Went here for an early Dinner on our anniversary, the service was outstanding. Waiters and busboys were quick. You could taste the freshness of ingredients in the food.

We were visiting Palm Beach and had dinner twice at Bice. A lovely restaurant with outstanding service and delicious food. I am gluten free and they went out of their way to accommodate me. We look forward to our next visit and will surely return. Highly recommend.

I’ve had several fantastic experiences at BICE. The atmosphere inside and outside is so beautiful and relaxing. Highly recommend the octopus when it is on the menu. All the dishes we have had were satisfying.

Amazing food and great service! Indoor and outdoor seating available with a sophisticated crowd. They have multiple rooms so private parties are available. Truffle pasta was delicious! Great tuna tartare! Sea bass (Bronzino) was perfect? Legitimately amazing Bronzino. Free valet parking outside. Expect the bill to be up there…

Amazing dining experience! Right from the valet parking and the entrance, this place promises to be an upscale dining experience. The greeting staff and our server were wonderful. This is real Italian food from Milan, with the original restaurant being established there in 1926 by a lady named Beatrice, and hence the name. We had the eggplant parm app and it was wonderful. We wanted another portion, it was so good. Then we had the veal ravioli and the lobster pacheri. Both were absolutely delicious! The Italian white wine was also great. Highly recommended! (Please make reservations. This place gets busy.)

Everything was fantastic! Service, food, environment, timing. Both Jose's are great guys. The Chef Jose and the manager Jose treated me well and have me coming back with the family. It is my favorite restaurant on the island.

I had a really good time here. The food is tasty, and the portions are quite generous. Two appetizers and one main dish are more than enough for two people, and the desserts are also quite good.

Twice in this neighborhood, twice at this establishment. The food is always great. The service is absolutely incredible. The atmosphere is awesome, outdoors is perfect for us, as the dog always comes along.

This place is very popular in Palm Beach.Italian many of guest know each other.Expensive,but always full.We had risoto di mare that was prepared well.My scalopini were ok,but plates are small.Tryed apetizer fried eggplanthat was delicuase 20$Wine is very good .Prices start 17 $Dinner for two 200$They have valey parking service .Interior or outside is amazingWaiters,bartenders are well trained.Will comeback.On bar has happy hour during week.Dress well and welcome in high sociaty.Owners Raffaele and Janet are now like family.

Hand downs my favorite restaurant in Palm Beach. The artichoke appetizer is the best I’ve ever had, the pastas are all to die for, and the salads are light and satisfying. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Lunch is lovely outside on the terrace as well.

Amazing dinner at Bice! A friend recommended this place and the least we can say is that we were far from being disappointed. The food was amazing as we shared some appetisers, tuna tartare, calamari and prosciutto. As entrees, we got the farfalle with a fantastic vodka sauce. The desserts were phenomenal, I highly recommend to keep some space for desserts. My favorite was the chocolate soufflé, to die for. You will also love the restaurant decoration and atmosphere, it’s super cosy and the backyard is super cute. I would definitely go back.

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING! This was our first time to Palm Beach and to the resturant Bice. Pulling up to Bice was an event in itself, all the beautiful cars outside were fun to look at. When we entered in, a very handsome gentleman greeted us and I think his name was Antonallo, He led us to our table and made us feel like we were regulars. He introduced our server to us and he checked on us a few times to make sure everything was going well and it was. The food was excellent and the service was terrific. Thank you Bice and Antonallo for a very memorable evening! we will be back.

I’d like to highlight this wonderful restaurant with truly delicious Italian cuisine. We ordered risotto, pasta, and desserts — everything was perfectly prepared and very tasty. I highly recommend it!

Very very good. Great atmosphere on patio. Had a salad with shrimp and scallops. Was an appetizer but plenty large enough for dinner. Not that expensive for how nice it was.

Beautifully prepared and delicious meal. Service is first rate and with an obvious pleasure from great people. Environment is a very warm and enjoyable place. Cappuccino is maybe the best this side of Rome.

I celebrated my birthday at Bice last night and had an amazing experience. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere beautiful, and the service impeccable. A big thank you to Luca who did an incredible job at our table attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. He made the night unforgettable. Can’t wait to come back.

