Great clean interior and the food is great, too. The robot is pretty random, but kids seem to love it.

This place has authentic pho that’s absolutely delicious! I had the Filet Mignon with shrimp and rib-eye spring rolls. The ingredients were fresh, the food was served in a deliciously seasoned broth and the staff was very accommodating! With the recent cold weather in California, this is a perfect place for a warm, comforting meal. We will return soon!

Their ox tail pho is amazing. Take out containers are large enough put both the broth and fixings into when you get home.

We love Mama Hong’s! We’ve been coming here for years and it’s one of our go-to spots for Vietnamese food. We’re a family of five and drive from Placentia, and it’s always worth the drive. The food is always fresh and really good. The meat is great quality and the portions are generous. We love the grilled pork sandwiches, and the Thai tea is a must every time we come. The service is also amazing—everyone is super friendly and fast. Angelica and Liz always take great care of us, making sure we have everything we need. Highly recommend! We’ll definitely keep coming back

We had Grill Pork Chops & Spring Rolls and Filet Mignon Pho, at the Orange County Location, it was Delicious!! Luis the host and the staff were very friendly and attentive we recommend Mama Hong's!

This place is great! I eat there once or twice a week. The portions are generous & the price is fair. "Traditional Combo" with extra tendons. The best!!! 🤌

It's nice.Honestly, I feel like customer service in today's world is very lacking.There are so many places i've been to.Where you really get the minimal experience, and I was really pleasantly surprised by rosas Cafe. I went there on new year's eve. The staff (alex m.) And his team were super nice, helped answer any questions i had, and really went above and beyond serving us. I am definitely coming back!!!

Best, chorizo & potatoes, also like the chorizo & beans. I put both in their fresh made flour tortillas then add cheese 👍❤️. Makes a flavor packed breakfast taco. I only wish it was served all day.

I had a child's enchilada plate, one cheese enchilada, rice,and beans. My husband had a two beef enchilada plate with queso sauce. We topped it off with four sopapillas and honey. Very tasty and love all the sauces and condiments.

This restaurant was recommend by a coworker, while we worked in the Dallas area. I enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Not being familiar with the menu. I would have liked to sit and review a menu rather than doing a counter order. I think I would have made a better choice. So take your time with the menu board.

Rosa’s is one of our favorite local chain Mexican eatery. We especially love them on “Taco Tuesday” when they take off roughly $2 of their regular 3 taco platter which comes with 3 tacos which you can choose beef or chicken as the protein and choose hard or soft type tacos. Comes also with Mexican rice and refried beans. The drink is extra cost. Then there is the taco sauce bar that you can choose different sauces to complement your tacos. The atmosphere is typical family oriented with a lots of noise and children. Background music is Mexican themed. Kitchen service is quick but otherwise it is mostly self serve after you pick up your food at the counter. I didn’t take any pictures of our plates this visit but have included ones from previous visits. Basically non of it has changed. They also give around 2-3 freshly made flour tortillas with each meal. We have a tradition to butter them and squirt some honey into them and roll them up and eat them that way, kind of like a dessert. I call them a “poor man’s non fried sopaipilla”. Last week I feed a family of 4-5 for about $32 with 3 drinks ordered too. That’s a good bargain nowadays.

This restaurant has a drive-thru and provides super fast service—absolutely amazing! I ordered the Taco Tuesday special: 3 crispy tacos, beans, rice, and 2 tortillas for just $6.99. It was cheaper and tastier than fast food—simply the best! Goodbye, Taco Bell! “Let's all go to Rosa's Café & Tortilla Factory on Tuesdays” I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place!

We've been to this Pho restaurant years ago, and tonight we went again, looks like they've changed the ownership, the name is different, and the interior decoration has improved much stylish. My son love their chicken with rice, I always order the slice steak.....

The menu posted is not the same price at the store. The menu on Google says $11.95 for porkchop combo. It's $18.95 on the menu here at the restaurant.

I've been long term customer to Rosa's among various locations. I love their fresh tortillas and the self service bar. Food is decent for the price. The cashier was not really helpful for our questions about food even thou it was non-meal time (almost zero customers so it was not busy at all).

Rosa's is actually my Wife's favorite go to for tex-mex, it's okay as far as I am concerned. We've never had a bad dining experience at any of the Rosa's we've visited. The food is decent. The service is adequate. No table service though. Plenty of Parking the staff are usually polite and professional. Prices are decent. Over all Rosa is a good place for dinner or lunch. But I prefer a place like Lupes

Food is ok nothing gourmet but classic rosas. Today i had the fajita steak salad It was ok. And a tamale which was good. 2 of us kids meal and that plus a drink and it was $30. that was probably a good $20 meal. A lot of space and great service. This was my second time ever to a rosas.

My family came here because we didn't want to cook tonight. We rolled by on the highway and decided to stop by. The place was empty on 5pm on a Sunday night. The food came out quick. We received a TON of food for the money. The food was decent. The best tex mex I've ever had? No. The worst? No. We will be back.

We arrived at this location, myself, wife, and two boys. There was no weight and were able to walk right in and order. When we got to the counter, the lady definitely did not look happy to be. There did not have a smile or zero emotion in a positive way at all. As we would order, she would say is that it each time we would order something is that all and really tried to push us through the order process. My wife then proceeds to ask her if she’s happy to be there for the day. She looks surprised and tried to snap out of her attitude. It could not be held to see that she was not the right person to be at the front counter, representing the store/restaurant . We ordered the number eight for both me and my wife and the hard shell beef tacos for the boys Everyone loved their food just like we always do. We were just very disappointed with the service this time. This is definitely not a usual experience that we would have coming to this restaurant . Hopefully it was just a one off.

Starting with the positives, the service there was good and the the restaurant was nicely decorated. The down side was the food. I came with my partner and we both ordered different pho bowls, some chicken spring rolls and some teas. Both of our pho’s broth was lacking in flavor, the noodles were excessively soggy and the meat matched the broth (lacking flavor). The spring rolls chicken was dry and I’ve never had spring rolls with the rice paper they used as it was very thick and felt like I was eating the packaging of the food. The teas we got (guava with something else) had way to much of the guava puree and way too sweet. I go to a lot of pho restaurants and this one was rough. Very nice staff, so I feel bad to give this review

After eating here- you will definitely feel the difference between a restaurant that is devoted to their line of work in the food industry, and a restaurant in it for a quick buck which seems to be the case with this chain. Before arriving I called first to verify they served fajitas since most of the reviews were to-go, and soft & hard shell tacos. At the time the call was picked up there was no quality standard greeting, just “hello.” Upon arriving my dad and I browsed through the menu and were sort of shock they didn’t have cheese dip, later we were even more shocked that there was no complementary chips, we should have truly left after finding out they don’t even have Mexican bottled cokes… just fountain drinks and beer. We ended up ordering the $36.00 fajita family combo expecting equal shares of beef and chicken.. wrong… definitely a much larger share of chicken than beef… 😕 I would highly recommend any other chain before I even think of this one. Genuinely dissatisfied and disappointed.
