Fui a Polancoas con Kiyo solo esperando un café normal… pero terminé en el episodio más raro e inolvidable de mi vida. Maribel López Trejo, aka Ternura 68, me atendió y sí, me insultó un poco por apoyar comunidades lesbianas, pero también me dio un café que… no sé cómo explicarlo, olía raro… como a radioactivo 🥺🥺🥺. Yo solo quería disfrutarlo en paz, pero el caos comenzó al instante. Mientras intentaba recomponerme, me encontré con su esposo, y yo solo podía gritar y gritar sin parar. De repente apareció Mujer Luna Bella, caminando tranquila y… sí, se hizo un squirk como en el metro, y yo solo podía pensar: “¿qué estoy presenciando?” 😭 Como si eso no fuera suficiente, llegaron Aimep3 con su Adriana Salte, entrando al caos como si fuera un crossover de series, y todos caminaban entre los olores de café radioactivo y los gritos. La cafetería se volvió un festival de situaciones imposibles. Y entonces aparecieron los verdaderos protagonistas de los vlogs: Alex Omar, el de las Yeguas, Alondra con sus vlogs de la churrería y Rai, registrando todo y añadiendo aún más caos al lugar. Cada grito, cada aroma raro, cada squirk de Luna Bella, cada comentario y gesto de Ternura 68… todo quedó documentado para la eternidad. Salí de ahí con: 1️⃣ Café radioactivo en las manos 🥺 2️⃣ El trauma y la risa de ver todo lo imposible suceder a la vez 3️⃣ Historias de Kiyo, Ternura 68, Mujer Luna Bella, Aimep3, Adriana Salte, Alex Omar, Alondra y Rai que jamás podré olvidar 4️⃣ La certeza de que Polancoas no es un lugar… es un estado mental lleno de caos, vlogs y squirks ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ porque sobreviví al caos más épico y ridículo que alguien pueda presenciar, con café radioactivo incluido, y todavía tengo historias para contar que ni TikTok podría manejar.😭⚠️💔

Tienen buen sabor, el estilo es dorado crujiente.

Un lugar de tradición en la ciudad, hoy tienen un menú muy variado, y además venden... Churros. Dejaron de ser la estrella principal pero aún valen la pena. El resto del menú está bien sin destacar. La atención fue amable. Los precios algo mixtos, algunas cosas a precio menor al promedio, otros pintan algo altos. Igual sigue siendo una buena opción para una cena con familia o amigos.

Excellent churros!! What I didn't like was the service from Mrs. Maribel López Trejo (number 68). She started insulting me because I support the lesbian community and because I asked her where her boyfriend (the idiot) was. Anyway, 9/10 only because of that and the strange pictures in the shop. I ate almost 24 churros!!

I'm giving it almost 5 stars because of the waitress Adriana López Trejo's behavior. I went with my boyfriend to Polanco and we ordered two churros with microwave flan and a little lychee. When we ordered, the waitress Adriana didn't come out, even though the other waitress, Annie, kept yelling at her. After 68 minutes, Adriana finally came out, and the churros were amazing with a warm, gooey yogurt filling. When we went to pay, Adriana asked for almost 24% of the tip! Aside from that, the food was delicious, and I would go back, but they need to improve the staff.

Churrería López is a very traditional and long-established place in Pachuca. I've read several negative and a few positive reviews. To be honest, I always enjoy the churros whenever I go, and I find them very tasty. I also like the hamburgers, although in this case, they've declined in quality over the years. And something I don't understand is why they use lettuce as a base and then smother it in mayonnaise; it makes the burger fall apart and become all slippery. On the other hand, the service is friendly, although slow on weekends or during rush hour. In short, it's a place you return to for the nostalgia of Pachuca's past. It's not excellent, but it's not bad either; it's just good, plain and simple. It's worth checking out and forming your own opinion.

