisu were amazing! The tomale wasn't my favorite but it was still alright. We also got the best chai ever, an iced hibiscus tea, and some fruity mango drink. YOU'VE GOT TO GET THE CHAI. It's astounding.

Everything was perfect--the food, service, atmosphere, and price. It was so good that we came back twice. The menu changes often, and daily for the menu del dia, adding a delightful surprise to each visit. Truly a hidden gem.

The restaurant is cozy with a nice atmosphere and the food is fresh and well-prepared. But if compared with other restaurants, this one didn’t impress too much. Service was friendly. Good spot to try, but not one I’d rush back to.

Service was nice and it’s a pleasant dining room, but the food was quite bad. The roasted carrot salad is carrots that are undercooked to the point it’s difficult to even cut them with a knife. The Brussels sprouts were also undercooked. The salmon was in a nice sauce but probably 2/3 of the portion was inedible, so undercooked the fish did not flake and the inside was raw.
