Ottimo gelato e servizio adeguato

Buoni panini, come nelle paninoteche di un tempo, buona cioccolata, ottimo gelato ( quello alla frutta contiene solo acqua, zucchero e frutta, senza latte o addensanti aggiunti...e si sente!). Bravi! L'arredamento interno non mi piace molto, ma è una questione di gusto personale... Il locale è comunque sempre pulito

We come here often. A nice, well-decorated place. I also recommend trying the tea served with sprinkles and cookies. I just recommend cleaning the menus; they're a bit sticky and dirty. Everything else is clean, even the bathrooms.

We've been to this place on two different occasions, for gelato and a sandwich. The gelato is very good, and you can choose from generous and attractive gelato cups. The sandwich I had was made up of tuna, shrimp, lettuce, tomato, and salsa rosa...very good and well-seasoned. The only downside is the loud noise from the street. I recommend it, however, for a quiet evening enjoying a good gelato or a light dinner.

After a class, a group of friends and I decided to finish the evening at this ice cream shop. Very cute. Easy to find because it's on the main road. Parking is available nearby. Excellent gelato, and they also have a pastry shop and coffee shop! Drinks and cocktails are also available, of course!

Well, I happened to come here, and that's exactly what I saw: it took them 45 minutes to bring two cups of ice cream. The poor waitress was all alone and had to do everything herself. The owners gave me zero hospitality! The place was packed, perhaps because it was August 14, 2025, but why not add a few more workers? I don't know the residents of Olgiate Comasco, but from what I saw, they were almost all rude, shouting nonstop the entire time we were there. In the end, we asked for two coffees, but after half an hour, we went to the counter to drink one since I had to pay and because I was getting nervous. The owners don't care, since there are people willing to put up with all this, and they're happy... I don't know if I'll go back, but maybe I'll prove it during my daily routine (not my holiday). I did find one good thing, though: the ice cream was good. Who knows, we'll see!

Frankly, the place has gotten much worse, the menus are dirty and greasy. The sandwiches are good but very thinly filled, then the waiters have the wrong table three times. The julienned courgettes are not sliced!!!

Non solo il servizio è lentissimo e poco accogliente, in più il gelato e arrivato sciolto. Il barista vorrebbe andare in pensione cioè poca voglia di lavorare, lanciava le bottiglie di vetro da 1 metro di distanza ( immaginate il casino visto che lavorano tanto e non capisco come 😅😅). In aggiunta a tutto ciò la tv ad altissimo volume, non ci si sentiva a mezzo metro l'un l'altro. A mai più 😂
