An amazing place! From the moment you walk in, you feel a great vibe. The service is wonderful; the hostesses are incredibly attentive, and the waiters are very helpful. Even though the place was quite busy, we were served super fast. It's worth noting that the place is very cozy, and the music is at just the right volume so you can talk to your companions. The service is very friendly, and I loved the food. I would definitely go back more than once. I ordered salmon, an arrachera taco, and a cocktail, and everything was delicious! 😍 I give it a 10/10. I celebrated my birthday there, and I couldn't have chosen a better place. My visit was on a Friday, and Aida Perlú was performing live. With her wonderful voice, she made us sing, laugh, and remember happy moments.

Our experience was excellent, one of the best we've had in Orizaba. From the moment you arrive, the warm welcome immerses you in a unique atmosphere. The service is very friendly and attentive to your requests, offering excellent recommendations. The restaurant's ambiance is a blend of elegance and modernity, with a beautiful view of downtown Orizaba. The dishes were delicious and well-seasoned. My wife especially loved the salmon with apricot and habanero sauce. Highly recommended, and we will definitely return.

From the entrance, the stairs leading to the restaurant are very Instagrammable. The decor is eye-catching, the service is very attentive and fast, and the staff is very responsive to every request (the person who served us was Alexis 👍🏽). The menu is very varied, ranging from appetizers and seafood main courses to pork shank. The prices are very good considering the overall experience. Take advantage of the cocktail specials; they're delicious 🤗

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review It looks like an expensive place, but it really isn't. From the moment you start climbing the stairs, the experience is wonderful: full of colors, abstract designs, and illuminated messages that make the journey very creative and original. It's a good workout climbing them, but definitely worth it. Upon arrival, the terrace welcomes you with a charming atmosphere: well-spaced tables, large windows, good music, and a very pleasant view of Orizaba. The entire concept of the place is very well executed, with modern decor and a warm ambiance. The service was top-notch; the waiters were always attentive, friendly, and provided fast service. The food surprised us: the esquites (Mexican street corn), the bone marrow with octopus, the roasted apple salad, and the salmon—all exquisite, with impeccable presentation. The fruit tizanas and the marzipan frappe were delicious. Overall, the experience was excellent. We loved everything: the place, the food, the service, and especially the affordable prices. I would only recommend that they invest more in advertising, because this place deserves to be packed. Definitely highly recommended.

I loved this place. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a smile and super friendly service. Great place to go with friends. Good drinks. The picada tacos and their salsa martajada are very good. Pleasant music at a good volume. You can still have a conversation. Attentive waiters. A place to spend quality time with friends. Recommended.

The service and atmosphere were very good, but the food could be better. However, the ribs left a lot to be desired; they were like the typical ribs you get at a diner with bagged French fries from the supermarket. The "apple" salad was very thin on apple. The picaña tacos were good, with well-cooked meat and seasoned. The tuna salad was outstanding, very fresh in flavor, with grilled onions that give it a nice touch. One recommendation: don't add sprouts to the fettuccine. I understand they want it to refresh the creaminess of the cheese (very good flavor), but I feel it doesn't blend well with the dish. Very good atmosphere.

The fish and shrimp tacos and octopus were especially tasty, as were the cocktails. The mains portions were not too big, but the prices were reasonable for the venue. The waitstaff was polite, and the manager/owner was very friendly and asked if the music was too loud (it was- so he turned it down and asked what music I’d prefer). There was a large screen showing excercise videos at one point - we could have done without that. The view over the city was lovely.

We booked our Christmas dinner at this restaurant 15 days in advance. We sent them our menu selections (4 courses) via WhatsApp, paid the deposit, and everything seemed fine up to that point. On Christmas night, we arrived and waited 15 minutes for a waiter to approach. He took our drink order, which included a gin cocktail that was on the menu we scanned. It took 45 minutes for the drinks to arrive, and the cocktail was completely different from what we ordered. I told him it wasn't the one I'd ordered, and he replied that the one I'd ordered was no longer on the menu, which is why he'd brought me a rosemary and cucumber cocktail. He then asked us what we wanted for dinner. We explained that we had already made our selections 15 days prior, but they didn't have them and we had to choose again. My son had selected spaghetti Bolognese 15 days earlier, but they weren't serving it that night. It took another hour to receive the first course, and there was an approximately 40-minute wait between courses. By the time dessert arrived, it took another 30 minutes that we never got. My husband got desperate and asked for the bill. We paid over 4,000 pesos for a dinner that wasn't bad, but it wasn't delicious either, which is what you'd expect for the price and the type of event. We paid for terrible service, not only from the waiter but also from the management of this restaurant, which is supposed to be one of the "best" in the area. My review is a bit late, but I couldn't let it go unsaid because it's not fair that on a date like this, when you as a tourist expect something beautiful and spectacular, and for which you're also paying a good amount, you're offered such mediocre service. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

I didn't want to write this review, but I feel like celebrating New Year's Eve at Celestia was a complete rip-off. I booked back in November for the New Year's celebration. Here's their brochure with the description of what they offered, plus the messages about what was included, of which: 1- We didn't receive the welcome cocktail, and they charged us for ALL the drinks. 2- The food was extremely salty, from the soup to the main course. 3- The presentation of the filet mignon was unappealing. 4- They packed the place with too many people, and it was very uncomfortable. They used tables for four and put six chairs in them. 5- When paying the bill, they asked for a 20% tip, and you have to negotiate with the waiter because it's not fair, especially since the service isn't very efficient. 6- The worst part of the night was that there were NO FIREWORKS. Everyone was looking for them through the windows and balconies, and they never appeared. It was a lie they sold us. 7- The urinal was out of service and the toilet wasn't draining. And to top it all off, the only redeeming feature was the live music; the singers were good.
