I always go through the drive thru , great donuts , convenient because I don't have to get out , at night there's always a long line especially on the weekends. But I went around 2:30pm and got my donuts fast , and I tried the new Creamsicle drink ...bomb

Krispy Kreme is a longtime chain serving a variety of Donut flavors and shapes, plus Coffee and Frozen Drinks. This place is our favorite Donut shop in Ontario/Rancho Cucamonga. We love their Donuts. They are always delicious, and just melt in our mouth. Great doughnuts, great atmosphere, and very good customer service. The inside of this place is clean and it's a lot of fun to see how the donuts go through the making process and anyone can take videos and photos of the entire process. Another surprising thing is their drive-thru is always super busy, but the inside of this shop is comparatively less crowded. So, if anyone wants to reduce wait time, then he/she might go inside to order food during business hours (5:30 AM to 10:00 PM, drive-thru is open for 24 hours). A highly recommended place for Donut lovers.

Don't come here on your diet days. This is great place to eat your feelings and share good sweets with loved ones. Glaze never disappoints and can never manage to just eat one and walk away. So don't lie to yourself and get the box, every one else does the same when u offer them one from the box too. My only complaint is they could use more filling in jelly n custard, don't be so cheap we're paying $20 a dozen here!!

This is the most popular donut shop in the area...it's always busy at night, but it's excellent to go and pick because the donuts are warm and eat! It's worth their time and money to be paid for! Who does not enjoy Krispy Kreme Donuts??? The minute you walk in the door; the aroma mesmerize you with all those comfort smells; warm, fresh baked, & delicious smell of glaze for the donuts. Came in to try the Hershey’s doughnuts during the $9.99 dozen promo, and WOW they were absolutely amazing! The entire family couldn’t stop talking about how good they were. My two kids were obsessed with the Hershey’s classic chocolate doughnut, I personally loved the chocolate buttercream one, and my husband was all about the chocolate chip cookie doughnut. 10/10 all around! I stopped by after a campus event at my new school, and just like the first time I visited this location, the staff was super friendly and helpful. It’s always a great experience here, and I really appreciate the consistent, excellent customer service. Definitely looking forward to coming back again soon!

My favorite donuts since I first tried them. Sweet Light and fluffy texture. Although they are so light and small, I just can't eat one. Soooo yummy with ice cold milk.

So I recently tried 3 donuts on the menu. Oreo Creme Filled which exceeded my expectations on taste Brownie donut - it's good but this donut is pretty simple just a glaze with brownie crumbles an chocolate icing on top. Raspberry Filled - my first time trying this overall not a big filling based donut eater but this one was tasty. My sweet tooth needed something sweeter so I asked how does the caramel vanilla coffee iced or hot taste ? The lady on the coms said she prefers cold than hot so I ordered a hot caramel vanilla coffee it comes in 1 size I believe it's a medium. Great taste very sweet. Side note, I'm not a big Krispy Kreme fan my main preference goes to Mom & Pop donut shops but can't beat a quick snack.

The donuts were fresh, soft, and perfectly glazed — classic Krispy Kreme quality that never disappoints. The coffee was also surprisingly aromatic and paired well with the donuts. The store was extremely clean and well-organized, and since we visited on a weekday afternoon, it wasn’t crowded at all. The calm, comfortable atmosphere made the experience even better. The staff were friendly and patient, and I really appreciated how welcoming they were — even when kids came in to redeem a free donut through the report card “A” program, the service was still warm and kind with no attitude. Went to Krispy Kreme tonight at 9:20pm. It was extremely busy, both inside and drive thru something I wasn't expecting! Miguel was a breath of fresh air, kept his calm and remained kind to everyone he helped pick donuts for. Lupe on the other hand was stressin and let it be known to all the customers 🫠 Work can be stressful but remaining professional goes a long way, never know who's watching you. Also I noticed a few others would get out of order, I recommend writing the customers name on the box to prevent mistakes

If you see the fresh light on you better head in and watch the donuts come down the belt. This isn’t a vegan, organic, sugar free venue but if you like donuts you’ll love Kristy Kreme. Make sure you ask for a paper hat for your kids (or for you).

Nearest Krispy Kreme and I'm glad. I'd give it 5 stars but I'm giving the 4.5 only because sometimes they get my doughnut selection wrong and give me another by mistake. I get it they are usually in a rush most days but they need to slow down and pay a bit more of attention 90% proper doughnut selection outcome, but overall a great place.

Great place and location. Located minutes away from everything. They're always nice and friendly and the product they put out is always fresh. A must when going to the mall, the movies or driving by on the 15 or 10 freeway. Only reason it loses 1 star is because there hasn't been a time where the line isn't out the door. The multiple times I've visited the wait time is always between 15 to 30 mins. Besides that it is a great place.

Anthony was the employee working in the drive thru. He was unfocused, sloppy, and unprofessional. While I ordered he repeated what 3 times until I was yelling at the order microphone, and I really dislike yelling. After making me yell my order, when I arrived at the window he had already forgotten part of my order. After handing my card and receipt back, he nearly forgot to hand me the donuts. I do not like him.

