Seasons 52 is amazing with delicious seasonal menu items under 595 calories! We love this place. Great happy hour specials too! We had the grilled artichoke with hummus as a starter and the butter fish and vineyard chicken dish. All fresh, hot and the flavors all complimented each other beautifully!
We have been to many of the Season’s restaurants around the country (at least 10 locations), it is one of our favorite higher end chain restaurants. We had not been to Orlando before despite having a home in the area. It did not disappoint! Apparently this is the original Season’s 52? We were not aware of that. We had a wonderful evening and meal with outstanding service at the bar and at the table. Can’t wait to go back.
My third time here and it didn't disappoint. The ceaser salad has great flavor and crisp romaine lettuce. The tuna appetizer is prepared uniquely with guacamole and diced up tuna in a large shareable roll that is served with crisp crackers. There is no bread service, but we honestly didn't miss it because everything was great. The filet mignon was prepared perfectly. The lobster tail was juicy and tender. We opted for green beans and mashed potatoes, and all were yummy. The crab cakes were generous in size and also very good. I highly recommend you try the desserts... They are served in little shot glasses and are the perfect size to finish a meal with a little something sweet. Full bar with a very good wine and bourbon selection. The dining room is dimly lit but not too dark. The ambiance is cozy and comfortable. Great spot for date night, celebration dinner, family night out, or eating a good meal with friends. They are able to accommodate larger groups and have plenty of seating for two. The bar is trendy and has plenty of bar seats and tables with bites of TV's if you want to watch a game. Oh and our server, Nick, was friendly and personable. All of our food was served from the kitchen quickly and brought to the table hot. They are in the mall parking lot so there is lots of free parking available, which is hard to find in Tampa. I highly recommend reservations as the wait can be quite long or tables unavailable all together. We will be back for sure.
Awesome restaurant. Staff is wonderful and very professional. Selection is great. Food and prep are excellent. Haysam & Amanda are great managers. Had recently married friends with us and the staff made them very welcome and helped celebrate their new lives with special dessert and bubbly.
My wife and I love it. The food is great. They always have calorie information on their menu. The service is awesome and if they make a mistake, they let you know right away and correct it. Food rotates every season so it is not always the same food each time you go. The deserts and seafood are my favorite.
Michael our waiter was fantastic! He was very personable, attentive and offered great meal suggestions. Our food was excellent, drinks as well. Great atmosphere. Will definitely come back and highly recommended!
I’ve been here a few times and the food is always fresh and delicious. Their flatbreads are fantastic and I highly recommend them, you cannot go wrong with any of them. I really enjoyed the Cedar Plank Roasted Salmon and of course their wood grilled filet mignon and truffle risotto were also amazing. Joel provided us with excellent service throughout our meal we will be recommending him to our friends and family.
5 stars! Big Beautiful Space! Our server was extremely pleasant and helpful and the food was fresh hot and well paced. I would go back
We enjoyed our meal and the service we received at the restaurant. I had the Chilean Seabass and my wife had the fillet. Both were very good.(sorry but I had already eaten half of my bass before I took the picture.). We arrived at 5:30 for a reservation and the place was already getting full. By 6 PM I did not see much in the way of empty tables. I would recommend you get a reservation for going.
This place serves delicious American food! The steak was amazing, and I loved that you can order mini desserts and try them all — they were so good! The service was great, and the view of the lake is absolutely beautiful. A perfect spot to enjoy a nice meal and relax!
This restaurant has a great atmosphere. Even though they can seat a lot of people, it's not loud. We could actually have a real conversation. The service was wonderful. Our server, CJ, was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was my birthday, so I received a free dessert. I had the filet mignon, medium rare. I could almost cut it with my fork. It was delicious. My husband had the trout. It was light and delicious as well. We got a side salad and split it. It was plenty big to do so. We got 3 mini-desserts and shared them. The key lime pie was very good and light. The salted caramel and chocolate was good, but very rich. The pumpkin pie with a ginger snap cookie was also good. Their coffee is delicious!
First time here and boy I wish I had discovered this place sooner. What a way to end Magical Dining season also. Everything was top notch. From seating to service to the food. Really enjoyed the flatbread and especially the white cheddar cauliflower soup. The steak entree was overcooked but they made it right with an entire new plate. Can’t wait to return.
Got the filet, with mash and broccoli rabe. Gotta give it a 5 out of 5. Meatballs were a 4 out of 5. Drinks were very good, 4.5 out of 5. Crab cake very good 4 out of 5. Service 5 out of 5 Atmosphere 4.5 out of 5. My buddy got pork chop and it was a 4.5 out of 5. Highly recommend

