Favorite place but careful where you sit at the bar because the condensation from the AC ducts above drips on you or your drinks and food. That's not funny or sanitary. Plus it creates a slip and fall hazard as well. They should fix that.

I get anxiety. And apple bees always make me feel better! The food is always so delicious and comforting it feels like I am at my home away from my home. When we are getting service from the waiters, they are always so genuine and respectful, and it makes me happy. The food always has good taste and seasonings. Everything is as if it's homemade, and I love it. The manger his name is SAL is always so kind as well as a high school student that studies business and takes courses as well as being involved with DECA (Distributive Education Clubs of America) he represents the qualities and traits to be a business man and manger I am so proud of him he's kind and he himself checks up on us to make sure everything is good and that's amazing it's kind of him overall this establishment is amazing and I am happy!

Ate here as it was close to the RV park we were staying at. The service, food and welcome were very good. The food was lovely, plentiful and all freshly cooked. The cost of our meals were one of the cheapest of the holiday so we found it very good value. Would definitely recommend.

Had a good time and good service and also great food... Well its been a while since I have not review Applebee's and I feel is necessary to check in once in a while so new customers can get an idea of the quality of service. This time I had a good dinner with family. The restaurant was in really good shape. Tables were cleaned and ready to receive customers. Restrooms were cleaned. Windows and floors were nice and cleaned as well. Over all the place was doing real good. Our hostess guided us to our table and introduced us to our waitress and we began with an entry and drinks. Then we ordered our food and the food was amazing. It had this nice fresh recently prepared look and feel, that many restaurants would envy. The presentation of the dish was as describe by photos and narrative on the menu. Our waitress kept checking on us and we had an amazing family time. Always looking forward to another visit. To the manager or managers, congratulations on a great performance. I will be posting photos for people to appreciate the different dishes.

Applebees a quick lunch/dinner for us . We wanted to try the protein bowls. Food was fresh , tasted good , was quickly serve once we were seated. Restaurant was clean but could be cleaner needs head to toe cleaning. Windowns, chairs, tables with plenty of soap to get rid oily feel. Or what ever degreaser is allowed. Server was very attentive, was cleaned and well groom. Provided excellent customer service. Place is busy busy , prices are decent for hot meal. Only thing ... We gone couple of times but dont see why we have to wait in car to get called for a table. So we waited in the outside area. I recommend Applebees in MISSION for food , customer service and pricing.

Like that I can play my music, the food is great and the ambience is chill. It's one of my fave restaurants.

Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because our server was very busy, but he did try his best to give us excellent service.

3-1-26 Wife and I come here every couple of months, and the food is usually good. However today was off. Wife ordered the Quesadilla Burger with fries. The tortilla was a bit hard, and the fries were barely warm. I ordered the Bourbon Street Chicken and Andouille Sausage Penne. The peppers and onions were woefully under cooked, yet the Andouille Sausage (andouille is always spicy, yet this was not) was burnt on one side. The chicken was cooked well, but had no flavor, and while the pasta and the sauce were fine, again, I expected some spice but found none. This was supposed to be a New Orleans inspired dish, but I was left wondering where the NOLA was in it. The server was polite and went out of her way to make sure we had all we needed. We did not complain because it was busy and we had waited long enough. All we wanted to do was finish and head home.

Our server was new and tried her best. However, our dessert order was messed up and we were charged for it when it was suppose to be free. Server reimbursed us out of her tip money. I didn't get a copy of our receipt, annoying but understandable since she was new. Lastly, Applebee's needs to improve the customer experience. My wife is allergic to the spinach dip, but Applebee's policy is to not allow substitutions. We paid extra to get salsa with the chips. I've had this same experience at other Applebee's. Disappointing.

Drank 2 margaritas and ordered some chips and salsa with my friend then left to try a new restaurant since it was closed we came back and manager old lady with glasses just told the lady at the bar to not serve us with no explanation? Just told us no and the girl at the bar too. She was also confused as we were (: do not recommend at all. How disappointing. We didn’t question and just left how unprofessional. We weren’t being rude or acting disorderly by the way. I have my receipt.

The pasta was one of the WORST pastas ever. The bread was more unflavorful than white bread. Very stale and old tasting. The mozzarella sticks were fine Will not go again

I do not recommend the boneless wings. They are hard, overcooked, and burnt. They re-did the order to only come back harder and cooked in OLD oil. Yuck

From the moment we walked in took too long to be seat even though the restaurant was empty, drink options very limited , was served burnt chicken Parmesan had to send it back , the ice was dirty , black particles were in the ice , horrible experience never again.
