We do dine in and take out. I love the app. Cuts down on wait time. I don’t really mind the wait from Whataburger though because I know everything is cooked when ordered but when in a hurry the app makes things go faster and you get great points for free food when using.

Mercedes baby And over the top it was training. Forgot to bring me mustard, ketchup, salt, and pepper on a tray that they usually provide after you've received your meal. But his trainer which happened to be a beautiful female picked up the slack and and was over there with the train before. I could even think about not having it and then that's all I could think about the reason. The gave only a four was because I wish everybody in the whole place was gone for a minute except for I could expect just about every female and the place was beautiful. Waited a little longer than I would have liked for a fast food restaurant but the food was good and the guy at the window was friendly enough!

This is our Sunday stop every weekend after service, even though we take a large group our orders are correct and the service is above average always with a smile. The tables move so it's great for big family gatherings up to 12 people with enough room to still be pretty safe distances. Reason it is 4 stars is because they could do a little better keeping up with lobby cleanliness.

Great place to sit in and eat or have a quick bite. I've been here multiple times and have never had a bad customer experience, or food item I didn't enjoy. I will definitely be coming back and recommend using the app for quicker service.

Service was good, had a long line but I ordered on mobile and got the food pretty quick because the line started moving faster. I do feel kind of sick though and I'm not sure if that's the food (I got chicken strips) or something else. Always has good service when I go

Apart from not having enough mushrooms for my burger, everything was excellent. 9 of us came to eat here and only one order was mistaken. Managers on shift were friendly enough to give me jalapenos instead of mushrooms. The root beer shake is decent enough to try will order again if it's still available. Managers also seem nice enough to not kick out who seems to be a homeless man who steadily orders coffee.

This the second time I stop for a burger meal at this location and it did not disappoint. Fries were fresh and burger was done exactly how I ordered it. I must point out that on both occasions I was tended by the same team during the evening. Great communication, teamwork, and service.

Great food, great customer service everyone is very kind would have loved to give them 5 stars however I always have the same problem. Every time I go I always order a BBQ sauce on the side, I will ask the worker who is helping me if my sauce is in there and they say yes so I trust them. Why wouldn't I?, if I can trust them to make me my food then I trust they will put my sauce in my bad.HOWEVER, this is the third time I did not receive my BBQ sauce even when I paid for it. Please just give me my sauce, I genuinely start tweaking over the fact I get home and there is no BBQ sauce. But other than that great place!!.

The young lady (at the drive through which is a norm for me) was sweet, new employee. The food was good, it wasn't busy, but took me a minute to get my food. This place is kinda hit & miss. The food is usually good cept for the other day when my lettuce was frozen, but this visit was a good one.

They do not appear to keep up with cleaning up their establishment. In the 40 minutes I was there, they cleaned off only two empty tables. The rest were left dirty. As a general rule of thumb for the dining area, an employee should be checking the dining area to clear off and clean tables every fifteen minutes. This is the first area a customer sees when they walk in. And seeing majority of the tables dirty the entire time I was there is not a good impression.

$20 combo with paper thin burger patty. All veggies barely meat. At those prices you should be able to beef it up

I had the grilled chicken burger and onion rings, my husband had the #5 bacon cheeseburger & fries. Great flavors with the chicken burger. Onions rings very crispy. My husband loved his bacon cheese burger, but not a fan with the fries. Fries needed to be crisper. Service was good, less then 10min.

I am a regular at this location and they do often get it right. More often than not. Today though not so much. My Dr. Pepper was horrible. The mix from the fountain was off. Went back through drive through and they replaced, no charge, (good on them) with Coke. But, it was bad too. Didn't complain a second time. Just didn't drink it. Then went to eat sandwich and found they added onions even though I asked them not too. Overall not a great experience at Whataburger today.

Burgers are good unless you order the mayonnaise burger (not sure of the name), it's really bad, might as well spoon mayo out of the jar! The regular hamburgers, patty melt and green Chile double are good, also fries and onion rings are good. Drive through is soo slow these days 😫

The burgers were some of the better burgers we have had lately. Atmosphere gets poor grade because even though the temperature outside was 41⁰, the AC was on in the building. VERY COLD and uncomfortable. When I mentioned how cold it was to the employee, he just laughed it off and didn't do anything about it.

Arrived at 0600 on a Sunday and this place looked like it had been through a big keg party. The restroom was horrible with vomit in the urinal. The fries were not fresh and the food was average quality. I know now to never come back at this time on a weekend. I can't help but think if they close the lobby overnight it wouldn't look like this. I did speak to the manager about the fries and he did notice how old they were and gave me a large fry freshly made.

Not sure how Whataburger manages to be the slowest serving restaurant but they manage to pull it off. 25min wait with 2 cars ahead is insane.

There's an infestation of cockroaches in the rocks outside. They're pretty active all the time but especially at night. Watching a hoard of cockroaches scurrying around the place my food is being made doesn't inspire confidence.

It was hard to find a place to sit because it was so dirty. The floors had trash all over the place and it was hard to walk around because of the coolers the air conditioner is broken or something. The fries were cold and had to get a replacement.

