Always a great meal here (and take aways) but todays occasional full cream tea was totally fabulous

Had the Tuesday Steak deal with a bottle of Rose, the food was yummy and the lady that served us was delightful, very welcoming place.

Just got back from Laguna Tavern. Friday fish and chips was fantastic. Excelnt service and brilliant atmosphere.

We had a lovely early evening tea party with China Plates, cups and tea plates, the lady was lovely very attentive all the staff were friendly, sandwiches and cakes were fresh we will definitely be back!

Just had a beautiful Sunday lunch. Good food served piping hot and very good service. Despite being very busy the service was well up to its usual high standard. Thanks to Jane, Janice and the cook.

We have just enjoyed a superb Sunday lunch. Of the starters, we chose the lovely piping hot leek and potato soup followed by a choice of Pork, Beef, Turkey or Lamb. We were too full for any deserts.

The place to go if you love the sunshine, whilst also fancying a nice ice cold glass of wine! I love the terrace, as it's spacious so you aren't sat on top of other people. The staff are friendly and fun - nice to be able to have a bit of banter, whilst also receiving professional and friendly service! I have been to the art session, which was a relaxed and fun way to be creative whilst making friends, again with a lovely glass of wine! There's a theme here! Food is freshly made and tasty with good sized portions and we plan on going to the Paella night soon! Looks delicious and friends say it shouldn't be missed! Well done, to a great bar - friendly staff, lovely food, lovely atmosphere and the locals are friendly and chatty too!

I first started to use this bar when the one next door closed down. Since my very first visit, my family and I have always been made very welcome by all members of staff and the owners; Paul and Jane. Consideration has been given by the owners for what the customers would like and need in their "local". Instead of it just being a bar, they provide space for the community to meet and take part in various activities, such as the painting classes, dancing classes, meetings of clubs and organisations, not forgetting the Knit and Natter group. The Knit and Natter group provide the knitted and crocheted Christmas Tree for the whole community and have recently been recognised by Scarves for Falklands Veterans for volunteering to produce scarves for UK military veterans of the Falklands War of 1982. As well as being a community hub, it is a fabulous bar and restaurant providing great service and quality products, whether you are popping in for a game of pool, to watch a football match, or take afternoon cream tea in the dining area or on the fabulous sunny terrace. The support given by this place for charity functions, events and groups should also be celebrated and highlighted. No matter what the cause, Paul and Jane are always willing and able to provide their support. In short, not just a Tavern but a fabulous hub of the community, all thanks to Paul, Jane and the hard working staff

Its OK needs some investment showing its age at least the draught beer is still to a good standard but the menu needs some variety

We arranged to meet friends and have a meal at the Bamboo Lounge Entre Naranjos. We were told last week we didn't need to book as it was a Monday night. Arrived this evening at the resturant to be told No meals being served to tonight. This is the 3rd time this had happened maybe it was different owners. So we wont be trying again.

ich hatte für kommenden Montag einen Tisch reserviert und erhielt eine Messenger Nachricht dass ich vorab vorbei kommen MUSS und 2x 5,-- zu bezahlen. Als ich schrieb dass ich es vorab nicht schaffe und meine Reservierung storniere wurde mir geschrieben dass sie froh sind wenn ich weg bleibe . Sehr unhöflich.

this say all Awful Juli 2025 • FAMILY Good grief. Where does one start, this say alllumpy undercooked mash, undercooked roast potatoes, grizzly beef, wet overcooked veg - tiny bowl for a family! No gravy, no cutlery, cold, freshly out of the microwave lumpy dessert… Simply dreadful. Then, the owner may treat you to a bullying display. Nasty woman who vilifies staff in front of customers repeatedly, and seemingly as she enjoys it! Complete bustard. Incidentally, I got talking to two former members of staff in another bar who left because of Jane’s bullying, humiliating behaviour. Never again.

Leider hat das nicht viel mit einer Taverne, oder Bar zu tun. Essen ist ein Fremdword, kulinarich keine Ahnung. Bar, können keine Long Drings machen, nicht mal Mojito, Caipirinha, oder andere Drinks. Wein keine gute Auswahl. Typisch British, Bier, Bier Bier und alles sehr laut. Ambiente keines und noch meistens Selbstedienung. Ist nicht einfach in dieser Britischen Gegend ein gutes Lokal mit Niveau und Ambiente zu finden, aber es gibt sie auch. Muss halt nach Elche ins La Finca, oder Alicante Taberna del Gourmet, oder Lo Pagan El Rubio 360 gehen. Auch die Gegend ist sehr ungepflegt und schmutzig, sehr schade.
