Burger King (Av. Brasilia, 7 – Palencia) Amplia carta de hamburguesas, menús variados y opciones con pollo o veganas, ideales para ir en grupo con amigos o familia. La comida llega caliente y bien presentada, especialmente al pedir en el local o para llevar. El local es luminoso, limpio y tiene un ambiente animado, aunque en momentos de máxima afluencia puede haber algo de ruido y espera en caja. La atención del personal es correcta y eficiente, sin llegar a destacar, pero cumple bien. Ideal para una comida rápida cómoda y sin complicaciones, con buena relación calidad-precio.

Lugar tranquilo y cómodo. Situado en una zona de fácil acceso y con amplia zona para aparcar. La gente deja los restos de su comida y la basura en las mesas, no lo tiran a la papelera. Para servirte la bebida hay que escanear el código QR del ticket.

Aunque no soy un gran amante de los fast food, reconozco que no está nada mal. Es grande, está muy limpio y dispone de terraza para comer tu hamburguesa al aire libre. Alrededor hay un montón de aparcamiento disponible y el sitio es tranquilo. Ideal para comer rápido.

Muy poco profesionales, muy lentos la comida es la que es, tienen una zona para los niños, una pantalla interactiva en el suelo la cual no se ve porque no se molestan en darle un poco de oscuridad, también tienen una zona de toboganes pero lleva cerrada por lo visto desde la pandemia una pena.

LA HAMBURGUESAS Y LAS ALITAS ESTABAN TEMPLADAS (POCO CALIENTES), EL RESTAURANTE ESTABA SUCIO, LOS BAÑOS TAMBIÉN, UN DESASTRE DE IMAGEN DE CARA AL CLIENTE.

Very slow service. Normaly you would wait for maximum 10 minutes. Here it took 20 minutes. And the restaurant was allmost empty.

Valla vergüenza de restaurante de comida rápida.y la encargada con una trenza muy borde y antipática.fui el sábado y no tenían ni helado de pistacho ni la hamburguesa de queso de cabra y voy hoy martes y siguen sin tenerlo ninguna de las dos cosas una mierda de restaurante no volveré.

He ido con mi familia a comer y después de pedir, resulta que no tenemos mesa. Se lo reclamo al encargado y me trata como a un tonto. Me dice que tenía que mirar antes de pedir si hay mesa y le reclamo que si no hay mesa que me devuelva el dinero y me dice que me lo pone para llevar, cosa que no queria pero me tocó hacer. Le pido hoja de reclamaciones, le cuesta dármela y cuado me la da, no me la rellena. Me marcho enfadado y cuando llego a casa no están mis bebidas, tenía mucho lío y se le olvidó decírmelo, claro. No aconsejo a nadie ir a este establecimiento y si está este encargado menos, ya que por lo que cuento solo les interesa facturar sin tener en ningún momento ningún aprecio por el cliente.

Hemos venido específicamente aquí por el PlayKing para un cumpleaños, pero la zona infantil está cerrada. Una gran desilusión. Una pena porque la atención ha sido de 10, los chicos que nos han atendido han sido súper amables y rápidos.

Personal Incompetente, manipulando los ingredientes de las hamburguesas sin guantes después de estar tocando todo por el establecimiento y ni siquiera lavándose las manos, ambiente horroroso pero la gota que colmó el vaso es que el ketchup te lo servían en un cuenco de helado los cuales les tenían preparados encima del mostrador en una bandeja expuestos.

Esta reseña es para el burger king del salón(avenida República Argentina)día 30 de agosto fiestas de palencia San antolin,las máquinas abarrotadas de gente 2 de ella sin funcionar me acerco alas cajas y no quieren cojer los pedidos desde allí solo por la maquina dicen,es una vergüenza de organización y de lugar el encargado no quiso darme sus datos para rellenar la hoja de reclamaciones,no me dio ni su nombre todo súper sucio,local deprimente,trabajadores poco amables.

Da, Ascó la higiene brilla por su ausencia, los aseos son lo mas guarro que haya visto.

Atención extremadamente lenta. Han tardado 20 min en traerme un menú Big King. Solo había 2 personas trabajando. A parte es un lugar muy muy ruidoso. Imposible llevar una conversación. A personas de cierta etnia se les permite gritar, arrastrar mesas, y armar jaleo, sus hijos haciendo lo propio... ningún responsable les llama la atención. Que sea un lugar informal de fast food no significa que los clientes educados tengan que soportar el no saber estar de esa gente. Esto ocurrió el día 20/8 a las 20.40h.

Pides a domicilio, te traen uan hamburguesa diferente a la que has pedido, llamas y a parte de mal servicio y hablar mal, le echan la culpa a la empresa de gestion y transporte sin solucionar nada, y el pedido frio

I ordered delivery through Glovo, got a 2-for-1 deal, paid, and when the order arrived, there was no 2-for-1 offer. What a rip-off! And to top it off, they don't answer the phone to make a complaint.

Good morning. We stopped by for chicken because my daughters like how it's prepared, and as we were finishing, the waiter, who was very rude the entire time we were there, approached us and said that if we left a review, he'd give us a free ice cream. So we left one, telling the truth, and he checked if it was there. Since he didn't like what he read (the absolute truth), he then went around looking for people's profiles and leaving bad reviews of his businesses without even visiting them. Apply yourself and do things better, and you'll get good reviews. Don't buy them with ice cream, and stop trying to screw over other businesses.

My father, as usual, went to pick up the 6-piece bucket to take home. When we got home, the pieces were in pieces; some looked like they'd been chewed through, and others had been cut to make two pieces. Naturally, we called to complain and offered to take the bucket back. They told us it wasn't necessary and that the manager wasn't there, and to call again that evening, which we did. They kept giving us the runaround for several days, calling in the afternoon, then calling again in the evening, until finally they contacted us to say, "Bad luck, it's been so long!" A total disgrace!

Absolutely the worst. I came to this branch because it's the closest one, but it's a total disgrace. I bought a bucket for two and the chicken arrived raw. When I went to complain to the employees, they took the bucket and brought it to the supervisor, and the nerve of her, she came back to tell me the chicken was fried properly, that the fryers had timers. I told her to look at the chicken and tell me if it was fried correctly, and laughing, she said yes, that it wasn't bloody. I mean, any reasonable person would have noticed. Damn it, if they could fry it a little longer, why not do it? The service was completely unpleasant, and to make matters worse, the chicken was in terrible condition, and they offered no solutions to the customer.
