This McDonald’s is just as bad as the Saibers one. The manager was clearly more concerned about drive-thru times than taking care of customers inside the store. Customer service was poor, which is frustrating considering how expensive the food has become. Paying premium prices for fast food but getting little to no service is a bad look. And ordering from a kiosk is a joke!

McDonald's doesn't provide Table service they call your name and you have to pick up your order at the counter when they have table service in the app. Why have it if they're not going to provide the service.

8 dollars for a mini filet of fish, how disgusting and desperate for money is this people, the ingredients are not expensive, are not, I will never going to buy anything from macdonalds all the food is really bad and salty, the ice cream, now is horrible.

They have messed up my order multiple times. This recent visit I asked for a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle please remove the egg. She repeated no egg I said correct. Pulled up to get my food when I pulled out the place I noticed they gave me buns with bacon and cheese. Went back in and told the young guy at the window they messed up my order to which he replied ok what do you want. I said a McGriddle no egg then left 1 minute goes by and comes to ask me if I want bacon I said no bacon no egg. He then leaves again and hands me the food. I drive off and noticed they added bacon to it again. At this point I felt like they were doing it to be mess with me. I didn't eat it or went back since I was about to be late for work.

If I could give this restaurant a 0 I would there service is horrible there management is horrible I’ve came twice and nothing is ready the staff just talking laughing no customers service at all I ordered a apple pie waited 15 min in line to be told they were out wow never again will I go there!!!!

Where do I begin? When ordering I had to repeaty order 3 times because the girl kept hearing the wrong thing. There weren't that many cars in line, but it was moving slow. My order was still wrong when I came up to the window to pay. When I received my food I asked for ketchup and only received two packets! 2! Usually I receive a small handful Here is a picture of my large fries, usually the box is full. I like this location so I am pretty disappointed with the service I received today. Oh on the positive side. I upgraded my sandwich to a meal and did not get charge for the meal. ☺

The manager who was working today at 10 pm was very rude and disrespectful towards two individuals who were waiting for their order. Mind you they took 20 minutes to complete my order due to him distracting his coworker talking bad about one of the individuals waiting for his food. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but overall the costumer service at this location is very poorly.

I went to McDonald and I ordered 2 Mc chicken and I ordered them only lettuce because my son is allergic to mayonaise and I even asked the manager that gave me food if it was no mayonnaise on the mc chiken and she said yes and guess what it was extra mayonnaise with no lettuce and it had the sticker of only lettuce. I tried calling the restaurant and no one answered the phone. I'll never go back to that McDonald's.
