El servicio fue muy tardado y la chica estaba de mal humor, ademas solicite factura hace 2 días y no me la han mandado, marco al teléfono y no recibo respuesta.

Fui hoy en la mañana y la chica que me atendió fue muy grosera. Nunca tienen cambio, no sirve su horno y dan los alimentos todos fríos, sin mencionar que la tienda esta muy sucia, pésimo servicio ojala el gerente haga algo.

El encargado es muy grosero estuve parada más de 10 min y no me atendió y me dijo que ellos no saben facturar solo el supervisor

They don't serve you properly. Yesterday I went to buy a Subway of the day and they told me it was the turkey one. Today I bought it again and they told me it was the turkey one again. Do they want to save on the product or something? Honestly, it's in terrible taste to me not to give you the real product, and they serve you with a face.

According to the service, it closes at 10:00 pm, but they always close earlier between 8:30 and 9:00 for no reason, which has caused me to often not be able to eat at those times. Similarly, when I order, there are always ingredients missing, so my sandwich always ends up with less filling.

It's the only Subway left in Orizaba, and it's my only option if I want one. Many, many times they put the sub in the oven for like 5 seconds and take it out. The result is lukewarm bread and ice-cold food—not just cold, but freezing. Especially when you order chicken or BBQ ribs. They pay very little attention to preparing the food properly. It's a shame that the worst Subway has survived, and only because it's in a bus terminal. I hope this improves in the future for the sake of the only Subway franchise in this city.

The girl in the back room was incredibly rude and reluctant to serve us. Even after we spoke to her, she took forever to come out, and she had a terrible attitude. She cut my bread wrong; it was smaller than usual. She didn't provide napkins even though it was a takeout order. She made a face when we paid with a 500-peso bill, and I didn't have any other bill to pay with. Terrible customer service.

This isn't the first time they've said they don't have bread, but on other occasions they've mentioned if it's coming soon. They've flat-out said, "No, there's no bread." We only have salad. With the variety of breads they have, it's like going to a taco shop and they tell you they only have cilantro and onion. Maybe that's why all the Subway franchises in the area went bust.
