I love Firehouse and it makes me happy they have a gluten free option!

Unlike Anaheim (Magnolia Blvd) THIS Firehouse is AMAZING! Clean, friendly staff, and management! And the sandwiches are to DIE FOR! THANKS FOR ALWAYS MAKING MY EXPERIENCES PLEASANT!

Really loved the food I got, I really appreciated the staff wearing masks when preparing our food. A bit overpriced for a sub, but no wait and tasted good.

Amazing sandwiches!!!! Quality ingredients, average bare-minimium service but the price is a bit much. An every two-weeks treat.

I placed our group order one day in advance and it was made and labeled perfectly when I picked it up today.

The girl with the bangs was supper nice helped me out and informed me we could use the sauces at our table. Such a great vibe. Will certainly be coming back.

Always pretty satisfied coming here, I also love the coke freestyle machine because of how many drinks lost other places don’t have but the machine does.

Definitely recommend this place. Service is fast and on point. Food is always fresh. You don’t have to wait a long time. Must try food is delicious can’t go wrong. Staff is nice and polite.

Most firehouse sub locations are good. However, the meatball subs at this particular location are GREAT!!! Better than other locations for some reason, high volume perhaps?

Mmmmm good so yummy! The beef and cheddar brisket, steak n cheese and turkey are my favorites! I go once a week. Online ordering and pick up are great. Friendly staff and fantastic food! You must try firehouse subs...it's a must!

This place is super underrated We went there because of @Lukefoods review and I tried the pepperoni meatball sub and got the cheddar brisket barbecue for my wife we both absolutely loved our sandwiches and will be coming back again definitely recommended.

This place is deadly. It is so good and always fresh. They are unique in the way they make their sandwiches. They have weird ( but good) combo mixes with thier only style. Dep come hungry, because they are decent size.

Firehouse subs have some tasty sandwiches. The fire fighters who work at the store are always nice and sometimes let you look at their fire truck if you give them a tip! Would recommend.

The best meatball sub I have ever had!!! I use to like Subways meatball subs but I had to order extra meatballs to fill all of the bread. Firehouses sub almost has too much meatballs. If that is a bad thing. I will be definitely coming here at least once a week!!!

My 5-STAR RECOMMENDATION/REVIEW: overall, firehouse subs offers very Good sandwiches. A good variety of condiments and dressings as well as veggies. I would recommend eating here if you haven’t already done so. It is conveniently located near the Target and Blaze Pizza.

Firehouse subs is by far my favorite. The Orange location is great. Their beef and cheddar brisket is the best. The barbecue sauce is just right and not over done. And when it mixes with the mayo...OMG! Just make sure you ask them to not go too lightly.

Didn't know there was a location in the south side. I was introduced to this place up north. Sandwiches are the best here. I like it better than subway. I'm glad there's a location at least 30 mins away from where I live.

I had it delivered through doordash which was really good, except that they ran out of the macaroni and cheese so I wasn't able to try it for the first time and I found out it is out of stock I guess with their supplier in right now definitely suggest if you want a good sub go here then steam the meat before goes on to the bun which makes it really good and the meat is shaved thin

So this is my clear favorite sandwich shop, even when compared to Board & Brew. Blows Jersey Mike's out of the water. Occasionally they won't even charge for extra cheese and I always tip on those events even if it costs more than if they did charge. The club on a Sub is my go to and a large is easily two meals for me. Its right next to Blaze Pizza which is the other place I eat out the most at, so when I run out of food they are the go to as I can order a pizza, walk over and get my sub, and come back right as the pizza is ready. Staff is overly friendly and the franchise owner should be proud of the team they put together!

Both were so frigging huge and delicious 😋 Nooo I didn't eat both, in fact I could only eat half of the Italian sandwich it was so filling ( good value for the money) but did take a bite of the meatball sandwich very very good. 😋 I will for sure go back to Firehouse Subs, they have a bunch of great menu items to choose from and the staff is very friendly and a very clean restaurant environment. 😀

My first firehouse sub. A bit spendy but way better than subway. Nice location and good staff.

Quick service, really good sandwiches. Not my favorite place for a sandwich but it's in my top 5.

Great food and friendly staff. The hot sauce bar was a bit underwhelming as most of the bottles were empty.

2nd best sandwiches but #1 for a franchise ,,,,,nothing beats Cortina's Italian Restaurant for sandwiches

Nice sub chain with a fun theam. First time at this location. This store, and everyone other one we have been to always had the nicest staff and manager/owner.

Good hearty food. The bread seems to melt in your mouth as the individual ingredients combine into the perfect sandwich.

Probably the best subs in Orange County, San Fernando Valley is got better Subs, before around here this is great, Jersey Mike's also makes good subs and comparing the two depends what you put in it that oil and vinegar at Jersey Mike's can't be beat, not too much seating though please can get crowded, bathrooms were clean service was polite but they made a few mistakes

My favorite sub place. Toasted sandwiches with a good amount of meat. A step above most quick sandwich places. Fresh and healthy!

