Got revamped and looks more open, bright, clean, and has new faces helping.

Been here twice now on two different occasions. Friendly staff, didn't short on the veggies. Store was clean minus the few crumbs here and there. Boyfriend tried the new sunflower crunch bread, was tasty.

Fast safe place to pick up your food and the foot longs are great you can have your bread soft or toasted and u can have Put any toping u want on it very good food and they have teas that are great I think they have green tea but I'm sure the have watermelon /cucumber its really tasty and not to over powered with either flavor .there also pomegranate not sure what else is in it cause I got the water melon drink myself

One of the better Subway locations around. Clean store, fast service, and consistently good food. The owner clearly cares about quality and it shows in how the place is run. Always a solid experience.

This is my first time going to this Subway location, never been here before. I was driving to Redding from Sacramento yesterday and I happen to pass by here to get something to eat. When I walked inside, it was pretty quiet, I didn't see any customers inside. I ordered a Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki sub sandwich with chips and drink. I used a coupon and gift card to pay.

orland subway was closed for a few months seemingly for a remodel. it had really gone downhill prior to their closing but now that it has reopened it is significantly better. much cleaner, better service, and the food was delicious. very glad to have it back and hope they keep it up.

orland subway was closed for a few months seemingly for a remodel. it had really gone downhill prior to their closing but now that it has reopened it is significantly better. much cleaner, better service, and the food was delicious. very glad to have it back and hope they keep it up.

It is fast food with fresh vegetables. The bread is fresh, but very bland. Any sandwich that may tempt you, can be provided as a salad instead of a sandwich. Each sandwich is made to order.

Young lady was working by herself was very pleasant and more than made up for the wait in line!

Nice staff and look like good fresh food.

Good place for a quick lunch, small town feel, not the fastest service.

It was very good, clean, bright, nice choice selection and the various choices of bread. Friendly staff, parking area not too busy considering the lot is shared by other stores.

This location only took debit or credit cards. You have to pay before they make it! Strange😋 Food is good though. They have breakfast wraps now.

Stopped for a quick lunch during a road-trip. Seemed to have plenty of seating and the sandwiches were just as good as any Subway I've been to before.

They have made this place better than it was 10 years ago for sure. But they keep it very cool. Bring a jacket

It was much more expensive now. But the broccoli and cheese soup was delicious.

Not bad for subway, just don't order through the app, they will not get it right, at all.

Went in tonight and there was one guy there busting his ass with a fantastic attitude trying to bring out a while bunch of orders all by himself. If they can get a couple more like this kid, I'd probably end up with a higher rating. I give that kid a 5, store as a whole maybe 2.

Food is OK at best. The staff is hit or miss on knowledge and friendliness.

I just don't like how they make sandwiches. Everytime somehow they mess up my sandwich.

They don't Take Cash Just credit cards for some scam reason don't waste you're time there.

They changed the Way the Meatball Sub is prepared. It is NOT GOOD!!! I get the change may be to eliminate waste but they also eliminated Taste.

Every time i go in something is wrong. Yesterday i couldnt see through the glass at the produce. Swipe marks were on it from "cleaning".

The employees(including management) are so rude! They rush through your the orders as though the customer is a nuisance.

Employee was rude and ignored us. Don't go here if you value your time.

Sad think is, I got a sandwich that was pretty much just bread with some meat, (not double). As soon as I picked it up from the counter, I knew there was something wrong. Unfortunately, I had to get to work in Richvale, so had to leave with what I was given. As someone who has been in the area for 40 years, and has gone to this Subway multiple times, it is sad knowing that I will never go back especially since I always loved this location. Note: Didn't get anything else added, because I thought it was good the way it came. Due to this, I did not watch it being made. BIG MISTAKE! Will eventually order the same sandwich at Subway in Chico, to prove how much I was ripped off 😔 My real rating: Negative 5 Stars (Forgot to mention that the guys at work also noticed that there was barely anything on it).

Nice people Bad food:[ My daughter and I ate a sweet onion chicken teriyaki and chicken noodle soup tonight. The Chicken was Terrible and the soup was old or not stored properly. We’re both not feeling good. Hoping it’s just upset stomachs that will pass and not food poisoning. When I called to let them know the lady assured me it was all fresh. Ive eaten at many Subways and have had and liked all their soups. This soup was not good:[
