My husband and I found a little corner of paradise, a new, romantic, and welcoming atmosphere. Mauro, the host, makes you feel like a regular. We had an aperitif that tastes of family, of a desire to do things, of a dream to pursue. Mauro guides you in your search for the perfect wine and leads you to discover the true flavors and aromas of a true and sincere Monferrato. The platter and friciulin were excellent. Chicca and Stefano welcomed us to this (unique) bar/wine bar in the 89th smallest town in Italy (113 residents), built with tuff stone from the nearby, now-disused quarry. The family-friendly establishment offers excellent local wines to pair with a selection of cured meats and cheeses, as well as delicious first courses. The large outdoor area provides shade on hot, quiet days, where you can enjoy tranquility, serenity, and stress-relieving relaxation. A must-try if you're in the area!

Found by chance while passing through Olivola. A quick aperitif with a glass of Grignolino and one of Ruchè accompanied by a platter of appetizers. A refined place, with a personal touch, lived-in, just the way I like it! Friendly, down-to-earth owners who really know their job. I'll definitely be back for a meal, too!! Well done!

Excellent local wine list with great food, located in Piazza Europa at the base of the town church. Delightful place to relax over tasty food and a glass or three. Friendly service - highly recommended.

A delightful town, a place that could be more refined, and the service could be more friendly and courteous. The raw salami is delicious, as is the carpione. Frozen sandwiches, heated on the spot, are fluffy and light.

We visited because we had no other choice! There were no other options in the surrounding area or in other nearby restaurants, but we had a great time. We had an aperitivo with a platter, a glass of wine, and a lemonade: €36! The staff was efficient but a bit cold, unlike the very outgoing manager. The mixed platter was good for an aperitivo, but the quantity wasn't commensurate with the price: the cheese/cured meats ratio was unbalanced, so if a couple with a vegetarian or vegetarian arrived, one would eat too much and the other would not. The glasses of wine were a bit pricey, but there was plenty of choice.

A truly lovely location, a place I've been frequenting for years. The only major drawback is the prices, which, for food that isn't cooked to order but merely reheated, are significantly higher than you'd find in a restaurant. The charcuterie board is meager for the price, and even a sandwich with two vegetables at €8 seems excessive. The wine list, for a wine destination, is, in my opinion, significantly overpriced.
