El ambiente es agradable, tardan un poco en atenderte, la comida está buena pero tiene sus detallitos en el sabor con algunos platillos por ejemplo me pedí un cóctel chico de camarones y sentí que el caldillo que trae estaba muy ligero, no me agradó mucho. Su servicio de facturación es tardado y un poco complicado para que te respondan.

Ambiente familiar El lugar es muy bonito, tiene vista a la laguna Muy buena atención. Precios : $350 por un coctel de camarón grande, un filete empanizado y dos cervezas.

El sabor de los platillos no son malos pero pueden mejor el sabor , precios de acuerdo al platillo, la atención buena recomiendo el caldo de camarón pulpa , las tostadas de cazón y el filete a la plancha muy ricos

Delicious food, reasonable prices, good service, and a pleasant atmosphere both inside and out. I can say it's a highly recommended place, and although I didn't try a huge variety of dishes, the ones I did have were quite good, and I would order them again. I think the price is very reasonable, considering the quality of the food.

I went with a friend to the daily buffet (it was seafood), and everything was super excellent, the flavors were amazing, and the service was great too, so much so that the cashier had to thank the chef. The only thing that bothered me at Carter's was that when we paid they charged us for desserts that weren't included in the buffet, and the mistake was not informing us properly even though we asked... A minor issue with the waitress, but otherwise very good.

El lugar es agradable para comer en compañía, la atención por parte del mesero es muy buena, lo único que no nos gustó fue la atención de una mesera delgada, al pedirle algo hizo una mueca delante de todos, es desagradable ver eso, en cuestión de la comida no está nada mal, le pedí una bola que está muy bien servida, el sabor no tan bueno pero aceptable. Para ser un lugar de años de prestigio le hace falta más calidad y sazón en su comida. Recomendado 👌🏻

Una excelente vista o la mejor vista a Ojo de Agua desde este lugar. Los platillos son buenos pero la atención por parte del personal deja mucho que desear, sirven los platillos sin tortilla solo proporcionan bolillo y además no llevan todos los implementos necesarios para disfrutar de una buena comida. El sabor es rescatable pero dista mucho de ser Excelente. Precios aceptables aunque no se puede decir que sean muy económicos sería una perfecta relación calidad precio si el personal se aplicará a atender realmente a los clientes.

Es un restaurant que su fuerte es el sazón. Servicio de meseros es desorganizado y el lugar le falta màs limpieza, mejores baños (más lavabos), zonas mejor organizadas, tv vigiladas y no solo es contratar un(a) cantante a ambientar.

De todo lo que pedimos lo único rico era la mojarra, el agua de maracuya está muy rica, pero todo lo demás le hacia falta calidad y por el precio uno espera algo rico.

We went in and it took them a while to notice us. We ordered three cocktails: two small and one large. They literally brought the same amount of seafood, but the large one cost more. The octopus was very stringy; you could tell it had been stored for days and was precooked. We also ordered fish broth that tasted like just salt water and a tiny bit of fish. It had very little fish in it and nothing else—no potatoes, no vegetables. Nothing. The drinks were super sweet, supposedly natural, but it was clearly hibiscus syrup. The girl who served us was friendly, that's all. It's nothing like the other Palapa in Poliforum. Its success is due to its location next to the Palace, and people go in out of curiosity or habit. And the prices are way inflated for what you get. I don't think we'll be back, to be honest.

Pésimo servicio, éramos un grupo de turismo y aparte de que tardaron en atendernos una hora no tienen un orden en las comandas, sirven primero a sus amistades y luego a los clientes.

Terrible service. I told the waitress I had an allergy to an ingredient, and she assured me it wasn't in my food. The dish took over an hour and forty-five minutes to arrive, and I subsequently had an allergic reaction. Even so, they insisted on adding a tip when I paid. Therefore, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Baza or blanco. The fish fillet they use for "breading" is the cheapest and of poor quality. The "breading" isn't breaded at all. It's batter that falls off the fillet and has no flavor whatsoever. The service is definitely friendly, and when there's music, the atmosphere is pleasant. But the fillets aren't good.

A terrible experience, and I would never recommend it to anyone I care about. We arrived for a celebration, and the birthday boy didn't eat until 1.5 hours later, and even then, his plate was incomplete. It's unacceptable, especially since there weren't many people around, and we just wasted our time. A 5-year-old boy went without food because his hamburger never arrived, even after 1.5 hours. It's deplorable that a place with such a good location can afford to ignore its customers. They even wanted a tip, and given the situation, we decided not to leave one, and they even got annoyed.