Excellent fine dining but disappointing to arrive and find people in flip flops, shorts, tank tops and tshirts. Reservation recommended men wear jacket, guess you can come as you want. Also cell phone use (making calls, talking) very annoying, disappointing to have to listen to conversations of others during an exceptional meal. Because of these issues, would not consider this "fine" dining. . .but should be given the quality of the food, the service and the atmosphere.

It was our first time and wow we can't wait to go back. We ate lunch and the Fried Calamari, tuna appetizer, beef carpaccio was all excellent. Niko was great, white glove service all the way

Fabulous lunch on the terrace attended by the always dapper Antonello who knows how to run a fine dining establishment. This was my first visit to Bice in Palm Beach but I knew what to expect having dined at the NYC location many, many times before it unfortunately closed. Will definitely come again next visit. Outstanding service and quality of food with flawless execution start to finish.

Food was mostly good. Tuna tartar was amazing and the gianduja dessert was delicious. My veal scallopini had a weird taste to it but thankfully the cheese I asked to be melted on top mostly saved it. Service was quite slow but all servers were friendly and always visible. Atmosphere is typical for the area in that it’s very fancy and high end.

BICE Ristorante is set in rustic alley way in Palm Beach. It makes you feel as if you were in Europe. The people watching is fun! The lobster bisque is top notch and full of lobster meat. It’s a meal! Although the service was slow, the servers were nice.

The place is quite pretty and the food is great! It gets very busy. Appetizers were delicious, vitello tonnato was just amazing, seafood salad very fresh and tasty, so was burrata and tuna tartar also very good. Filet mignon was excellent and cooked perfectly for my taste. Deserts were ok, though, not memorable for me.

Great place for a nice long lunch! We came at 3:30 and so it was quiet and by the time we finished the bar was full for happy hour. They have a great happy hour at the bar 3-6. Everything was very tasty and our service was top notch. They have gluten free pasta and great vegetarian options.

We went there for my hubby’s birthday dinner. The staffs were amazing I heard a lot of birthday song, this must be a spot Lol. Ordered the meat and truffles, they did not stingy with the truffle at all. Had shrimps for appetizer, was great. My husband had home made ravioli for dinner, I would say this is the only plate that would fill you up compare to the rest of the menu. Pretty small portion which is fine. But the raviolis didn’t impress us. The desert were good. We ordered tiramisu and crème brûlée, enjoyed every bite of it. The staffs sang happy birthday song so loudly and festive, made my hubby so happy. Thank you guys to make his day in a rainy night.

We dined here on a Monday night. The atmosphere is vibrant and the service is impressive. They have quality options on the menu but most can use a little bit of salt. Overall, I liked this experience and will be back.

I love Bice, but the restaurant shows its age. I understand it was established in the early 90’s but, coming from Italy and knowing Bice from his Milan establishment, I was expecting a more high-end atmosphere. Service and food, on the other end, were great, the pasta was cooked perfectly and the portions were more than generous. The salmon pinsa (yes, not pizza, pinsa: try it if you can) was amazing and even the tiramisu was the right blend of flavors, without being overly sweet.

Too much for the food but fair for the area We were 20 minutes late for our reservation due to parking stress, but they held it and seated us immediately.

The food was good but it wasn’t worth the atmosphere they had that day we visited this restaurant. We had the reservation at 4 pm and it looked like the restaurant was preparing for an event later. I was kind of uncomfortable sitting around the mess and waiters running and trying to prepare everything. The restaurant opens at 11:30 am so why are you all preparing now right next to our table when we are eating and trying to enjoy the atmosphere? The good thing I was heard and they apologized for that. But the total experience was not as great as I expected, unfortunately.

years ago used to be much better- prices have gone up and food quality has gone down. In the past their crab salad was amazing- not so good anymore, decent place on Worth Avenue if in the area but much better places in Palm Beach.

I wanted to love it, however, I can’t say I did. I rarely am one to leave a bad review but this one stood out to me. My boyfriend and I made a reservation a month out in advance for our trip. We came in on time for our reservation and they had us waiting for our table by the entrance as it was not ready. We noticed a lot of people gathered by the front door waiting in front of us so we knew we would not be seated anytime soon. My shoes were killing me so we went and sat to get out of the entrance way and rest my feet. We waited for a little over 30 mins until being seated (things happen I get it) When we got seated i ordered the clam pasta. The server was slow to come to us and we had to track her down to get her to come to our table. Later that night, I had the worst stomach cramps and pain in my abdomen. The only thing I had eaten was that clam pasta and an espresso martini. I was kept up at night w a bad case of food poisoning. I was hoping for a high quality palm beach dining experience and this place did not deliver.

