Southern Comfort Atmosphere, prestige service for an affordable cost. Simply request any choice of music genre for your listening pleasure and the staff defiantly will make it happen. I was very impress to learn about the flavor tips and ice hoses and the fact that they come around every 5-10 minutes to check on the coals and see if you need refills and such. Friends of mines bought food from Dominoes next door and Alchmey staff did not mind at all for us to eat in there lounge while we enjoyed the hookah. Can't wait for my next visit in Orlando to check them out again.

My girlfriend and I were visiting Orlando and wanted to smoke hookah. After looking up a few on Google, we saw this one. And it was definitely a good call! Great hookah (were there for 2hrs and our bowl kept going strong), atmosphere was nice with good music constantly playing. And nice big couches to comfortably relax on. They have all the great flavors including brands like Al-Fakher and Fumari and my favorite coals, coconaras. If you're looking for a chill hookah place, this is the ONE!

These guys use the best equipment for their hookahs I've ever seen available at a hookah lounge. I mean that! They also have hookahs available for purchase at different price ranges. Friendly service. Only caveat is they ran out of a couple of flavors we were interested in, but that was easily remedied by ordering other brands or flavors. Very knowledgeable staff that hand select everything in their collection. Equipment is clean and well maintained. I will definitely be back!

Ive smoked at just about lounge within Orlando and Kissimmee and Alchemy is by far the absolute best smoking hookah around. I can't even get a hookah at home to taste and smoke as good as theirs. Ive tried buying their Tabacco and coal and even used filters water and it still doesn't compare. The staff is very attentive constantly making sure you are doing well and the hookah is smoking correctly. They have DJ on Mondays, Thursdays, Friday and Saturday. They play all types of music depending on the day. They have a happy hour from 3-7 and you couldn't get a better experience for $10 for a hookah. Kelly was absolutely fantastic and I feel she really went that extra mile to make sure I had a good experience even though there were several people in there. I go with my friends often and we have a great time no matter when we go to Alchemy. For sure my go to spot for a great hookah.

Where do I start? Well first off they have Phenomenal hookahs, great atmosphere with plenty of different hookah flavors and beverages. Customer service is always on point, I've been smoking hookah for a very long time and I still come here multiple times a week after work to relax and smoke.

Alchemy Hookah Lounge is the best around. As an avid hookah smoker i have never experienced a problem here. The staff is friendly and helpful to any newbies also they have a wide selection of wine and beer. Also on the weekends they have a dj which is always great gives it somewhat of a club scene. During the week is more chill lounge type but still great music. I recommend this place to anyone that is looking for the best and only the best hookah in Orlando. Love this place 10/10

Best hookah I’ve had since I got to Florida. Icy Blue Mist hits the spot, nice and smooth and the top lasts long. Kelly does an amazing job and she’s down to earth easy to talk to!

The owner was fantastic! He greeted and sat us right away on the best couch in the house!!!!! The hookah was smooth, clean, and delicious. He uses coco Nara coals compressed from coconut shells to light his hookahs, which take a bit longer but taste so much better !!!!

One of the smoothest hookahs I have ever had. Nice atmosphere, very attentive and friendly wait staff. The hookahs weren't as decorated as some others at the lounges I have been to back home, but at the end of the day that's not what it is about. I will for sure recommend to any of my friends visiting the area that this is a great place to go

I've been to a lot of hookah bars in and out of Orlando, but this one is hands down the best. Hookahs are always on point and the servers are always friendly and are willing to share their recommendations no matter how busy which is a lot. Trash can punch is so good... I don't know what flavors are in it but it's the best flavor I've had.

I hadn't been to a hookah bar in a long time, and I very much enjoyed my time. They were very friendly, and as an outsider, it was still a great experience. I stayed longer than I expected. If you want a rap genre, hookah bar, I highly recommend. Also, the venue was clean and comfortable.

So this was my first time going and I looked at the reviews to actually see if it would be a good place go and it was! I really did enjoy myself for my 23rd birthday. The music was great, the hookah was good, it was busy that night so the service was a bit slow as far as replenishing the coals, but I completely understand that. One of the best hookah lounges I have ever been in. They were very kind and helpful . The hookahs were smooth and gave off massive clouds. The associates that work there were very nice, they checked on us frequently. Kelly was terrific she was very helpful with the menu. Dillon packed the hookah bowl very good it didn't burn at all , felt like forever !! The owner was very nice, he greeted my friends and I as soon as we walked in. We were seated right then and there, the hookah took less then 5 minutes to come out. Overall it was a great experience, I reccomend it to everyone that likes smoking hookah or who wants to try it in a friendly environment.

Really great experience here. Actually I had a blast! The coals NEVER burnt out. The staff changed them very often and the music was really good. I went on a Saturday and the energy for the entire lounge was on 1000!! If you are looking for some place chill, do not go here! At least not on a Saturday night.

