There was a very long line to order, and once I did I was disappointed in the very limited vegetarian options. I ordered a veggy wrap, I was very pleased with the unique tortillas they offered for it. It was just vegetables, mostly sweet peppers and onions, with cheese inside a tortilla and it cost me almost $10. The food was great, but not worth that price for what it was. Because of that I won't be coming here again.

Worst jersey mikes I’ve ever been to. Customer service was ridiculously bad. The sandwiches were switched up (wrong bread for each one, forgot toppings on one and added what I asked NOT to be put on). Hire new people if you’re the franchise owner. Seriously, if you own this place, watch your cameras inside from about 1:10pm to 1:30 on Sunday 2/2 - guy behind counter was literally yelling at people "what do you want on your sandwich!" in an angry tone - especially to the mom with her kids. She left saying she was going to call the owner. There were two guys working there that were complete jerks to everyone inside. I asked the people outside eating already about it and they said the employees were probably trying to discourage people from eating there so they wouldn't have to work. Awesome.

This place has the worst employees I’ve ever met, they were more prioritized with their conversation than paying attention to the subs. The subs are different sizes even though I paid for 2 regulars. I’ve never been to a jersey Mike’s that has lazy employees like this one. I’m not sure if it was just that shift’s employees but I won’t be coming back to this location due to the lack of professionalism (doesn’t take much effort, I work in a actual restaurant so I personally know). Really ridiculous.

Food is decent, but they prioritize in person orders over ordering ahead. Don't tell me my order will be ready at 1 when it's not until 1:20. Plenty of folks who were not even in line when I got there got their order first. Looks like I'll be favoring board and brew from now on.

I came in just a few minutes ago to pick up my online order. I got in line behind somebody that was paying. Right after they finished somebody that wasn't working the pickup area asked the lady that came in after me that was behind me with her dog what her name was for her order. They filled her order before me even though I entered first, was next in line, and right in front of the staff working the pick up area/register. I don't know if it's stupidity or racism, but I'll never give this place any more business having such a bad experience. Would give no stars if possible.

Our family enjoys Jersey Mike's; the subs are great and flavor is pretty consistent no matter which location you order from. The MV location however, has some really rude employees. Three times of bad service and attitude mainly from a female employee. the first, she made a different sandwich than I had ordered...I told her and she snapped back, "that's not what you said" after back and forth, I decided to pay for the sandwich. Second time, nothing but eye rolls and huffing and puffing. Third time, the lady in front of me was at the cashier and she said, "those 2 subs over there are mine too" to the cashier and she lipped off and replied, "yeah we know" I think the customer was in shock bc she just looked at me confused. I shrugged my shoulders...what do you do at that point? Hard pass. Will make the drive and visit different locations.

This is by far the worst managed Jersey Mike's I have ever been too. There's a guy who wears a skull mask and always skimpy on slicing the meat. There's a girl who always has a scowl on her face and hat in her eyes like she hates the world. She will forget what you want on your sandwich and gets an attitude when you tell her again. I've found hair in my sandwich and seen flies in their meat case. I would stay far away from this store they give the Jersey Mike's brand a bad name.

This Jersey Mike's has the worst customer service. I'm consistently disappointed in the employees who work there. Lack of care for the quality of a sandwich, lack of concern for cleanliness, and lack of intelligence. The sandwiches are great, but the employees are the absolute worst. I expect at least a bare minimum of customer care

I went to get a big giant plus my complementary sandwich from my birthday. as soon as I show a proof that complimentary sandwich they treat me different. I still cannot believe it was store manager to handle the situation he make me very uncomfortable in front of my family and customers online. it's no way I can compare subway sandwiches Vs. Jersey Mike'showever if they going to value my business and treat me with respect definitely I will go with Subway.

This place is the worst. I am a delivery driver and on several occasions have I have been dispatched to this location only to arrive and have my order not even started. They don't make the sandwiches until their line clears, which won't happen during lunch time. I have waited a full hour before, only to leave when they STILL haven't started. Today I waited 40 minutes after the order was placed. When I went up to the counter to check a second time, the same person who I checked in with when I arrived didn't remember me, even though he'd told me it would be "a few minutes" 20 minutes prior. I was told it would be at least another 20 minutes, no apologies. I don't get paid to wait so I re-assigned the order. You would never make an in store customer wait this long. Don't accept app delivery orders if you don't have the time to fulfill them or train your staff better. When the food is inevitably late, the customer will blame me even though it has nothing to do with me. Treat delivery drivers like actual customers - we go out to eat too and I don't spend my money at establishments that have this attitude.
