Te recibe un italiano que te trata como si estuvieras en casa, no hay paisano o turista que pase por la puerta y no se pare a saludarle. Carta bastante corta y pasta italiana excelente aunque no a precios de italiano de franquicia. Para repetir.

Un restaurante fantástico! El dueño está en la barra (un italiano auténtico, tanto en acento como en su efusividad) y te recomienda si lo necesitas. La comida está extraordinaria. A destacar la pasta boloñesa con rabo de toro y la caccio e pepe (aunque para mi le sobran las gambas y puede llevar mucha pimienta para algunos clientes). Lo recomendaría 100%

Quiero dejar especial mención para JOSÉ, el camarero que me atendió, por ser tan amable… no esperaba que me abrieran y cerraran la puerta cada vez que entraba y salía del lugar (porque estaba en la terraza). Ni hablar de la comida, llegamos la pedimos y enseguida la teníamos en la mesa caliente y muy deliciosa para disfrutar.. 👏👏👏

It was our last night in Palma and we decided to go for a fine dining experience - this one was definitely up there with the best. We had the 8 course tasting menu and it’s super affordable and absolutely delicious!! The creativity of the dishes and the complex flavours was truly superb - we enjoyed every course we had although for anyone wanting to do it please please don’t eat a late lunch. We were stuffed by our own fault!! Service was super attentive and kind and we will definitely be back next time we’re in Mallorca

We are currently here, and it is simply incredible. The food is made of the freshest ingredients, and it is clear why the place has Michelin star awards, as each dish is one of a kind and so carefully, uniquely crafted. We are in awe. As for the staff, there is one server for the entire area, and he is doing a literal perfect job. He spends a plethora of time with every table, swiftly explained the menu page by page, which made everything so clear and easy to order. He is very pleasant, has amazing recommendations, and explains cultural backgrounds between dishes. The atmosphere is also unmatched: soft seats with pillows for the back, achieving maximum comfort for their guests. The tables are beautifully served, and the music and decorations add such an incredible atmosphere. The prices are also highly affordable. All in all, a 10/10 restaurant, we are very happy and will return every time we are back in Mallorca.

The restaurant is outside of the more touristy part of Palma. We had the tasting menu and wine pairing which was great value. We had a late lunch and were the last serving; it felt a little bit rushed but the staff were charming and helpful and the food was delicious.

The restaurant is a hidden gem in the historic part of Palma. We came for lunch and enjoyed the Euro 55 Prix fixe Menu. If you are in Palma around lunchtime and want to enjoy impeccable service in combination with perfectly crafted and tasty food, Adrian Quetglas should not be missed. Each dish is a piece of art with a very creative presentation. Value for money is outstanding. The experience was the highlight of our day. We will return soon.

We had a great time and amazing food at Adrian Quetglas. My husband has a shellfish allergy, and despite only calling and booking on the day, they were able to change and tailor the tasting menu to suit his needs. Food was naturally stunning, and service was relaxed, professional and easy. We were seated outside, and it was a bit windy, but we were given blankets, heaters, and checked in with constantly to make sure we were comfortable. It was a wonderfully memorable experience; I highly recommend!

The restaurant and service is great. I enjoyed the first three plates on the lunch menu. The combination of flavors complemented each other very well. Although, I didn't enjoy the watercress muslin and sauce of the poulard. I thought the sauce was too sweet and the muslin didn't go well with the poulard. The dessert was a little too sweet for my taste. It was a good experience and good price, therefore I will return.

We had dinner at this nice restaurant and had the full 8 course menu with the premium wine menu to go with it. The ambience at night was actually very nice - the picture on their website does not give it justice (taken at daytime). Service was friendly and relaxed with smiling waiters - there was a bit of confusion among them to start with and we were offerede the menu a couple of times and the same with ordering. We were not bothered by it and the waiters excused themselved. Food were coming in a good pace. Flavours were good but sometimes a bit too subtle for my taste, but I guess that is common for a Spanish restaurant. Overall, I think the food was nice but I just needed a few more "WOW!" experiences to give a full 5 star. The price for the menu and wine was however a good deal, so based on that I will give my full recommendation for this place.

