Ottimo locale nel centro di Orvieto. Il menù spazia tra mare e monti con sempre un pizzico di creatività col risultato di piatti sempre molto gustosi. Porzioni adeguate. Da provare, non delude

Per me è un punto di riferimento ad Orvieto! Il locale è in linea con quei nuovi trend della ristorazione che prevedono una cucina con prodotti locali, a km0, rivisitazione di piatti tradizionali, una buona carta dei vini, birra artigianale. Il locale è caratteristico sia all’interno che all’esterno, il servizio giovane impeccabile e molto cortese! Prendo sempre l’amatriciana, per me la migliore mai assaggiata (sono stata dappertutto, Roma, Amatrice, Milano, all’estero ecc…) Il loro guanciale è selezionato tra più di 100 produttori ed è croccante, ma allo stesso tempo ti si scioglie in bocca. Non mi interessano le disquisizioni sulla cipolla: loro ce la mettono ed è semplicemente top!

Consigliatissimo! Ottimo posto dove pranzare o cenare. Davvero bravo tutto lo staff, dall'accoglienza, al cuoco fino al personale che serve al tavolo.

Il locale è davvero carino e curato! Il servizio cortese e attento, il cibo buono ma niente di wow. L’hamburger è uno dei miei piatti preferiti, ma nonostante la materia prima ottima, il pane molto soffice e dolce ricordava più un pan brioche che un hamburger. La birra media servita in un bicchiere piccolo tipo 330 cl non l’ho apprezzata. Peccato perché essendo un microbirrificio promuoverei maggiormente anche la comunicazione riguardo le birre! Prezzo un po’ alto rapportato all’esperienza. Comunque nel complesso un bel locale, personale gentile, cibo buono. Spero di tornare e donarci 5 stelle piene ad ogni voce!

Excellent Lunch ! Friendly, Professional Service. Pappardelle w/ Goose Ragu. Flavor and cooked perfectly. Roast Rabbit "Porchetta". On a bed of delicious sautéed spinach - excellent flavor and simple presentation. Superb! Ribollita. As thick as it gets and flavorful. A flavorful Mesclun Salad w/Goodies and EVOO. Lemon Torte & Cherry Cake with a perfect Espresso Macchiato. Two glasses of local wine & a bottle of water. 95€ - worth every penny. Bravo !

We felt incredibly welcome at this restaurant from the moment we arrived. The food was absolutely delicious and the portion sizes were very reasonable. When we asked if everything could be served at the same time for shared dining they immediately understood our request, a huge plus in our book. Overall a wonderful experience that we would highly recommend.

Good food, I had the Rabbit, my wife had the Cannelloni and a mixed vegetable salad. Service was ok, but we ordered water with gas and got plain. It was not a big deal. Place had a fun, lively atmosphere.

Wonderful all around! They are a microbrewery with amazing food. Our hosts recommended their burger and I’m glad we stopped by. We don’t have reservations but we’re able to quickly get a table outside for two. The service was very fast and the pre-dinner cocktail drinks were great. We ordered too much food because we couldn’t decide. The mixed meat and cheese plate was pretty large and so good, it could easily be a meal on its own. We had two different burgers and both were excellent. I had never had a burger with peanuts and I’ve been missing out. The buns are fresh homemade brioche. The burgers come with fries but we ordered a side of fries and onion rings (we had a lot of fries left over). The beer was very good and I would love to try more of them. We’ll have to come back and get drinks so I can try their beer selection. We were too full to order dessert but I would have tried one.

A chefs restaurant. Definitely Italian influenced and proper Italian food. You feel the food passion in the menu. Setting was fantastic and experience was top notch.

Pourhouse Woodwork

Quick service with no reservation, no language barrier, food came out quick and the boar stew, fried vegetables and cannelloni were all good. But the flavor of the stew was excellent, highly recommended you try that local dish! They have a handful of made in house beers to offer, if you want some for take away, bring a growler.

Nice, quiet place to grab something to eat or have a cup of coffee. The service was good and spoke English really well. My wife had the Panzanella, which she didn't enjoy all that much. That's not to say that it was bad necessarily - maybe it just wasn't to her taste. The only downside was the music. When we sat down there was some nice D&B playing, but that soon changed to rather... arduous jazz. If you're not into that kind of music it could very well be a pretty strong turn-off. 🙉

My daughter and I had the most amazing dinner here! Incredibly talented chef and dedicated, professional team. Apparent were their focus on ingredients and careful preparation of both traditional and innovative dishes. Couldn’t believe I had the best burger of my life in Orvieto, Italy! Pasta also perfect. We came twice during our short stay here. Great location in a charming alleyway in the historic center.

Culinary Slut

This well reviewed spot is tucked away up a laneway and is easy to miss. And that’s a shame, because this is a fabulous spot. We had them on our lunch list for our Orvieto visit, mainly because of the reviews of their burgers (after six weeks+ in Italy we were jones’ing for a burger!). But our first visit was post-dinner that we had prepared in our apartment. We had eaten too much and needed a walk and a digestivo. We popped by after walking the old town, and enjoyed a recommended, locally produced Amaro. Definitely not your run-of-the mill Amaro, this L’Orvietan had a unique colour and taste. Definitely more dry, though not in a bad way, and sharper than other Amaro we’ve had. Really enjoyable if you’re an Amaro fan. We returned for lunch the next day. The burger with sautéed chicory, pecorino, peanuts and eggplant cream was too interesting not to order. And it was as fabulous as the menu description. We also enjoyed their walnut salad with soft, local goat cheese. Candidly, we were too often disappointed with the salads we ordered in Italy - but not this time. It was outstanding. All was enjoyed with glasses of very fine red wine. At 41.50€ for lunch they’re not inexpensive, but they are well worth it. Highly recommended!

