Tengo que decir que la experiencia ha sido excelente, el personal nos ha atendido verdaderamente bien, han estado muy atentos durante la estancia y han sido muy agradables. La comida se nota que es casera y personalmente nos ha encantado. Nos ha gustado mucho también el robot que tienen para llevar a las mesas tanto la bebida como los postres. Recomiendo mucho este restaurante

Ramen vegano muy bueno. El tradicional que tomaron mi hermana y su pareja también les gustó mucho. La camarera que nos atendió muy simpática, muy buen servicio, la atención es muy buena. Hay una “mini” terraza con dos mesas y si vas con tu perro puede estar contigo fuera, le ponen un cuenco con agua. Se tiene que reservar ya que se llena siempre. Lo curioso es que tienen un robot que te trae la comida, si estás dentro. Lo recomiendo.

Title: A Real Gem for Ramen Lovers in Palma ​Rating: 5/5 ​My wife and I visited Otaku Ramen for lunch today and it was a fantastic experience. We are absolutely delighted to have found this place. ​The service was excellent from the moment we arrived, but the food was the real highlight. I ordered the Hakata Style Spicy Double Broth. It had an incredible depth of flavour and just the right amount of heat. My wife chose the Dan Dan Noodles (Dan Dan Nudeln), which she said were equally amazing and very authentic. ​It is rare to find such high-quality ramen that ticks all the boxes. A truly great experience and a real gem of a restaurant in Palma. We will definitely be returning soon.

My wife and I had such a wonderful time here! 🍜 The ramen was absolutely delicious, but what made the evening truly special was the atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the whole place felt so warm and LGBTQ+ friendly. We both felt right at home and can’t wait to come back together. 🌈✨ Their serving robot was a nice little gimmick as well 😬

Really good quality ramen. Service was great. I went by myself and she was honest and suggested I didn’t order any entries as the Ramen is big and enough for one person. They have fantastic Japanese craft beers as well.

Ramen Otaku is definitely a must-have when visiting Palma de Mallorca. Ramen when visiting Mediterranean ramparts? I'm sure glad that I happened upon this truly authentic ramen experience. My broth was creamy, flavorful and thick; which proves that they truly put time and effort to prepping it with care. I found all the condiments to be delicious and fresh too. I asked for extra spice for that runny-nose type of heat! The noodles were cooked to perfection, firm but chewy...like al dente. It helped that the space is calling and traditionally-appointed with good adornments, unlike most restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area. I must say that the robot kitty that delivers your beverages was also a very cool highlight.

Delivers exactly as promised! The tonkotsu ramen broth was creamy and rich in flavor, it was my first ramen experience EVER and the staff was very nice and quick to answer my questions. They also add sauce, chili seasoning and more to your table to customise your ramen to your own liking. Overall a really authentic experience and im glad we went!

Very nice Ramen place in Palma. Service was friendly including the cat robot that serves you the drinks. Great selection of Appetizer and drinks. Great and tasty Ramen and selection of additional ingredients. We had a great time. Don’t forget to squeeze the rubber chicken at the exit when you liked it.

Excellent experience!! The service was very friendly and welcoming, both the Vegan and Pork Ramens were delicious and filling and we’ll definitely be back. Also tried the vanilla, raspberry and mango Mochis which were a great way to end the meal Strangely cannot tip on card, but that’s the only glitch here.

A quiet small ramen restaurant located in Palma, Majorca. I went there once, was crowded in the indoor area and outside also. The restaurant designed quite simple with the Japanese style. As I walked in, there’s a waiter whose hair is black and a little bit curl welcomed me and organized a table for me. He reccommended to try the Spicy Ramen. And it was PERFECT! I really love how the soup was cooked, tasty, not too salty and not too sweet. And the serving time is fast as well. The waiter and the service in general is very friendly and attentive! I would reccommend it to those who love Ramen!

Sitio muy estilo japonés , pedimos de entrante la gyoza estaba rica pero no hay mucha diferencia a la de otros sitios. De segundo los ramens que estaban muy ricos, se nota que es el punto fuerte, buen sabor, buena cantidad y muy tradicional. De postre el doriyaki que no estaba nada mal. Para las bebidas te sirve la camarera de autoservicio que no aporta mucho eso si las mesas demasiado pequeñas e incómodas . De precio unos 22€ por persona lo normal en este sitios.

Buen ramen, el caldo muy sabroso y los fideos también. El ramen primero de la carta fue el mejor, luego probamos otro que no era tan sabroso. La cantidad muy buena, las gyozas nos las recomendaron y también estaban buenas. No me pegaba mucho el maíz, pero eso va a gustos. El personal muy atento y amable, nos recomendó y nos atendió muy bien.

Recomendable reservar, ya que suele llenarse. Probamos el chicken karaage como entrante y estaba realmente bueno acompañado de una salsa muy sabrosa. Pedimos dos tipos de ramen, el de caldo de 72h y el de 18h, ambos con muy buen sabor, aunque el acompañamiento me pareció algo escaso ya que abundaban los fideos y un poco repetitivo, ya que es casi igual en todos los tipos de ramen. El postre de castaña fue una grata sorpresa, diferente y muy acertado para cerrar la comida. También nos sorprendió la variedad de cervezas artesanales que ofrecen a parte de las cervezas japonesas. El personal es amable y atento, y el robot que sirve las bebidas le da un toque divertido a la experiencia. En general, una buena opción para disfrutar de un ramen sabroso en un ambiente agradable. Calidad-precio normal. Seguramente repetiremos.

Ordered ramen with extra egg, nori sheets and sweet corn. The broth tastes mediocre, the noodles taste plain, not even a little salty. Unfortunately expected more for the price I've paid. Maybe there is something better in menu 🤔 Service is ok. If the waiter doesn't look in your direction, his colleagues will notice you staring at him and let him know. I needed an extra tabouret for the bag I had with me and it took me some effort to prove the waiter, I need the same tabouret the people in front of me have for their belongings. The place is quite crowded, which means it's popular. Toilet is clean. Tho it's weird to see a plastic bowl with ramen there as a piece of a décor.

I was really hoping this would have been good ramen. I’ve eaten a lot of ramen throughout the world during my travels. I didn’t eat inside as it was too hot and decide to eat at the only outside table. It had a nice view of a old church. The tonkatsu ramen was just too salty and the noodle mushy. The noodles were think unlike authentic ramen noodles. The shrimp gyozas were good but the dipping sauce too sour. The plus side is the server I had she was very friendly. Maybe give it a try and decide for yourself.

Experiencia decepcionante: lamentablemente mi visita fue negativa. El local presentaba una limpieza deficiente: mesas pegajosas, restos de comida en el suelo. El servicio se equivocó en el pedido y nos quedamos sin un plato. Además, la ventilación es muy justa, lo que hacía que el ambiente estuviera cargado y resultara incómodo estar allí, a parte de que estábamos muy estrechos y muy cerca de las mesas de al lado. Yo precisamente justo detrás mío tenía el recipiente de algún gas o el bidón de cerveza, no sé qué era exactamente. No lo recomendaría y creo que necesita una mejora en las condiciones del local.

It was a place where anyone who had eaten ramen in Japan or Korea would have a lot of regrets. Personally, the taste and smell of char siu did not taste good in general. The gyoza was well worth eating. 한국분들 추천하지 않습니다.