Very disappointed. I understand that circumstances due to water issue caused no drinks but it is unacceptable to be told they don't have change for you once you paid with cash. We have always had a good experience here, but for some reason today they couldn’t get our order correct. Three employees chatting with each other, I e guy making a show of ignoring people while he stocks one cup at a time. When I inquired if they were open, the "manager" with nice face piercings informs me to hold on she's having a conversation.....I don't know why we should pay 10$ for 1 burger to be treated like that. I love whataburger, however I have tried to visit this location twice. 1. Never have anything that I want to order for example first request was whatacatch dinner, response “we don’t have that” Second request sweet and spicy burger response “we don’t have that” 2. Lady taking orders was rude, I asked if she could speak a little slower, then she says well I can’t hear you. This is not what whataburger is nor usually represents. Going forward I’ll go to another location or even midland, but I will never visit this location again. Only one star because I had to.

I get that it’s busy but what I don’t get is how they mess up so much on orders. Ordered a #8 with everything, once I got home I saw it was plain and dry, my husband took a bite and couldn’t even finish it of how extremely salty it was. Therefore we checked our kids justaburgers and same, extremely salty it even hurts your tongue. I called to get the problem resolved and whoever answered didn’t seem to care. Won’t be going there again. $48 spend just to get your whole order messed up.

The worst ever. Placed an online order just to be told to go and wait on the drive-thru line, seriously what's the point to have an online service if there's no difference in the service. The wait time was over 45 minutes. The order was not correct. Then when I mentioned I want to verify my order the staff gets upset. Seriously ever since this franchise was sold it went down the drain. No pride in what they do. Management needs to step up and fix all the issues they have. This place is disgustingly gross…they sale food that is not edible…and the worst thing is that when you call to complaint…they aren’t surprised…I’m sure they get that all the time…save your money people…either go somewhere else or cook at home

Me and my family ordered food and sat down. They were not very busy at the time. Then we noticed people who came in after us was getting their food. So we asked about our order and they said it was coming. 10 minutes later we still didn't have our food so we asked again, they said it would be right out. After 10 more minutes we asked again and they couldn't find our food or our ticket. We sat there for 45 minutes reassured multiple times that our food was coming and they were never making it.

This should be the worst rated Whataburger in Texas. They got my order completely wrong. I am pretty sure they just made the burger the way that they usually do and disregarded the way I wanted it all together. Whenever I asked for ketchup, they said that they put ketchup in the bag, but I asked that they put three more in and when I got home, those were the only ones in the bag. It’s honestly just weird now that I think about it. Why lie? Just to not give me ketchup?

Was there with my family over the weekend and let me tell you, poor service. We got our burgers, and they were so cold, and the fries were too. The cheese on our burgers weren't even melted on the meat, like they just got the slices out of the fridge. They even forgot our onion rings, and said they were barely going to have them made. At least those were warm. There was even a man waiting for a very long time on his order and they forgot the burgers all together. I even heard one of the workers telling him they were bagged up just sitting there, and forgot to give them to him. So they even gave him cold burgers too! I'm very disappointed in their team that night. They were very full staffed as well. No excuse!

We made a online order confirmed for the location on andrews Highway and checked in for curbside. We waited over 30min before I went in to confirm they received my order which the person on the register confirmed they were working on. I then proceed to wait over an hour inside before the manager asked for my order again. She then looked for over 15min to try and find my order which somehow got lost between the cashier saying they were looking for it and now. By this point it was too late to get food elsewhere and the money was already taken from my card. We ended up leaving after nobody was able to help us. I have never had such bad service from this location in the past.

Been consistently late to dropping off orders because the staff doesn't bother doing a small portion of their job. Simply asking a name and seeing if it's ready, is that really too hard to do? I love Whataburger but this one has gone down over the past few months. There are like 20 workers, half of them are just sitting around talking to one another, some have no idea why to do and there are about 3 working. The one guy that helped me has just finished mopping the floor and got my food with the same gloves. I explained to him that he really needed to wash his hands and take the gloves off if he was going to help. I was thankful because I stood there for several minutes and one guy looked at me and just walked pass me to ask another guy who had just walked in what he needed. That guy actually motioned that I was there first. The food is good, but is very disorganized, rude workers and training needs to happen soon! I don’t think I’ll be coming to this one again! Thank you to the one guy who is working all the jobs!

Got my order wrong. Got my drink wrong. When i told her it was wrong she poured it out and put in sprite the diet coke. I told her i could see what she was doing please pour it out and put diet dr pepper. She puts regular dr pepper and i tell her again I can see what youre doing!! Please pour it out and just put diet dr pepper! She pours it out puts the cup under the diet dr pepper and lets it run pours put of the cup onto her hand she doesnt care. I hate leaving negative posts as such, and I understand the establishment may be busy with so many customers that they may be overwhelmed. With that said, I asked for an avocado bacon burger... I'm not happy.. this burger has very little avocado and alot more of what ever that other sauce is put on it, I could only make it through half before the disgust took over and I just took the loss and threw it away. Please let me know for future reference if I need to say what i want differently next time in order to get a fantastic burger in which whataburger has done for me so many times in the past.

This is usually my go to Whataburger. It's the one closest to me so it's convenient but I will no longer be stopping by. Tonight my youngest daugter found a dark and curly pubic hair in her french fries. She was so disgusted and so was I. It was so disappointing considering we eat there often. I called the manager and he was very nice and apologetic. We took the food back and he refunded us but I can't convince myself to return here. We really love Whataburger but whoever went to the bathroom and didn't practice good hygiene afterwards, has ruined it for us.
