We went to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday, and we had a wonderful time. The dishes were carefully prepared, presented with passion by the owner. The staff was not only friendly, but also very attentive and kind. The location was very quaint. Highly recommended!

The restaurant is distinctive: it's an old, abandoned mill, with exposed brick vaults, elegant furnishings, and the gears still visible. We had Christmas lunch, a large table. The menu was very well-curated, with a selection of flavors crafted to perfection. Excellent wine list. Excellent service, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the owner is friendly and helpful. I give it top marks.

A quaint restaurant with a beautiful watermill outside, in the center of Pancalieri. Inside, a vaulted ceiling with rough bricks and a comfortable atmosphere. The owner is kind and helpful, and the waiting staff are attentive. We tried this place for lunch, with excellent value. There's a wide selection of wines, and for wine lovers, a wide selection of high-quality champagnes. I recommend this place, we'll be back.

What a wonderful discovery!!! While searching for a new place to try, we stumbled upon this beautiful restaurant, which is aesthetically pleasing. The beauty extends beyond the exterior; the interior is also striking, and the outdoor tables are set on a charming terrace overlooking a stream. We really appreciated the menu, with four choices for each course, because it gave us a sense of freshness in the selection. I assume the menu changes periodically based on the availability of fresh and seasonal produce. Everything was very good; the dishes offered, aside from a few great Piedmontese classics, were a bit different from the usual offerings found in restaurants in this price range, and we also really appreciated this. The pepper croissant with anchovy cream was the dish that most impressed us, a real treat. The strozzapreti with mushrooms and sausage and the agnolotti with salted butter were also delicious. The dessert selection was also very varied. It didn't offer traditional desserts, but these didn't disappoint. The fig tart with vanilla ice cream was exceptional. The staff was very friendly, and the owner was very welcoming. We'll definitely be back. Excellent value.

It was my first time at this restaurant, and I have to say I'll be back. Let's start with the location... from its name, the restaurant is in the old mill. The owner is top-notch... he welcomes you with a smile that lasts all evening. The food is well-presented and excellent, catering to all tastes. The wines... well... you can get an idea from the video... The cellar is small but very well-stocked! The desserts... I was expecting something different... for my tastes, they're very elaborate... In the land of mint, mint dessert is a must... at least three others that I remember had cinnamon or ginger, which I personally don't like... Anyway, I had the nougat affogato, so I found something there, too, of course, but if I really had to find a flaw... here are the desserts... but to my taste, eh? Maybe others will like them. The price... you're paying for the location as well as the good food. We each had an appetizer, three first courses, one second course, four desserts, water, a bottle of Nebbiolo, and two glasses of sparkling wine offered by the owner. It was a pleasant evening, however, where we also made friends with the table next to ours.

It was a very pleasant evening with excellent flavor combinations, and it was also a visual treat. The bubbles were just right... The only thing I could say was the room temperature... A couple of degrees more would have been nice... definitely!
