Update: I've kept coming here because the food is really good and I don't know if they fired the guy or he got his act together, but it's been a much better experience over the past year or so. Leaving the original review for posterity, but it's a really good place to eat. Food was delicious but what a painful experience. The only interaction I had with the guy was ordering but he managed to ruin it anyway. We asked a simple question about one of the items and his suggestion was just to order another item instead... I asked for some stuff to not be included in the parrilla and he gets annoyed and starts repeating everything like 3 times so I just give up and tell him to give it how it comes and I'll separate them out... he doesn't say anything and just puts in the order... Well turns out it's all mixed together so you can't just pick anything out! Would have been a good thing to point out when I gave up and TOLD HIM I wanted to pick stuff out of it. If that's not the owner, fire that guy. If he IS the owner, as I suspect from the other reviews, here's some business advice: let someone else run the front. Go retire or get on the grill or something. Customer service isn't your thing.

Fresh made to order and excellent! Our family of four had the family platter meal for two and two chicken arepas. Steak, chicken and chorizo with three sides and everything was delicious. Will definitely be back for more.

I went looking for a hamburger joint and because of road closure I ended up at a Venezuelan food truck where no one spoke English and I don't speak Spanish. They had an English menu but no pictures. I ordered a chicken empanada with their special sauce ..it was hot and delish. While I was waiting they brought me complimentary cheese sticks Venezuelan style and a soft drink. They were so kind and patient with me. Food adventures are fun. If I'm ever in this area again I will definitely stop by. Picture is of their cheese sticks, so good.

I was transported to Maracaibo(my city in Venezuela) the arepas in combo, 1 with grilled chicken and the other with grilled beef(charcoal grill) pico de Gallo, shredded aged cheese and house sauce, was just the best!!!!!!! Highly recommend this place

Flavor is just over the top i loved it , services was ok but it took them 40 min to give me my food and i was the only one there at the moment

The young guy attending was really nice, the food portion was good but the cheese stinks and taste bad, apparently the owner drives like he's competing in the nascar not taking care of kids or pets in the parking lot definitely I'm not going back.

I always order from this place, today I called and spoked to the girl to make a order of Picada and I go picked up my food they gave me totally the opposite of what I had order. I called and explained the problem that they gave the wrong order , the man on the phone was super rude he told It was my fault that I didn't explain right what I order..Never tried to help me out just told me bring me the food I'll give you your money back with a really nasty attitude to talk to customers... Muy Mala experiencia cuando soy una cliente q voy casi todas las semanas me dieron la orden equivocada y no tratan de ayudar al cliente solo me dijieron que le lleve la comida y me regresan mi dinero muy mal Para tratar sus cliente.

Food is good, very PRICY and the service is awful. Long wait, almost no space to sit. But the worst is the owner, what a rude guy.