This place is pretty cool, all of the other hookah spots we've been to are primarily middle eastern. This place plays hip-hop & has more of a lounge feel. The staff is nice and know their hookah. The drink menu is limited to mostly beer and wine, but if you're not a drinker that won't bother you. There's a live DJ but no dance floor because the place is pretty small. If you're just looking for a place to relax, listen to music and smoke hookah this is the place to do it.

Went here for the first time last night, we’ve been accustomed to going to Aria and Horus and other places. Small but cute, the hookahs were small table Hookahs but they served their purpose. Small place tucked in a small plaza. The only complaint I have is the parking, be mindful when you back up..

Havnt been to this place in years. Used to go here back when I was in college now..... 4 years or so later and moving back in the area, it has honestly changed. Cool area but had gotten hood. Good music chill time. Depends on the day for the experience. Depends the kind of environment you want for hookah.

Really good hookah and a nice environment. Fun to go to chill with your friends. Service is a little whatever and could be better but just go in there and ask for what you want, that’s all.They don’t come to you to order most of the time. You have to walk up to the cash register to order your hookah. It’s pretty lit on weekends.

It's a nice spot. No cover charge. No parking fees. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because seating is kind of limited and the hookah is a little weak, but the flavors are good. They also stop providing coal 30 minutes before closing. The DJ plays 95% hip hop with a splash of r&b, reggae, reggaeton and African music. The service is great though

I used to love this place. Went there recently though and they stopped having the DJ, stopped playing the music on the TV's, and stopped playing it loud. Now they have a phone hooked up to Pandora on a very low speaker. This is what made them stand out from the crowd, now they're just like all the other hookah bars. In the description you can go ahead and erase "clubby" because they're not like that anymore. Replace it was "basic".

I honestly was looking forward to trying out Alchemy due to it being right down the road from me. Parking wasn't an issue, but I can tell for any first time customer that it is hard to miss the lounge all together if you are not looking for it closely. The windows are all blacked out, and the only hint of signage is the small white lettering in the upper left corner of the window. The interior of the lounge was very nice, and I enjoyed the couches as well as the bar in the back. The one knock I have against this place was the music selection. Maybe I came on a wrong day, but the music was an assortment of rather loud trap and hip hop music. When I go to hookah lounges, I typically am used to light trance or house music in the background to ease in the chill atmosphere of the lounge. The music selection and hookah, to me, just didn't fit quite right. Other than the music, I will hand it to the staff they are quite friendly, and they know their equipment as well as how to handle the varying degrees of coal handling and insuring that the smoke was not too harsh. I walked out paying more than I expected, but I am not sure if I will visit again. If the music selection is your preference, I would recommend this spot.

I think this would be a place that I’d enjoy if I went on a more chill weekend. The DJ was playing all of the hits and the bottle girls were nice. However, they allowed wayyy more people than the space allowed and we were shoulder to shoulder. The only way to get a table was to “buy a bottle”. Which was fine, but the liquor did not come in a bottle & it also tasted like rubbing alcohol. You can’t allow people to purchase a bottle and bring out a liquor and undisclosed bottle. Seems very scammy!

The hookah was good... (kiwi&mint) but the guy took forever to bring us the hookah and the music was trash.. we asked if they could play some better music and the guy said that somebody else was playing the music so we have to ask them.. bad service.

Hookah was good but the waiters ignored my me and my friend for 20+ minutes. After going up to the bar and telling the workers no one greeted us for so long, they gave us a menu. We ordered one hookah which took 30 minutes to come out. We had to go up to the bar for the second time and tell them we ordered a hookah so long ago what's taking you guys so long? The guy told us he forgot and brought one out 10 minutes later. My friend and I were so pissed off, this place wasn't even busy at all. There was maximum 15 people there already smoking... Not coming here again. No one was dancing, and the "dj" was a little kid! They played rap music from 2010...lameee! Not a place to turn up people!

His too in a rush to charge for each individual thing your order, not as friendly and helpful to come around as often as they should, same kind of rap music playing too much needs better mixing, hookah was too strong, I didn't enjoy it so much here. Other hookah lounges better choices close by. Not too much to choose from the menu for side items not even snacks etc....needs some work to improve

Ordered hookah and paid for hookah but I never received my orders. Did not have a good first experience. I gave 2 stars because I did get a refund but I had to speak up and pretty much demand a refund!

Prices are good. Music is ok. Hookah is ok. Cover charge of $10, but when there’s a fight and you just got in they won’t give you back the money. At least do that for the customer. When I went there was a fight and cops were outside. Sahara lounge is way better

Not my type of party. Fitting everyone in a tight space. Left smelling like chicken wings and smoke. Was told it would be r and b and hip hop. It was mainly new school rap mess. Too much going on for a tiny space. Couldn't vibe at all.