Ambiente molto carino nel centro di Orvieto in una delle più belle vie. Camerieri attenti e veloci e piatti buoni e ben serviti. Buona la loro birra, ho preso una blanche. Consigliato.

Sempre eccellente e con qualche novità nel menu. Una cucina innovativa anche se radicata nel territorio. Ambiente molto giovane e simpatico. Vale assolutamente la pena provarlo.

Ottima la qualità, servizio veloce e cortese, non economico: 2 antipasti salumi e formaggi misti 24€, 1 tagliatella tartufo 25€, 1 carbonara tartufo 25€, 1 bottiglia di vino 22€, 1 bottiglia d'acqua 2,50, coperto 6€ un po' eccessivo (tavolo privo di tovaglia). Eccessivi i prezzi dei vini, ormai un classico da tutte le parti, che incidono molto sulla spesa finale

Great restaurant and microbrewery down a pretty side street. Had a family lunch. The place was fairly busy. My burger was fantastic. My son had the wild boar stew and demolished it. My wife had the Tuscan stew and said it was delicious. Our waitress was a little abrupt but not sure if this is just being in Italy. They charged a cover charge and then their card machine asks for a tip, which really annoys me. Have one or the other, not both.

We had the apéritovo at Febo. Very cozy alleyway where you can sit and enjoy. They have a decent selection of classic cocktails - great to whet the appetite. We got a small snack alongside it as well.

Bel locale con ottime birre artigianali (ho apprezzato soprattutto la IPA). Do meno stelle al servizio e cibo perché abbiamo ordinato tre birre accompagnatoe da UN piatto di salumi e formaggi, ma c'è stata servita una porzione e mezza che poi abbiamo pagato per due. Inoltre sul menu è indicato trattarsi di formaggi e salumi locali, ma vengono serviti anche mortadella con i pistacchi e gorgonzola. In conclusione: chiarite bene le vostre ordinazioni.

Food was generally good but we felt it was a place for American tourists as we were presented a tipping option at the end? We noticed the menu specifically states “Gratuity not included” — is tipping becoming a trend in Italy because it is absurd to ask for gratuity when the service was not particularly warm and welcoming. With so many restaurant options in Orvieto, I will not return to FR3.0 because of this.

Delicious gnocchi, but very oily fish and I thought there would be no vegetables in the batter, so I had to throw out the vegetable batter because it was too oily and the fish was a bit oversalted and there were no normal sauces to go with it, except for mayonnaise and ketchup, but nice atmosphere, I wish the service was nicer

I cant believe the service in this place! We ordered aprol and beer, took them 40 mins toget it even after asking for it couple of times! Also they billed us twice for that. The rest of the food had different quality, some very good and some over cooked.. overall for expensive dinner it was disapointing

Dopo una lunga attesa al tavolo nessuno ci aveva ancora degnato di uno sguardo, quando abbiamo chiesto se potevamo prendere qualcosa al bancone perché il nostro autobus sarebbe arrivato e noi saremmo dovuti ripartire, siamo stati malamente aggrediti verbalmente, Lei non aveva tempo. quindi ce ne siamo andati. Peccato!

Qualità mediocre e Quantità scarsa. Turistico Tagliere formaggi scarsissimo e non locali. Bagno sprovvisto di carta igienica Aggiorno adesso in base alla vostra risposta. Siete anche arroganti e MALEDUCATI!!!!!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience. The beer had no gas at all. I asked for it to be changed twice. Each time they said they were “changing the keg and letting it rest,” but the beer came back exactly the same: bitter, tasteless, and cloudy. The bartender’s reaction was unnecessary and unprofessional, especially considering the issue was clearly with the beer. Food was average at best and definitely not worth the prices. Overall, very poor service and an overrated place. Based on my experience, the positive reviews feel questionable. If you can’t properly serve draft beer, it would honestly be better to stick to bottles.

The restaurant is nestled on a serene, pleasant street. Upon entering, one is immediately greeted by a bar showcasing large beer tanks, and the staff courteously directs you to a spacious dining area. However, the dining experience leaves much to be desired. The service was noticeably slow; we waited an extended period for the menu, another prolonged wait to place our order, and an even longer wait for our food. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, there were few staff members in sight to address our concerns. The establishment prides itself on its home-brewed beer. While served in quaint glasses, we were taken aback by the price, which was significantly higher than neighboring restaurants and without prior indication of its cost. As for the food, our expectations were unmet. We opted for the Wildboar dish paired with potatoes. The presentation was underwhelming with a disproportionate amount of potatoes to meat. The dish had a strong salty taste and was quite challenging to enjoy. Unfortunately, due to the unsatisfactory meal, we sought sustenance elsewhere afterward. To top off the experience, there was an unanticipated 6 Euro cover charge, which in many establishments in the area could fetch you a decent meal. Coupled with the pricey food and beverages, our total came to 60 Euros, which felt exorbitant given the overall experience. Given our experience, it's hard not to perceive this establishment as targeting unsuspecting tourists. I would advise caution if considering a visit.