We are from out of town (as I’m sure most people are) and this was our first stop after our 8 hour drive. Despite feeling severely underdressed in tshirts and shorts and looking like we spent the day in the car, we were treated to excellent customer service with a welcoming and cozy ambiance and atmosphere. All of our food was delicious. 100% recommend and plan on revisiting!
We went to Seasons 52 for Magical Dining and had an amazing experience! Our server, Ana, was wonderful – friendly, attentive, and very helpful. The food and drinks were fantastic, and everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend Seasons 52 for a great dining experience!

The shrimp and grits that I had were delicious and my husband's pork chop was phenomenal!! The decor was beautiful and the small individual desserts were just perfect! We will definitely be back!!
What an incredible time at the Your Mortgage Choice Christmas party! Seasons 52 Fresh Grill in Dr. Phillips delivered amazing food, fantastic service, and the perfect atmosphere for an unforgettable night. Moments like this remind me how powerful teamwork, support, and shared goals truly are. And with 2026 in sight, the energy is high and the opportunities are huge.
Another birthday celebration. Brent or server was very accommodating, considering we got here 20 minutes before closing. We sat in the room with a view of the lake. It was very peaceful. The food was excellent as usual. I like the fact that no matter which Seasons 52 I done at the food and service are consistently 10 out of 10.
I have never had a bad meal here — not once. The service is consistently five-star in every sense, and the food is always cooked to absolute perfection. The staff is beyond incredible: attentive, warm, and genuinely passionate about what they do. It’s clear this place is backed by an exceptional, top-tier chef team that takes real pride in every dish that leaves the kitchen. Every visit feels like a special occasion, and the quality never wavers. Hands down, this is one of the best dining experiences in all of Southwest Orlando. Highly recommend!
Amazing food and service. Best rainbow trout I've had in a very long time! I've not had a bad thing in their menu! Highly recommend!

