We went to Allariz, which for my wife and me is the most beautiful inland town in Galicia. It's a tradition to visit for its many events throughout the year, and we chose this place and loved it. It's a stone building with a tailor's shop theme. It's small, so reservations are recommended. They have a spectacular menu where beef is the star. For starters, we had a tuna belly salad with peppers, followed by grilled baby squid, and then a beef tixola (a Galician-style pan). Their menu features a wide variety of tixolas (pans in Galician). The beef burger seems to be popular here too. They also have vegan options. We'll definitely eat there again when we return to Allariz; it's a truly charming town!

We had a fantastic dinner, excellent Galician food at an unbeatable price. A must-visit if you're in Allarriz; make a reservation as it's always packed. The only downside was that after waiting quite a while for a table, we ended up eating at the bar.

We had a spectacular dinner! Everything we ordered was delicious, especially the squid and cheesecake. The service couldn't have been better; we were delighted!

We loved everything: great price, delicious food, excellent service. We made a reservation because we were traveling with our dog, and they set up a table for us near the entrance. The waiter was incredibly attentive; he even gave our dog water and some treats. The place was clean, the portions were generous, and the bread was fantastic. I highly recommend it and hope to return. Oh, and I almost forgot... the desserts were amazing! The chocolate and cookie cake and the cheesecake with quince paste were both delicious, and the portions were generous.

Ppppfffff.... i cant say anything about the food we ate (so tasty-and will always order same thing) actually we already went here many times and surely will come again. I just dont know why we always go there in the last minute when the kitchen closes but still they serve us food (thats why we love it there).... we ordered krakenburger, chipirones, patatas bravas and some eggs&ham. I hope they continue to serve good food gonna be there again on saturday😇🤤

A restaurant decorated and themed like an old-fashioned slag heap. Extensive menu with dishes perfect for sharing. Attentive and friendly staff, and quick to take orders. Excellent quality food at very good prices. Highly recommended!

Trying to eat in Allariz, we ended up at this restaurant. It was packed... packed, but they made room for us through another entrance to the restaurant. The pan-fried eggs with chorizo ​​and chips were delicious. The roasted cod was also delicious. I found the rice pudding cake very unusual and very good, as were the chestnuts in orange juice. The staff was attentive.

We were two adults and two teenagers. The place has its charm, all stone and cozy. The burgers were delicious, and the dishes were great too. They have gluten-free options, including the burgers (gluten-free buns). We had lunch there and, because we liked it so much, we went back for dinner.

Sitio acogedor con decorado distinto. El personal muy agradable y atento. Comida buena y buen precio. Las tixolas están buenas, no aparecen en las fotos.

RESTAURANTE-TAPERIA FÍO DE LIÑO. Un pueblo con encanto Medieval guarda entre sus Calles de su Centro Histórico una Taberna de Comida Gallega y excelente Cocteleria en sus Salones y Terrazas.  Con una decoración que nos muestra un Pasado reflexivo de su Inmueble que puede ser desde una antigua Prisión, Sastrería y una Taberna. Sus productos comestibles son Variados y Frescos. La mayor atracción es la Educación y la Profesionalidad de sus Camareros. Mención Especial para Evelyn que nos Viajó y nos hizo Soñar con la Carta del Restaurante con su Explicación y Dominio de los Platos. Muy Recomendable.

The service was attentive, and the price seemed reasonable for the area. It's an ideal place for a casual meal without surprises. As for the food, we tried the cod pan, the chicken tostas, and, for dessert, Grandma's cake. All the dishes were good; they served their purpose, but weren't outstanding. The overall experience was pretty standard. As the only point for improvement, I ordered a vermouth with Campari, and the waiter didn't know what it was, despite the Campari bottle being visible on the bar. A minor detail, but worth keeping in mind. In short, it's a place with good service and fair prices, although the culinary experience and cocktail knowledge could be improved.

There were two of us during the week, and the service was incredibly slow. We ordered patatas bravas and baby squid as starters, which arrived cold, and then a cod fry-up... nothing special. The waitress spilled my beer over my trousers, which could happen to anyone, but they didn't even bother to charge me for it. We left without having dessert or coffee because of the slow service. I've always had good food there, but this last time was a different story.