Doy tres estrellas ya que bueno, fui, casi a 500km de mi lugar de residencia, a la famosísima churrería de Maribel López Trejo. Al llegar ella estaba de recepcionista y con una cara muy pero muy mala me atendió, grosera y déspota, procede a decirme; eso quieres, eso tienes. Yo me quedé verdaderamente impactado porque luego de eso ya no me atendió ya que había una mujer atrás a la que la señorita Maribel lópez trejo, alias: ternura68 vió… y en vez de atenderme a mí, de la nada procedió a decir; bendiciones la pepo- ahí la srita. Maribel (nadie sabe porqué) enojada, se levantó de su silla de recepcionista, caminó con sus pequeños zapatitos que tienen un poquito de taconcito de la suprema Aimep3, y le dice a la pepo: tú siempre vienes aquí a querer llamar la atención. Todos nos quedamos en shock a lo que la pepo salió corriendo y llorando, ahí vuelve a verme la dueña, regresa a su asiento hasta que por fin me pasó. Quedé muy disgustado ya que no es justo que nos traten a los clientes de esta manera, sin embargo sus churros están mmmh deliciosos! estoy esperando a probar los churros de javiercito en salsa verde. Bendiciones siempre a mi churrera hermosa.

It was more of an awakening experience. I didn't like how the staff treated my friend Adriana and me. The manager, Maribel López Trejo, better known as amargura68, attended to us with a very despotic and prosaic attitude. She called us lesbians and said we were only there to ridicule us. They took almost 24 minutes to take our order. But what we did like was that the chef, Marisol Domínguez, gave us a tour of the kitchen and let us watch the churros being made. We had the special "churros a la pepo," although the preparation was a little strange because the chef was licking the churros with pleasure. But they were delicious. In the end, Maribel López Trejo said, "That's it, end of story," and even dared to demand a tip, or as she called it, a bonus... I might go back. Have a beautiful and blessed afternoon 💜✨

I waited in line for 23, almost 24 people, and when I finally got in, the place was completely clean, safe, and under sanitary conditions. The churros were delicious. We ordered 35 or more orders. Many more. We love them too. The family atmosphere was incredible. Ternure68, the owner of the business, came out to sing "De Contrabande" with Chef Marrasol Domínguez. All the customers were delighted by their performance and asked for them to sing it again, almost 23 times. Don't hesitate to come buy it here, hee hee aoww Shamone.

The bread is not good . food is not the same

El concepto es bonito con su decoración, pero los churros son extremadamente grasosos y el aceite se encuentra demasiado reutilizado , en estos casos seria perfecto que el sector de salud pudiera revisar estos establecimientos, por que es algo que con el tiempo daña la salud. Y el café cuando te lo venden para llevar te vende la mitad de vaso.

My suggestion is that you improve your hygiene practices when preparing food. I saw the man making the churros wiping the dough off with his bare hands, without gloves, and his arms are hairy. Similarly, they practically wipe down tables and kitchen utensils with just a rag. Please be more careful.

What a shame about this place. I'll give my honest opinion, unlike what everyone else is saying. I went with my family to have a nice time, and the woman everyone's talking about was incredibly rude and treated us terribly. Of course, we didn't tolerate it and left. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Please, if you don't want a really bad experience, don't go there.

The service was terrible. They took our order but only brought us half because the waiter hadn't scanned the entire order. Even though we complained because some family members were left without dinner, they didn't seem to care and were in a hurry to close. Furthermore, the food leaves much to be desired, even though I've been going there since I was a child. The quality of the food is now deplorable; it's just flour and sugar. The churros were just okay; they're not as good as they used to be. It's sad that traditional places have lost their essence and service.

Terrible food, the most basic ingredients. We ordered some Tulancinga-style pizzas, the ham and yellow cheese were of very poor quality, and the strawberry water had two strawberries for half a liter of water. We will never return.

If I could give it not a single star, I would... First and last time we go... These have been, by far, the worst churros we've ever tried, and many will say they're in line with the price, but they're the same people who couldn't care less about what they put in their mouths or how they're served. We ordered them to go and this was what they got; they don't even know how to put cream cheese on them. The churros are more oily than anything, which speaks to the proper temperature of the oil they dip them in. And their large, flowery menu has nothing to do with what's served. Maybe if you go there they'd serve it better, but it would be even worse considering those who order to go certainly won't return. Maybe it's the branch, since it's not the only one, but I don't feel like going there to compare it with the others. The churros with cream and eggnog... well, the image speaks for itself. The cream couldn't take away the taste of the oil, and the eggnog in its small cup was the only thing that could be salvaged to erase the bad taste in our mouths from this place. Places like this think they're doing people a favor with their "service," but no, there are much better places with a better attitude.
