Mrs. Potato Restaurant

Without a doubt, hands down one of my favorite places to eat when I’m in Orlando. I’ve been coming to eat here for the past 6 years now and neither the food quality nor the service has changed the entire time. Always welcoming and friendly, always timely, always amazing.

This place was a 10/10. The team that works there is amazing. They were friendly and attentive even though they were busy. The food was next level! We got the truffle fries, carne seca pastel, loaded rosti, and the gnocchi with the truffle sauce and steak. Everything EVERYTHING was delicious. I’m going to dream about the gnocchi and steak it was absolutely phenomenal. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Visited from Ohio last week and this was my single favorite dish of the entire trip. The gnocchi with gorgonzola sauce topped with picanha was lick the plate good. The rosti was also incredible, but I would literally fly back for that gnocchi. I would love to come back for soup buffet and to try the rest of the menu. Service was incredible. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They graciously gave me a sticker to take home to my sister, which was so kind.

We initially saw this restaurant on DDD. As typical, this restaurant did not disappoint. The waitress (Julia) was genuine and friendly. It was lunch but I splurged and ordered Potato Gnocchi with Picanha because I love both. The Picanha was flavorful and tender and the Gnocchi were like pillows. I even commented to the waitress that the gnocchi were as good as (or better) than gnocchi I have had at Italian restaurants. I could tell there were a lot of local Brazilian residents that also enjoyed the restaurant. While there, we heard the waitress speaking Portuguese to other customers multiple times. I would recommend you give this restaurant a try!

This was such a great place to eat!!! Service was good, food was good, price was reasonable. Loved the yucca fries, rochi, and empanada. This is a great spot to bring your family or go on a date in the evening. They have a good outdoor eating area as well. Must try place.

Visited Mrs. Potato in Orlando and loved it! The cheese balls were perfectly crispy, the banana and cheese empanada was a fun surprise, and the signature dish Rosti potato which is hash brown with sausage was absolutely delicious. The food was fresh, flavorful, and very comforting. Friendly service and cozy atmosphere — definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!

Very unique place. Portions are huge. The salad is a nice side to pair with the heavy potato. Staff were very nice and the outdoor seating is covered so the sun wasn't an issue. Definitely try the truffle fries

Perfectly crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. A Rosti is like a huge hashbrown with filling in the middle of it. There are many fillings to choose from such as Philly Cheesesteak, chicken,shrimp and carne seca. The coffee comes in a tiny cup but Monica was always there to refill. Monica explained the menu and even gave us samples before we ordered :)

Absolutely amazing little hole in the wall My first time at a non-steakhouse Brazilian restaurant and it hit every button. The server was courteous and explained the dishes. I went with the rosti stuffed with shrimp and cheese. For an appetizer I recommend the cheese balls. They were crisp and light and oozed melted mozzarella. Everything was obviously fresh, prepared perfectly and an eye-opener to someone not familiar with the cuisine. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I have never had Brazilian foods before, except Brazilian grill. Our server was nice and informative—she helped explain each dish patiently and recommended foods for us. Excellent place! Amazing food with fair prices. We had the rosti potatoes, and they were amazing. The kids meal is great as well (we ordered white roce and black beans, with beef).

They clearly treated the Caucasian Americans in the restaurant extremely courteous now the food did not come out as it was supposed to, but nonetheless, it was still good. Could’ve been better, but the restaurant is not set up for in casual dining. Its small cramped personally I would recommend to go somewhere else.

Its a very small space so feels a little awkward, its really quiet so I felt like we were causing a scene just talking and laughing. The staff was nice and the food was really good but its kind of expensive for the amount of food you get. I just wish the portions were a little bigger for what it costs. The drink i got was ok. It didnt taste like it really had alcohol in it. More pulp and lime than anything. But I will go back and give it another try. The end the waitress was explaining how there was no one there but us and if we could leave a review. I mean good for her for advertising. There were also things on the menu thay was either discontinued or they didnt have so like the drinks there weren't choices and the food there was a whole section you couldn't choose from.