We got it delivered- the small sandwich is pretty small; the large was enough food for me and girlfriend.

I have eaten (3) times at this location and have been very pleased with the food, staff & service. The only con would be the price is a bit high for a sandwich but this hasn't stopped me from coming back.

1st time here. Good sandwiches, good selection. The drink machine was not working however, and we waited for the ice to be filled up so we could get cold water and ice tea. Staff wasn't concerned about it much. I would however return for another sandwich

It was good but they really know how to jack up the price with that small, medium or large size's of sandwiches.

Service was ok. Sandwich was terrible. Way too much dressing very little meat. Expensive for what you get.

Meatball sandwich was tasty. But a bit too pricy when it doesn't include chips and a soda. Or at least a soup. I paid $10.15 just for the sandwich.

I wouldn't come again, not because of rude service or anything like that. The employees are very kind. It is just the subs that are not that filling. I got a large spicy chicken sub. Wasn't much in it. I guess I'd rather have tummy stuffer or Subway because it is 100% customizable and you see your sandwich/sub.

No trash can for the outside seating, missed entering phone no. for rewards program and the extra pickle requested, both at ordering time. Asked to speak with the manager, but was told they were not available.

This particular place is always dirty. The employees stand around doing nothing, but talking with each other instead of actually working unless the management is there. I ordered a large sub and some other things, when I used 10,000 pts that I had, the girl at the register argued with me and said that I didn't have enough points. Of course I wouldn't have enough points after I just used 10,000 pts for my free sub. Evilana, you know who you are. She wasn't even nice about it, she was actually really rude about the whole thing.

Stopped for lunch yesterday and found out to be meh. The layout is awful, with the register at the back and nothing to do... Anyone that has been to Subway, Togos or any other sandwich shop would expect to order and have it made. Then pay at the end. The Coke freestyle dispenser I could see being backed up during a busy lunch as people want to mix custom combinations. I had the turkey cranberry and it was decent, but I could not find the cheese in it, my wife said it is in the light menu so they probably didn't put much on. My wife was not impressed with her sandwich either. I can not see myself coming back again.

Maybe we were there at a bad time but this was very underwhelming. Very slow even though there were plenty of people behind the counter. The one sub we ordered was wrong. The potato soup was watery. The salad was expensive and pretty bad. We hadn’t been there before but we won’t be going back. And the drinks - they were unavailable because the tanks were empty.

Used to be good but they have stopped making big sandwiches and now its mostly bread.

It's unfortunate that all the employees are careless about customers. Never greet you, never smile and never thank you. You also gotta wait an eternity to get a sub.

That was the SMALLEST sandwich I’ve ever spent $9 on... small club is ONLY 3 1/2 inches long!!! I measured it!! I’m not a big eater, but I’m still hungry! WASTE OF MONEY!!

I came to pick up my online order and my sandwich was not ready they had me waiting over 20 minutes to pick up my sandwich and the girls were chatting and when I ask who is making my food they ignore me they have bad customer service unprofessional people working at this place I will not bring my business to this location anymore 7/11/22 7:30pm

Whoever owns this location needs to pay attention. It is run terribly now. We have been here dozens of times, but it has taken a terrible turn. Our sandwiches were made wrong. And we got them to go, so it wasn’t worth driving all the way back over.

Last time I go to that location because I found a pretty long hair.. Disgusted.. Could not finish thereafter. Shame...

When you see a CHILD any CHILD All children should be offered a paper firehat isn't that the point . Give to ALL CHILDREN no matter the color. You never know it could be a child first time at firehouse subs . Do better

I ordered three subs. I asked for the jalapenos on the pastrami sandwich. Requested for all the way. Got meat, mayo, mustard. I repeated asked for jalapenos. No pride? No give a hitS? Wow.. 02SEP20 13:20

Came here at 825 pm July 21 2025 they messed up my order I got the meatball sub pepperoni they forgot to add my onion and green bell pepper I came back and they remade it but my other sub that I order got cold you guys could at least let me keep the sub that you guys messed up on…..

My son had food poisoning yesterday (6/19/21) from eating the New York steamer. Unfortunately, so did his WaterPolo teammates. We've always been supportive for Firehouse Subs, but I think we will reconsider when eating between tournament games. I'll just note we have been in the food service industry a very long time with high emphasis in food safety, our kids have a couple food allergies, and we don't eat out unless necessary. It was without a doubt this place that had my son doubled up in pain, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea for 24hrs. Onset symptoms of nausea within 1hr of consumption. Stomach cramps, diarrhea started 2hrs after consumption. Then all symptoms violently increased at 3hrs including vomiting, fever, and dehydration lasting til the next day. I'm sure it was Staph food poisoning.

Food is great but it’s getting too expensive. On top, I expect a better customer service for such premium priced sandwhich. I visited today 3/16 and since I left no tip, attendants were not friendly at all. Making me wonder, is it really worth tipping when you don’t get a decent service yet pay premium for a sub?
