The place offers a wide selection of both food and drinks, considering it's not a restaurant. They organize events and evenings, and customers feel at home in the atmosphere. The entire location, both inside and out, is beautiful. The management is disappointing... the owners are classic, simple-minded, improvised bartenders. The politeness towards their customers is subdued... not to mention the strange, ambiguous behavior in a public place.

Our experience at this restaurant was negative, and I want to share everything that happened in detail. Before arriving, we called the restaurant to confirm our visit and specified that we would be booking through TheFork. The restaurant's website clearly states that the kitchen is open until 11:00 PM, so we booked for 9:30 PM, arriving promptly at the scheduled time. Upon arrival, the owner greeted us rudely, informing us that the kitchen was already closed. We wondered how it was possible to accept reservations on TheFork for 9:30 PM if the kitchen is already closed at that time. This is highly unfair and misleading for customers who rely on information available online. Since the kitchen was closed, we decided to order only what was available, in our case, ice cream. However, shortly thereafter, the owner returned to our table, saying that the ice cream wasn't on TheFork's menu—a completely false statement, given that it was actually listed on TheFork's online menu. After we ordered the ice cream, the situation worsened further. The owner decided to reopen the kitchen and insisted that we order more food, even though we had already ordered the ice cream. Annoyed but eager to avoid further arguments, we ordered pizzas and fries. Unfortunately, these dishes also proved disappointing: the pizzas were undercooked, and we didn't like the fries. As if all this weren't enough, the owner behaved completely inappropriately, even going so far as to blackmail us. She told us that if we didn't pay in cash, she would cancel our reservation on TheFork, which clearly violates the platform's policies. Furthermore, we discovered that she had changed the number of guests in the reservation to pay less commission to TheFork, a dishonest and unfair action. In the end, we left the restaurant feeling deeply disappointed and frustrated. Not only was the evening ruined by terrible service and the owner's disgraceful behavior, but the food also proved to be of disappointing quality. We have reported all these serious incidents to TheFork, so they can take appropriate action against this establishment. ----------- In response to the lady below: Your response is extremely concerning and, in addition to what has already been stated, demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism. Threats of legal action against a customer who legitimately expresses their opinion are unacceptable and may constitute an act of intimidation, if not outright defamation. I remind you that freedom of expression is a right protected by law, and attempting to suppress criticism with legal threats is not only reprehensible but could expose you to serious legal consequences.
