After two incorrect coffees (asked for regular and made with milk), the girl serves them without sugar or water, completely ignoring us. When we ask for sugar, she picks it up and throws it on the counter.

MAI PIÙ!!! Abito in zona sono andata altre volte al bar Atlantic per un caffè veloce oppure una colazione in compagnia. È ogni volta mi trovo malissimo, ma questa volta si sono superati. Sono andata sabato con mio figlio per fare colazione. La ragazza alla cassa(con un tesserino con scritto allievo responsabile) non mi ha neanche guardato in faccia. Ho ordinato, ho pagato e sempre senza mai alzare lo sguardo mi ha lanciato lo scontrino, per poi andarsene( mentre il piatto con le brioches sono rimaste sul bordo cassa). Prendo i due piattini è ordino un caffè e un cappuccino che con molta estrema calma mi viene servito al bancone. Chiedo un vassoio e mi dicono di cercarlo su qualche tavolo. Chiedo dei tovagliolini visto che nn c'erano da nessuna parte.e mi rispondono che non sanno dove sono. Premesso che io lavoro in un negozio da tantissimi anni, non potrei mai comportarmi così. In maniera tanto maleducata.

Ho chiesto un semplice e banale marrochino. Quando me lo servono noto che manca la Nutella. In risposta hanno avuto pure il coraggio di dirmi che il bar non dispone di Nutella e che potevano solo mettere il cacao in polvere. Ok, fossero almeno in grado di centrare la tazza col cacao piuttosto che sbrodolarlo ovunque. Incompetenti, maleducati e veramente scarsi a partire dal coso che mi ha servito, irene

Really fed up, 9 times out of 10 they don't have cream in the coffee, the machine is broken...permanently. Hot chocolate not available. Arrogant staff. It was much better years ago.

One star only because the croissants are good, everything else is terrible, from the rude manners of the staff to the sugar packets thrown on the counter after several requests for the cappuccino-like latte and finally the usual groups of elderly people who occupy the tables for hours without even a drink other than a coffee for 5..... terrible!!!

Very nice bar, there were 5 of us, and at 2:30 pm we wanted to eat something, since we hadn't had lunch. We had to ask the bartender behind the sandwich display if he would consider us. He annoyedly said that there was only what we could see. I think it was more his annoyed manner than what was in the display that made us decide to go eat elsewhere!

Disorganization is the key. If you want to have lunch and relax, this is definitely not the right place. There's a line to pay; you have to get up at least twice to get your food and then get your coffee. Not recommended.

Super negative experience, zero desire to work, especially the tall guy with the beard serves me at the counter two cappuccinos without sugar, without a tray and without glasses of water, I had to ask for them and he's very pissed off.....

A surreal experience. You wait in line and they tell you to sit at a table and they'll take your order later. You look for a free table and clean it. You wait 10 minutes, you wait 15 minutes, you ask for information, they tell you they're coming now. You wait another 5 minutes, you get up and leave. And you've even cleaned their table.

The terrible organization of this bar is worthy of first place. You line up to eat and then they tell you to sit down and wait for the waitress to take your order. Then, amidst the chaos, the bartender will shout out your table number so you can get up and go get your food. Once you're done eating, you line up again at the register to pay!!! SHOULD YOU POST TWO WARNING SIGNS? OR DO EVERYTHING AT THE REGISTRATION LINE? MAYBE PUT UP A SIGN WITH THE NUMBER?

In the Atlanta Bar of the Esselunga in Rivalta, the staff in charge of packaging the cappuccinos are the emblem of incompetence and rudeness, (I have noticed well) that every time you ask for example for a VERY HOT cappuccino, the staff in charge does not even take the request into consideration and brings it to you Lukewarm, and as soon as you point this out to them they turn away making annoyed faces full of grimaces. If as a customer I pay what the Bar specifies asks of me, on the other hand I demand to be served as I want. Suggestion for those reading, ... Orbassano and Rivalta are full of Bars, with real Kind, Welcoming and professional staff, desert this activity they do not deserve our money. Suggestion to those who manage it.... change jobs, monitor the staff better.
