Love fresh ravioli...great sauce ..fresh mozzarella and ricotta..this place rocks we go there like twice a month..

I love this place, from the delicious smell that hits you when you open the door, to the traditional food they serve daily. The ricotta is absolutely delicious and could eat is straight out of the carton. Anyone in the area should try the dinner meals, that come with 2 boxes of ravioli, sauce and some bread (different types to pick from).

This Pastosa is the best. Friendly service and food is great.

The freshest and best pasta around. You can't beat their Cavatelli or Gnocchi. Of course their Ravioli is phenomenal, try the roasted red pepper ones you won't be disappointed. My family has been shopping at their stores for generations, dating back to the original in Brooklyn on Ave. N and the one on New Utrecht Ave. The staff here is friendly and willing to help. Don't forget the special $19.99 for 2 boxes of Ravioli, a quart of marinara sauce and a loaf of garlic bread!

The lobster ravioli was my absolutely delicious. I called and a gentleman answer for by the name Marco he is extremely help. The pasta and sauces were great as well. Definitely worth the trip

Best raviolis by far. Very good marina sauce as well. Special loaf of bread large sauce and two dozen large, fresh raviolis for 19.99 You can't beat that!!!!

Love this place! They saved us last weekend for a decent sized catering menu order that they put together in a few hours when our other plan fell through. Always reliable and always delish!

My family moved to Oceanside a few months ago I ordered for the first time for my birthday dinner party - a half tray of Sausage and peppers Pastosa which is made with potatoes also and a half tray of eggplant Rollatini The food was excellent - everyone at my dinner party loved it And we had leftovers for the next day! Awesome !

Pastosa is in my opinion the best of the best, Maria and Matt are extremely nice and experts at their craft. They know me by name and always remember my regular order of either cold cuts (which are always fresh and delicious) meat for my Sunday sauce. My kids love going there because they always give them a treat when they walk in. They catered my daughter’s birthday with hero’s and everything was phenomenal. I’m In there every Sunday morning and I’m yet to have a bad experience.

Love their prepared grilled chicken cutlets and breaded chicken cutlets. They have Boars Head cold cuts. Their specials are terrific too. Just ask if you want fresh ravioli, they keep them behind the counter

BEEN GOING HERE SINCE FOREVER THE BEST "FRESH" RAVIOLIS THE MARINARA SAUCE IS HMMM 2ND TO MINE! THEY HAVE A GREAT "SPECIAL "... CHECK THIS OUT.. 2 BOXES OF FRESH RAVIOLI A QUART OF SAUCE AND A GARLIC BREAD FOR $30.. THEIR HOURS ARE A BIT "OFF.". THEY CLOSE EARLY ON THE WEEKEND WHICH IS USUALLY WHEN I (AND MANY OTHER PEOPLE NEED TO GO.) . BUT IF IM RUNNING A LITTLE LATE I CALL THEM AND THEY USUALLY DO STAY OPEN FOR AN EXTRA HALF AN HOUR...NICE FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS ! I RECCOMEND!

The store itself needs a little aesthetic assistance . The food is phenomenal though and I will not buy ravioli from anywhere else !!

Great food. Prices kinda high. The also do not tare weight packaging for foods bought from the case. Some of the plastic containers weigh about 1 to 2 oz and thay is being added to your purchase instead of it already being included in the price per lb.

Went two days before Christmas. I was there at 7:45 because the website said they were open at 8, but they actually opened at 8:30. It was cold waiting on line, but they let us in. They were organized to handle the crowds and of course the ravioli I bought was delicious!

Nice Brooklyn style Italian deli. They bring in Italian bread from Brooklyn every day. Some imported specialties. It also is kind of hit and miss at times compared to it's former self

I will buy packed pasta and cold cuts or something from cold case. Sandwich had a black hair in it and my hair is blonde. I don’t know what the kitchen staff are doing but that’s gross. Do better with sanitation issues by training your staff and making sure they are keeping their hair covered and up. You lost me as a customer for sandwiches.

They do not take off the tare (weight of the container) on any of their items that you buy there. If you are paying $11.98 per pound for an item, it is costing you a fraction of that $11.98 for the package and the packaging is supposed to be free. If you use the same exact size package for an item that is $5.98 per pound, then the package weight is based on that price. This is against the law and when it was brought to their attention, the guy behind the counter said "We don't take that off. That's how we've been doing it all these years I'm here." Obviously the law does not pertain to Pastosa in Oceanside.