The atmosphere is definitely fun and lively, but that’s about where the positives end. The service was snobby and inattentive, and the food was a huge letdown. I ordered the chicken and it was SO dry — borderline inedible. I asked for more sauce to help salvage it and was completely brushed off. No effort to fix it, no offer of anything else, just ignored. For the price and reputation, the experience was incredibly disappointing. Will not return.

I went to celebrate a birthday, I went in and said it was my birthday, they sat me at a table on the side, without a menu, I had to wait 10 minutes and call the waiter to bring me a menu, he didn't even ask how I was. (The restaurant was almost empty, there were 4 other tables besides me so it wasn't crowded). I ordered a bottle of water, cappuccino and pasta which was good (they say they make it themselves but it didn't feel like it), they didn't pour me any water and didn't even say happy birthday to me! Poor service, I've been to fancy restaurants and the service has never been like this.

The food is tasteless, the dessert tastes like something from Costco, and what surprised me the most was the silverware 😄 — it’s a nightmare! It feels like the cheapest cafeteria stuff, made of flimsy aluminum. Everyone around is all dressed up, with fancy hats and designer bags — and yet the food and tableware look totally out of place for a crowd like that. And to top it off, the waiter noticed we didn’t leave a tip and ran after us like he was chasing thieves. ⭐⭐ I only gave two stars for the atmosphere, the beautiful people around, and the gorgeous city — nothing else deserves it.

I’m not sure what happened to the chef but our most recent experience was not great at all. The atmosphere is beautiful as the flowers outside are remarkable. The drinks were okay, the food....could have been prepared with a little love. I had half salad and half pasta as my food was mediocre, my husband had a dish on the menu which did not look like what we ordered. I do not think the server understood our questions which left us with three thin, unseasoned chicken cutlets and potatoes on top for $40 and I’m sure cost them $2-$3 at most. We will not return as we learned our lesson. Like I said the atmosphere was excellent but the walking models who took up half of our experience here. It’s a great idea for these boutiques to show case their merchandise but enough is enough. We were interrupted four different times by a live model to show us her rare Chanel bag and vintage dress.

What a disgraceful experience. Yesterday evening I came to Bicee by myself and the service was excellent so much so that I convinced my husband to come back with me tonight. Big mistake. The bread was served cold, the calamari was completely flavorless with not even a sprinkle of salt, and the service was hands down the worst I’ve had in a long time. What really pushed it over the edge was the management. The manager actually came out, saw we were upset, and still said nothing. No apology, no attempt to make it right just stood there and let us pay for a lousy meal. That’s not just bad service, that’s plain arrogance. Bicee went from being a place I was excited to share with my family to a restaurant I will never recommend to anyone. Food can be fixed, but disrespect and indifference from management? That tells you everything you need to know about how little they value their customers.

Awful experience. Our table of six was completely neglected and disrespected. Throughout our whole time in the restaurant, service staff decided to carry chairs and tables over our heads , within inch of hitting our friend on the head . I guess they couldn’t wait to set up for the next party. No one brought bread to our table . It was disgusting to witness how one of the waiters was sitting next to us folding napkins and BLOWING his nose . Overpriced and definitely not worth it !

Very disappointed.. would never recommend Plenty of seats available but mgt put us in the most undesirable location Food is not good .. and extremely expensive Mgr acknowledged all the mistakes and discounted the bill … but in my opinion this does not fix multiple issues .. when you totally ruin a good evening, you “ bite the bullet” and no bill and say try us again !! There are many more better choices!

I went there for Valentine’s Day. First off if the kitchen closes at 10pm then you shouldn’t have reservations to be booked at 10pm and later. Then my waiter his shift ended and instead of coming to us as he should have he just disappeared then in order for me to get help I had to ask for a waiter that is when I found out the waiter even left. Then our food comes out pasta was so hard that it was like it wasn’t even cooked. We ordered the pasta in white truffle sauce. When the pasta came back I guess because the kitchen was closed at this point it was pasta with it seems like 5 sticks of melted butter in it. With barely any truffle. When you go to a restaurant with $85 plates of pasta you’re expecting something incredible. Well that fell flat on its face, I know next time I’m better off at the Olive Garden.