So my wife and I wanted to see this place for ourselves and to politely say .. this place was not a great idea ! The service was terrible we paid the cover charge and to walk in and nobody would assist us in buying a section. The drink they brought out was smelling like cheap liquor when I ordered patron. The would not provided chairs and we was told to stand. This is not how you handle people that are willing to spend the hard earned money. If you did not know the staff you was not being treated properly the nicest person was the lady at the door! Save your money ! Go to another place !

Creo que este sería un lugar que disfrutaría si fuera un fin de semana más tranquilo. El DJ ponía todos los éxitos y las chicas de las botellas eran majas. Lo cual estaba bien, pero el licor no venía en botella y además sabía a alcohol isopropílico. No se puede permitir que la gente compre una botella y luego saque otra sin revelar. ¡Parece una estafa!

I dont know how this place has such high ratings. It is a chill place but absolutly NO service we only asked for coals when ours went dead and took 20 min before we just payed and walked out.

The vibes at the spot was cool. They suggested us to buy a bottle to get in but when we refused, they charged $10 to get in but then double charged us for hookah and then we paid $10 each for a Carona beer

So I don’t know who they’re paying to boost their stars but this was the worst hookah lounge experience I’ve ever had. Just a very poorly run business. First of all it’s tiny which isn’t necessarily an issue on it’s own but they pack the place past capacity so ppl aren’t even at designated tables really, you’re just standing on top of each other. There’s only one unisex bathroom. The bar is very limited & for some reason the back door stays wide open so it got all damp inside. That’s exactly what I want: a cramped ‘lounge’ where there aren’t any seats available & I have to carefully navigate a body to body crowd on a slippery floor to wait in line for the one toilet in the whole place. Oh and for ppl who were actually able to GET seated at a table it was “oops we don’t have any more hookahs available”. Hookah lounge has no where for you to lounge & actually ran out of hookahs... so glad to have found a much better place about six minutes away or else the night could’ve been a whole waste.

Music was way too loud and can't request music and they would constantly change the song halfway through a song, the ambiance is very plain and boring, there is only one unisex bathroom and it was dirty and had roaches in the bathroom. Not very clean, floors sticky and and there were used mouth pieces on the tables that the staff never cleaned, staff was also slow at changing coals, and they had no cards or anything to do. redeeming factor was the staff was somewhat friendly.

Second time here. The “DJ” uses YouTube to play music. Seems like he has a thing for lil durk and unknown artist.

I smoke hookah on a day basis for over a decade and I can tell you this spot doesn't do hookah right. No one took our order, had to walk up to the bar to order while the staff just lounged around by the bar cracking jokes with each other. Finally got a hookah after 30 minutes after ordering, the flavor lasted exactly 20 minutes before it started to taste burnt mainly because the head was over packed. No one checked on us, no one came to.blow.out the coals or change them.

Awful experience! Don't waste your time. We live in Jacksonville fl and visit all of our hookah lounges at least once a week. This area looks great from the outside but the ripped couches and awful service took me back. We were not welcomed when we walked in and decided to seat ourselves after standing at the door for a few mins. Once we picked a spot we asked if it was okay we sat at this table. Her answer was yeah whatever. I'm unsure of the waitress' name that served us but she handed us our beers and asked if we could move tables. I was with a party of three and was asked to squeeze us into one couch to open up for a bigger table. There was multiple tables open for this party. We decided to leave and she charged us a 3 dollar gratuity tip for two beers. Super disappointed.

Came to this hookah lounge in Orlando this weekend while visiting. I would give this hookah bar a 2/5 for many reasons. First, the hookah price is super ridiculous! Our total came out to $35 for one coke and one of the “cheapest” hookah on the menu. I don’t see a need for hookah’s to be THAT expensivunsturdye. At max I would pay $20 - that too in a very classy restaurant. Second, the restaurant was literally 4 walls with very non sturdy ikea black lightweight tables. Especially not good for resting hookah’s on. Third, the crowd was was ridiculous. A couple making out to a point where it’s getting uncomfortable for everyone around their table. And lastly, the service is very mediocre and slow. I’m a general hookah smoker, pay $16 for hookah, with extraordinary service! I would definitely suggest the company to work on some of this stuff - there’s def potential. However, as of today / i wouldn’t suggest it. :(

I ordered a $12 margarita and $9 mozzarella sticks. I tipped somewhere between $4-6. Why did i get charged $37.63???! The waitress went back and added more to her tip without telling me which is FRAUD. I was there on 1-1-26.. granted it was a slow night but that doesn’t mean steal from the lil bit of customers that you have. And I was visiting from MD so i didn’t notice until I’ve already left.
