La mejor de Orizaba. UPDATED REVIEW 7 YEARS LATER: I left the country that year and now I know Benjamin Pizzas are not only the best in Orizaba, but the best anywhere. No other pizzeria has matched. I will consider to go back to Mexico just to eat there again.

I'd been looking for a place like this for a while, and this weekend I visited Orizaba. We didn't miss the chance to enjoy a delicious pizza with the family. It has a totally family-friendly atmosphere, and the staff is excellent and very kind. You can watch them prepare your chosen pizza, which is cooked in a wood-fired oven. They have all kinds of drinks, from a cup of coffee to a bottle of good wine. They accept card and cash payments and provide receipts for those who need them.

El hojaldre orizabeño está riquísimo, la pizza tiene buen sabor y atienden muy bien; lo único que les falta es tener venta de bebidas.

En la atención al cliente del servicio a domicilio tienen algunas fallas de tomar la orden. Pero la pizza está buenísima no tiene madre jajajaja

It's an excellent option for delivery or dining in. The service is good. The food is very tasty. I recommend the Toscana and Meet the Love pizzas and the Italian salad. I recommend taking the lasagna to go and reheating it at home. The garlic bread is delicious as a side dish, and I recommend ordering the balsamic dressing, which goes very well with it. The cuts of meat are good, but not their specialty. Sometimes they don't answer their phone for delivery orders, so we have to go to the restaurant to order at the counter, and they don't offer any apology or explanation.

Muy ricos! Cuentan con gran variedad de ingredientes en pizzas y hojaldres, los precios accesibles. Puedes hacer pedidos directo en el local y te lo llevan a la dirección que proporciones. En el local desafortunadamente no cuentan con baño y el espacio es muy reducido sin embargo no deja a un lado lo rico, crujiente y bien proporcionado que son los hojaldres. Bien por ellos.

The Bad: The pizza took too long: it arrived 30 minutes after we placed our order. This happened because they were already preparing several pizzas before ours. After those 30 minutes, a waitress informed us that they were just about to put our pizza in the oven and that we would have to wait 5 more minutes. The delay was surprising, considering there were very few people in the restaurant; in fact, we were the only ones waiting, along with a couple who had already been served. We ordered fries, salad, and drinks, and although they arrived on time, by the time the pizza arrived we had almost finished everything, as you can see in the photos. Another uncomfortable detail was the constant noise from the cell phone order notification, which screamed "Pizza" at full volume in the restaurant. It was very annoying and affected the atmosphere. The Good: The food is delicious: we really liked the fries and the pizza was very good. Regarding the house salad, the only thing we would improve would be the way the lettuce is cut; When you pick it up with a fork, it gets tangled and difficult to hold. It would be better to cut it into medium-sized squares.