I come here because this is only krispy kreme around my house. And the line is always always always long. Love their donuts, but service was lousy. The employees are very slow at serving customers. I understand social distancing and they allow few people at a time in the lobby. How hard is it to box the donuts and get the customer going on their way. I waited 45 minutes for service. The drive through line had over 25 cars so decided to go into the lobby. Had to wait 30 minutes outside and then another 15 minutes inside. There were only 5 people ahead me.

Good overpriced doughnuts. 24ct original glazed doughnut dots are usually 4.79 but, on the 5th of May for the battle of Waterloo, they’re especially $5 to be “nacho dot” inspired. This historical exploitation that goes on here is ill-conceived however, great doughnuts. I guess to get dot nacho inspired means that Krispy Kreme glazed doughnut dots were made to satisfy a group of Mexican military wives who were hungry.

Drive Thru Donuts? I’m sold! Krispy Kreme is not the first drive-thru donut I’ve been to but I do like that they offer donuts if you want to pick up something quick to take to a friend. This Krispy Kreme is located in Ontario just west of the 15 freeway off Mills Circle, next to Ontario Mills Mall. The only thing I don’t like about the drive thru is I’m not familiar enough with their menu to spit out what I want to order quickly. And if there’s a line behind me, I am going to order just original glazed donuts. Nothing wrong with that but would be nice if I knew what to order. Overall, I like the convenience of a drive thru but it’s not something I’d stop for - only when my sweet tooth craves it.

I've been coming to this location for years it was once my favorite but 7 minutes ago I just had the worst experience ever! The young lady who attempted to take my order cut me off mid order but then would not let me finish it. Then when I asked the young man at the window to speak with the manager he replied "Oh they busy call later " and stated laughing. My 10yr daughter asked "mom why are they so mean today"? Honestly I was wondering the same thing my self.

I’m a customer twice a week buying donuts and coffee for a company and this morning lady with a name Romo was upset because I told her I want to use my rewards points and she rolled her eyes at me with an attitude, I don’t think that’s professional. Thank you!

This is the worst location I’ve been to. I prepaid for my order online and arrived 10 minutes early, and they told me they couldn’t give me my order yet. I asked if I could just place a new order through the drive-through and get it immediately, and they said yes… which makes no sense. They ended up remaking my entire box of donuts and refunding me, but still wouldn’t give me the donuts I had already paid for — even though they were right there in the display. Being told I couldn’t have my food because I was 10 minutes early is ridiculous. The staff was also slightly rude and unhelpful. I genuinely don’t understand why I couldn’t receive food I already paid for when I was physically there and they clearly had the donuts ready. Very frustrating experience.

Not impressed I came here with my daughter to cash in her A’s on her report card and as soon as we walked in, we were ignored by all staff then somebody’s friend who worked there happened to come in after us they greeted them, hugged them. I drove about little ove 30 min at 10pm to my nearest krispy kream I ordered doughnut dots 24ct assorted. It took me about 2 seconds From the ordering screen to the drive thru window. When I got to the window the girl had my box already there. I found it a bit strange but hey maybe shes good at her job. Well that was not the case. The dots where old and stale like from the morning. If I wanted nasty stale donuts from krispy creams I would have drove 5 minutes to food 4 less. Krispy creams please do better. I'll go back one day hopefully things get better and my opinion changes

Just ordered some of the apple cinnamon donuts and there is almost no filling in them. For around $3 a piece, you'd think they'd try to put some filling in them.

This location continues dissapoint... unpleasant employees and and producing a bad product. This is why they are going under. Apple cinnamon "filled" donut looks like this. Donuts are stale and underwhelming

This location has failed to do the right thing after sustaining an injury from a donut. A topper to a donut that from what I was told was most likely improperly stored causing it to harden extra therefore cracking my tooth and filling. I had to have emergency dental work done and was near a $500 job for one tooth and pain. This location sounds annoyed and inconvenienced anytime I call. It’s been near 2 months of back and forth of their insurance passing the buck to the manufacturers insurance and neither one wants to take responsibility. District manager has done nothing even after leaving messages. Trying to downplay this situation and sweep it under the rug isn’t going to work. This is honestly ridiculous. Krispy Kreme is responsible at the end of the day because they’re supposed to store food properly. If I had 2 Harry Potter donuts that were 2 different designs and one was good and the other was not then that would most likely indicate the other one was old or improperly stored. Poor customer service and lack of accountability at your grown ages is honestly crazy. I followed all steps and provided injury report documentation and dental records.

Ordered the 24DOTS at 4am in the morning and they weren't good at all, some were hard, some were tasteless not a fan.My local donut shop up the street from my house isnt famous like Krispy Kreme but donut star in colton always has the best DoTs there any day anytime fresh and soft. All day every day. Wouldn't be coming back to Krispy Kreme not hype their just overpriced not so good donuts.

If I could give this place less than a 1 star I would! They literally gave us the worst donuts they offer at the establishment. To good to go order....and they give us bottom of the barrell selection. Hard left over from the day before donuts at that as well most likely is what it looks like. I will never go back and I will tell everyone else to go elsewhere. Crusty looking donuts. Do not recommend do not go here! Save your money and go somewhere better.