Lovely experience. We had a reservation and we didn’t wait for much before being given our table. The food is delicious here, there’s a variety of appetizer which I recommend ordering a bit of everything to try, we had the Caesar salad and a mush rum flatbread to start, chicken soup that was very big so we got that split into two bowls. Then for appetizer I recommend the filet mignon that’s soft and flavorful, any pasta and the wood-braised chicken is really good for low calorie options. For sides I also recommend having a bit of everything, the sweet potato casserole is amazing, the Mac & cheese not so worth it, the vegetables are good. Finally dessert, they come in individual sized cups which I love, I had the peanut butter chocolate one and it was amazing, the cheesecake was the best in my opinion, everything is good depending on your preferences. I was a bit disappointed with the service, our waiter was a bit rude and in a big rush (it was 6pm, not so late to be in a rush), he was square minded and rude when we asked for a table change. Nevertheless I appreciated his patience toward our 10 person party, we were many and I could understand his struggle. Overall 8.5/10. Price range is good for the quality of the food.
This restaurant is beautiful. I sat near the back and was able to look out at the water which was nice. They have a good selection on their menu. I ordered their squash soup, lobster bisque, the rainbow trout, the shrimp and grits, their old fashion and their apple old fashioned and finally for dessert the raspberry chocolate canola and the pecan pie. The old fashion was missing simple syrup so it was more of a bourbon straight on the rocks, however the apple bourbon was delicious. However the apple tasted funny I can quite say what I tasted. The squash soup was sweat and creamy and the lobster bisque was good but was missing a slice of bread of crackers on the side and I felt it was missing salt, the rainbow trout what slightly salty but not overbearing, the shrimp and grits sat on a tomato based sauce, it was good but not great! Marlowe taverns shrimp and grits beats it. The desserts were plated in shooter which was hard to eat because they provide you with spoons that are too big. They need smaller spoons for a dessert in a shooter. The atmosphere, the waitresses attentiveness, and the view is what got me at this place. #tryit.
I come here often and overall its great. Food is particularly good and consistent. Fresh, hot, hearty and just really good. Atmosphere is nice and venue is generally clean. The service is not very polished, which is a shame as this is such a nice restaurant. It deserves a service that is higher level. Servers are rushed, no one uses your name, they bring the check as your still eating. I mean I expect that at Chili's, but not here. Ive been to the one in Coral Ganles and the service there is so good. But Orlando its just not a priority. Also beware, do not order your entrees at same time as starters. They bring the food out minutes after. They do this every time. It drives me crazy. So now what I do is I order a starter, I wait.... and at my leisure I order the entree. So that I can enjoy my soup or salad without rushing. This place wants to be Hillstone, but it's not there. The food is just as good or better. But the class, the service, its missing. I still come back for the food. But my expectations on service are low.
The food, atmosphere, and the vibes were great! Unfortunately our server did lack the excellent service that I was expecting from this location. Even waited 15-20 mins to even ask if we wanted dessert, but at that time we just wanted to leave. Lack of attention to our table made it a 4 instead of a 5 star rating.
Always a great place to take family out for dinner. Prices are great and food is excellent. We started with the charcuterie board which had a variety of different meats, cheeses and spreads. We also ordered the meatballs which were tender and tasty. I had a Caesar salad and added chicken. The dressing seemed to be very creamy which wasn’t my favorite but others at my table enjoyed it. The chicken was amazing with great flavor and incredibly tender. Steaks here are fairly priced and cooked how you like it. We also ordered the half chicken and it was decently sized while also being very juicy and tender. They also have these fun desserts that come in these shot glasses. I’ll recommend Seasons 52 to anyone who wants to go somewhere with a good atmosphere, good food, good prices!

Food was very good but very small portions. Atmosphere was great service was really good. 1 st time we went there we got seated right away. Wish they had bread or something while we waited for our meal. We did get appetizers, the Crab cake was very good charcuterie board was good but barely anything in it. Waited said 4 could share and I would say more like two people could share it. Over all good experience! Just know portions are small. 1/2 scoop of potato’s and 3 long ounces of broccoli came with our filet mignon. Also numerous people in our party of 7 were hungry still upon leaving! I just think it’s a lot of money to spend and leave hungry.

Pretty swanky place. Good food or better, but not special. Had the sea scallops plate w brocollini and gnocchi. Reasonable price. Likely will not be back.
Restaurant is very pretty! Nice view, nice decor and clean restaurant. The service was not good (not server’s fault! Too many tables to short staff - she did what she could for the amount of tables to serve). Food some things were good but the other ones were not even edible 🫣. The truffle risotto cold, the kids pasta tasted like tomato paste from the can and super cold. We were with small kids so no chance to ask to correct the filet mignon. Came basically raw ( we asked medium well) but we do understand they were busy.. To be super fair the grilled chicken from kids menu was very good! The tomato flat bread was good too and the corn soup my husband liked as well. I was writing this review saying I would not coming back again and not recommending it but the manager (Ryan I think he’s name) came to the table and was so nice and apologizing that Im willing to come back again to try again another day and update this review) .

What people say about Seasons 52
Seasons 52: Orlando's Polished Plate in Dr. Phillips
You know, sometimes you’re looking for a spot that just consistently delivers, whether it’s a big milestone or just a Tuesday night business dinner. For us locals in Orlando, especially around the Dr. Phillips area, Seasons 52 often comes to mind.
