Best Boba place in the Antelope Valley. Great flavor and toppings varieties. Very busy at peak hours. Don't let the line dissuade you - they move at a fast pace and your order arrives quickly.

Fruits were very fresh. Workers were great and kind. Taste altogether was amazing too. I got my father a smoothie, first time he finish a cup of boba this fast. His exact words after drinking it was,”The fruits were very fresh, and unlike other boba places the sugar didn’t taste artificial, the sugar tasted like it was from the fruits!” Hope they open a plant near where I live! (we were on vacation)

I always stop here for a Boba drink. Fast and friendly service, variety of selections and always good

My daughter absolutely loves Boba so I try to take her once or twice a month to show her I appreciate her help around the house and for doing well in school. They have lots of other good drinks and shakes also not just Boba drinks. Also, a very friendly staff. Very enjoyable experience thanks Boba Time.

I ordered 2 tiger boba and 1 taro boba or is because was olmos time to close the store but all those drinks was terrible taste like milk mixed with water I can't believe I goin to put this on line

I love It's Boba Time so much!! Although they don't have the best boba I've ever had, it's definitely good, and ordering ahead in their app has been so nice. My order is always ready on time, and the ice is never melted at all, meaning they're perfectly punctual with the time they say they're going to make it at. Honestly it really is ordering ahead with the app that's kept me going back again and again. I've only ever had an issue with them once, where they couldn't find my online order, but it was quickly resolved and I was on my way with my drinks! If you're new to boba, I'd recommend their taro milk tea if you want something very sweet and smooth, and rose or lavender milk tea for something a bit floral. It's definitely easy to overdo floral flavors in any drink or dish, but they seem to have the perfect amount here! My only complaint would be that occasionally (maybe once every 5 orders) their boba is a little bit harder than I'd prefer. Still very good, just seems a bit underdone. Really could not recommend this place more!!

Amazing selection of teas, smoothies, shakes and treats. They can split a regular drink for a dollar more and give you smaller drinks for your little ones. The Oreo shake for the Littles was delicious. Rose Matcha Milk tea was good too. Definitely coming back to try more of their menu.

Best boba franchise in LA. Hopefully they have some brown sugar smoothie someday. I ordered red bean shave. It was really good and perfect for weather. Very friendly staffs. They welcomed me. The building is right next to yoshinoya.

I live out of state so this was a treat to try out. I got the lavender milk boba! It was so delicious!!! Thank you ladies for helping me pick out a drink, it was so yummy. The boba here is so soft and well made. Was there around 8 pm on a monday night. Wasn't busy, staff was pleasant and attentive. They have multiple sizes, going all the way up to this massive super size boba cup pictured below. Of you find yourself addicted/craving thai tea... don't get two. Just get this one massive one 👌🏼

There is not much competition in Palmdale area for boba drinks so it’s definitely the best around the area! I would recommend it here, and they also have coffee for the more simple drink lovers.

About 9 mins wait for an oder depending how busy they are, the service was okay, the cashier had a little sas to her tone when asked about the wireless pay function on the register but the drinks are delicious and work the wait, plus they have macaroons.

I like this place. It's clean and offers outdoor seating. The shaved ice was delicious and I've had family try the boba teas and they really enjoyed them. The staff was kind and patient with my family's questions and slowness. The only downsides would be that it's small so the line to order and then the wait to pick up is all in the same area and tends to be crowded during peak hours. I also think the pricing is a little steep. But a fun visit with the kids or a sweet after dinner date. Would definitely visit again.

Pretty good boba. Went here before and got the sweetness level adjusted to a 25% but this last time I went there they said the lowest they could adjust it to was 50% Shares an area with a restaurant and the set up is not great for ordering. Not the worst boba spot but not the best either

The service is always friendly and they move quickly. The dragonfruit and Honey is always yummy. This time around the flavor was great but it was overall less dense and less fruits than normal.

I love the options that Boba Time offers, but they just keep getting more expensive and the food is always inconsistent. I tend to get the acai bowls and I've been there enough to be able to say that the way that they make them is SUPER inconsistent. I sometimes get completely gipped of the serving size for the acai and granola, which I order extra of. Other times, it comes out just perfect. The taste of the acai also differs. I would really recommend that there be a way for the employees to make consistent food/drinks. I understand it might taste just slightly different because of the fruit, but the portion sizes shouldn't be all over the place, especially considering how much you're paying. I do like the atmosphere. It's nice and clean and upbeat. The service is also great, nice and friendly and accommodating when needed. Just please do something to make portion sizes consistent if you're going to be charging so much!! Thank you!

The only reason I’m doing a 2 star is cos the Latino guy that helped me the other day was patient and nice. This girl that helped me Ashley L was so unfriendly and rude if I’m gonna be honest. Not to mention the sweater she was wearing was completely stained and looked dirty.

Wish I could give 0 stars but not an option..spent lots of money here anywhere from $20 to $50 but they got the last dime today..the product is good when made correctly. They (Janessa) are unprofessional, rude, to customers when mess up they drink..they act as if you should still drink it of it's not right..sorryy my money don't spend like that meaning I pay for what I want if I can't have that kindly refund me. We came just moments before closing time and the staff literally closed the door in front of our face … tried asking and knocking on the window but staff acted like they didn’t hear a thing and we were completely ignored! Very rude. It’s FREE to be kind!!!

Dear God, I've had boba from several places over the years. I was told by my girlfriend this place isn't the best, but it's boba right? It can't be THAT bad. Wrong. This was the worst. The brown sugar milk tea tasted like unsweetened decaf coffee with the slightest essence of milk. It was so bitter you'd get more flavor eating grapefruit skin. If you want a tasty boba, please for the love of God go anywhere else.

So the app fails to place the order and cancels the order due to “poor internet connection” but it does not hesitate in charging my card and taking my money and I’m left with nothing. This will be reported as Fraud.

Very unorganized in the back. Takes way to long to get drinks. Every time I come here the wait is 20+mins. They need to figure out a better system. Drinks never come out in the correct order. When some who walking in 10 mins after you gets their drinks first it’s a bit irritating. You wouldn’t go through Starbucks drive through and the person behind you get their drink first!!!!!
