We have used Ocean tv for over 8 years. The service has always been excellent ; friendly , prompt and efficient. Sean provides advice and help in easy to understand language and does not try to “sell “. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his company. His charges are very reasonable and he always does his best to sort problems out as quickly as he can .

We were so impressed with Ocean TV/Sean. For years we believed we needed a larger dish for our Sky box however Sean quickly replaced part of the dish and found 2 other matters that were losing signal strength. We’ve now got a great picture and BBC which we haven’t seen for a long long time He’s clearly a great technician, really helps customers understand their options and at a good price. We didn’t need a new box, VPN or subscription yet after all. When we do upsize our TV that will be through Ocean TV. Great service, well pleased - thank you.

We’ve now upgraded our TV with thanks to Sean. It was great to have what’s best for us selected, sourced, installed and set up for us. Again Sean was meticulous in maximising the set up and went out is way to arrange his visit when timings were tricky.