Disappointed and confused. How did this restaurant earn a star?? Service was abrupt. Crumbs left on the table. Chef patron was walking around face consumed by what can only be described as anxious rage. He managed to crack a smile for diners he clearly knew while the rest of us were ignored. I chose the traditional wine pairing and given it was the “cheaper” option it was deemed unworthy of the sommelier’s attention. And I would not call it a pairing at all. None of the wines accentuated what was on the plate. To the food….all supposed technique over taste. No personality whatsoever. In a place like Mallorca you have to allow the ingredients to sing rather than muzzle the flavour with pointless molecular techniques that just don’t belong on the plate. I looked around at my fellow diners and no one was smiling. Dead giveaway for me. High end fine dining, if done well, makes you happy and you smile. There was no joy here sadly.

My experience at Adrian Quetglas was a mix of culinary highs and service lows. The food quality was mostly satisfactory, with some dishes standing out significantly. The seafood and fish options were underwhelming in flavor, lacking the robustness one might expect from such a cuisine. However, the lamb garam masala was a delightful surprise – arguably the best lamb dish I've ever tasted. The sirloin with beetroot and truffles also left a positive impression, demonstrating the kitchen's ability to deliver on more complex flavors. The dessert selection maintained the high standard set by the main courses, rounding off the meal nicely in terms of taste. However, the overall dining experience was marred by disappointingly poor service. The first course of our seven-course meal took an unacceptable 30 minutes to arrive, during which we had consumed two bottles of water out of sheer waiting. It became apparent only later that the delay was due to the restaurant waiting for other late guests, who were to be served the same courses. This approach not only impacted our dining experience but also raised questions about the restaurant's customer service priorities. The wait staff's lack of communication, apology, or effort to rectify the situation was particularly disheartening. Our evening concluded with a bill of 250 euros, which included two tasting menus, wine pairing, and an excessive amount of water (which also saw delays in service). Given the overall experience, this felt steep, leading to a sense of disappointment rather than satisfaction from an establishment of such repute. While the culinary aspects had their highlights, the service aspect left much to be desired.

La peor experiencia de mi vida fue entrar a su restaurante. En ningún lugar del mundo me han dicho que si no como no puedo entrar a un restaurante. Es inaceptable. Si solo quiero beber, tengo que sentarme afuera en estas condiciones. No hay calefacción afuera y hace mucho frío. No puedo creer que en 2026 exista un restaurante así. Hoy estuve allí a las 7:20 p. m. / 8 de febrero, sobre todo porque solo había una mesa adentro. Pero ya saben cómo vuela el tiempo. Hay que pagar el alquiler. Y si rechazan clientes, que lo hagan otros que sepan hacerlo mejor. Pero no podrán seguir así por mucho más tiempo. Pero fui a Block House y tomé algo y, como todos sabemos, después de beber hay que comer algo. Les deseo mucha suerte.

El propietario (italiano) nos dejó sentar a las 19:00 y juntar tres mesas ya que íbamos a ser 6 personas. Pedimos dos cervezas y esperamos al grupo. Cuando vino la segunda pareja, pidieron una coca-cola. A las 19:18, cuando llego la tercera pareja (con un bebe) nos dijo que no nos servía nada más porque a las 20:00 supuestamente tenía reservadas las tres mesas. Por supuesto, era mentira, pero consideró que quizás las mesas vacías podían serle más rentables que un grupo de 6 padres tomando algo y sin más, nos dejó marchar. Si hubiese sido verdad, lo suyo hubiese sido que nos lo hubiese dicho a la hora de sentarnos, no cuando ya nos habíamos pedido algo. Finalmente, nos movimos al Block House y estuvimos más de 2 horas sentados. En las 3 mesas no se sentó nadie. Finalmente gastamos 80 € en el Block House, que podrían haber sido suyos. No me extraña que al llegar nosotros fuese la única terraza de Paseo Mallorca vacía. No volveremos ya que nos sentimos muy mal tratados.

Nos hemos encontrado un INSECTO ENORME en la comida. Un SALTAMONTES en las patatas bravas. Horrible, ha sido la peor experiencia en un restaurante. Hemos avisado a los camareros y no han dado ningún tipo de explicación más allá de no pagar la cuenta (sólo faltaría). Sanidad debería de pasarse por aquí para hacer inspección.
