Every time the wait is a joke. Barely come here anymore, and when I do I have hope that things have changed… NOPE! This time one taco, and it was ready 12 minutes after the app estimate of completion. Not the order time, the completion time. Were they busy at the time? NO

They forget the sauce here very often so remind them before you leave. The prices are really stupid high right now too. I somehow spent 25 bucks on a 3 taco combo, a value nacho, and 4 dessert balls.... Definitely not worth the price.

This “★★” Rating & Review is based solely on this specific location and it’s common Drive-Thru wait times. Tonight could have very easily escalated with irrational excitement. I pulled my vehicle right up, and I sat there for a solid 5 minutes after I was greeted and told they would be right with me to take the order. The one car in front of me had already moved up to the window by that time. Seconds before the employee came back to the intercom to take the order, the person behind me started honking at me, and began yelling “You done?! You already order?! Go!!” I looked back and shouted “They haven’t even taken my order yet!!” Needless to say, the entire wait time from the initial greeting to the time I received my food was 21 minutes, and that was with only one other car in front of me. Taco Bell has an average wait time of 4 minutes and 28 seconds… they hold the title, as of 2021 for the shortest drive-thru wait times. This location has one of the longest times I’ve ever experienced, and this was just the one occasion that finally encouraged me to write this review.

Paid a fortune for my lunch but to make things worse the over priced bean burritos were made so small I thought I ordered from the kids menu. Taco shells were broken with 5 strands of cheese and grease that made the hard shell a soft shell. I don't get consistency, so I never know if I am going to even get full even when spending $20. I do not recommend this location and to honest, this is typical experience with taco bell in general.

Waited over 10 minutes in a 3 car line and got a burrito with a stale tortilla and a quesadilla with a burnt one. I go to Taco Bell fairly frequently but first time at this location. Never gotten such poor quality from the other Taco Bell’s in the area. Go to literally any other location is my advice.

Two things to say! Manager John smells horrific!!! I’m by no means trying to be mean, but anybody who has that poor of hygiene and is cooking food is not okay. Gabriel is an absolute wonderful employee. The coolest, kindest, sweetest employee.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bel. I ordered a Veggie Bean Crunchwrap Supreme, but I was given a Beef Crunchwrap Supreme instead. As someone who does not eat beef for religious reasons, this was very upsetting. Accuracy in orders is extremely important, especially when it comes to dietary and religious restrictions. I hope the staff can be more careful in the future to avoid such mistakes.

I'm not sure where to begin. The food is disgusting, the service is horrible, and the staff seems to be in another world. My order took forever, and when it finally arrived, it was a complete mess. This place is a joke, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Management needs to take a long, hard look at what's happening here.

Ordered a couple things from the new cantina menu, a Mexican pizza, two Crunchy tacos, and a cheesy roll up. The only thing that was good were the 2 Crunchy tacos. The Cantona crispy chicken taco had very little meat and it was barely cooked and not even warm. The cheesy roll up was flat and the cheese never melted. The Mexican pizza was cold and soggy. On top of the bad food, I used the app to order from my home a few miles away to get it started but still had to wait in the drive through 15 minutes for the food. This was hands down the worst experience at this location. I don't know if they were understaffed. Maybe had new people. Maybe had people that didn't care. The young lady running the drive through was concerned and apologetic, which I appreciate. This used to be my favorite location. I just hope it's a one-off.

I am pregnant and craved a three cheese chicken flatbread. Ordered, drove 5 mins home and find this monstrosity. I was really craving it so I placed an order via app for my husband to pick up on his way home. Surprise they completely forgot it. Legit all I wanted and they screw it up twice. Unreal.

The last three Taco Bells I have gone too have been disgusting inside the restroom 🤮. It seems as though the prices differ between locations in the same town. One of my favorite items was this chicken quesorito. It use to be big and fill me up, they are puny now and almost 4 bucks. The pictures show one that is burnt too. If you like Taco Bell in the past and go in there, act like it is the first time. Yep that bad. :(
