Nice people good service. A little crowded but that's a good sign, we had to wait for a table for a little bit but worth it.

Made a quick stop, had no wait time for seating. Server was on point and patient. She took our order and our food was served in less than 10 minutes! Everything was perfectly cooked to our request; hats off to the chef! Next time most def!

Usually go to Danny's, however IHOP was in the area. Really impressed, the place was pretty full, however we were Sat right away. The table was clean and well prepared. The waitress attended us right away, food and drinks came out right away, we're checked on several times during our visit, waitress was courteous, food was good. Pancakes and Omelettes oh my! The wait for 2 on a late Saturday morning was maybe 15 minutes, not long for a Saturday morning. Placed our order, got our food in less than 15 minutes. Our food was hot, made exactly the way we ordered it. The server was attentive, she made sure we had refills before we finished our drinks. All in all, great experience. I expected to feel rushed, a much longer wait, cold food, and a harried wait staff. Was pleasantly surprised!

My happy place! This one is busy but a good size. The price is right - not too expensive for a sit down breakfast - and the service is good. Went out for Father's Day and had their new Italiam Cannoli pancake...yeah. Sooo...I'm from New York, born and raised. These were...I mean they tried. These aren't anywhere NEAR close to what cannolis taste like. First off...pancakes. Cannolis have that nice little crunch to their rollup. This was a pancake, essentially folded and stuffed with sweet cream. Hell, it would've been better if they just made their pancakes normally, and just 'topped' them with cannoli filling. The waitress was...another thing. But I will give her the benefit of the doubt. She probably survived the morning holiday rush. Though the side eyes and glances at my family weren't really necessary. I always try to be nice and gracious to the wait staff, but when my family picks up on her attitude from the start even so much as to act gregariously to the couple behind us, while acting like a snot to my kids? Yeah...not trying to be waited on by her anymore. Keep your snide glances to yourself. Nice touch with being too lazy to take down the Mother's day art for Father's Day, but be willing to put up a 'dabbing graduate' in the window...

The place was pretty busy which caused the food to take a while to get out. I got the New Mexico burrito and it was good. 4/5 My Husband got the sirloin tips. They were a bit dry and only had flavor on half of them. He gives it a 3/5. It wasnt worth the money they are asking for. Overall, decent experience. IHOP, itself, is good, once you're inside. The food and the wait staff are really nice and helpful. We had the most darling waitress. She was a sweetheart. On the other hand, they don't have handicapped parking, & the parking lot is on the side of the building, and not really, really close. Outside, the area next to the building, doesn't look the cleanest or well-kept, & I had to warn the disabled senior that I was with, who was walking with a cane, that there were some broken bricks that were unlevel when we were walking to and from the restaurant. Inside, the restaurant was very clean, except in the women's restroom. In one of the stalls, the regular one, they had a wet floor-type of sign near the door, and the water and toilet paper in the toilet looked like it was near the top, ready to overflow onto the floor. So, I decided to use the handicap stall, which wasn't stocked with toilet paper. So, I had to go into the regular stall to get toilet paper to take into the handicap stall with me. Needless to say, I told our waitress about the condition of the bathroom when I came out of it. Hopefully, they handled it quickly.

The place is located near 3 markets, after eating food you can go do some shopping, the food is wonderful but takes a while to get to your table, and you'll see Ipad kids every so often. Overall, I recommened this place.

I stopped by IHOP around 8:30 AM and was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t too busy. The service was excellent—quick, friendly, and efficient. Our waiter was not only attentive but also funny and personable, which really added to the experience. What stood out the most was how they celebrated birthdays! They brought out an ice cream with a candle and sang Happy Birthday, which made the moment feel special and thoughtful. Overall, I was very pleasantly treated and had a great experience. Definitely coming back!

Well I haven't had breakfast in a long time so I gave it a try sausage and eggs and a side of the pancakes it hasn't changed that much feel kind of bland if you're in a hurry maybe you can stop, at least you get to sit down instead of going to one of those fast food joints that they have breakfast sandwich

The 2nd part of the pancake special advertising on the TV where it says " All you can eat pancakes for $4.99 with your order OR ALL YOU CAN EAT PANCAKES FOR $4.99" is not being honored. Only offered with a dish. I just wanted pancakes, nothing else, but probably would have to get the TV advertising on film and show the manager so to get pancake deal. Not happy.

Can't blame the place for the service... The other morning I went in with parents from my daughters school. The waitress was really rude to me (specifically) and my friends noticed. I wasn't ready to order... She assumed I wasn't gonna order anything. She had sarcasm when she said " so i guess nothing"... Got my pancakes... She ignored me when i said i wanted coffee. She was late with my coffee. She didn't get a tip.

The food is yummy but it seems as if though the food most likely have a lot more calories than written. Very few "healthy choices". The pancakes and the crepes are delicious. I strongly recommend you to try one if you ever go there! Not only that, the restocking of ingredients takes them a while too. I've had three time where they did not have certain ingredients to make what i wanted and was forced to choose something else. The wait is also long in the mornings and the waiters sometimes give sassy like looks.

Overall breakfast (Smokehouse Combo) was Good, though I had to send back the pancakes (cold) to exchange for hot ones (New stack were piping hot!) .The waitress never cracked even a remote smile and had a bit of an attitude when I told her about the cold pancakes but I left her a nice tip anyways, though I'm not really sure that she earned it.

Service was great by the waitress but the food was decent. There was literally no one in the restaurant for the chef not to cook our food as requested. We asked for the steak to be cooked medium rare. Instead we got over cooked and dry steak. I has to add a lot of A1 sauce to give it flavor.

My childhood IHOP, it's been here forever, which is also the problem. They have never renovated this IHOP in what must be 20 years. I believe its because of the area it's in, which is sad. Its run-down, can smell sometimes, and the seating is horrible. High wait times on weekend morning as expected. Service is good, food comes out quickly. Kitchen workers are top notch, they always produce good quality food.

The silverware I got was dirty, I ordered the steak meal well done. As I cut into it it was medium rare plus I seen a sm human hair in it. Bad experience. I had to wait to get another steak and clean silverware. Very disappointing.

There is several several reason why didn't like this IHOP first of all we ordered a T-bone steak and the first time we got it it had hair cooked into it and then the spoons had boogers on them and the cup was had lipstick on it and the hot chocolate cup had stains on the cup this used to be a joyful IHOP now we're never going here again!.

The food wasn’t hot. The butter didn’t even melt on the pancake. The place was packed it really shouldn’t have waited to be picked up. It was freezing in the restaurant as well. Ok food. Over priced. It was our first time there and I think we’ll go back to Dennys where every location we’ve been too has been superb. Waitress was quick and friendly.

Needs a better manager. I have had 2 issues in this place and manager wasn't able to resolve it. First it was with an waffle sandwich it came with sausage and I wanted to substitute it for ham manager said they can't do substitutes I asked what if I order a side of ham if they could add it to my sandwich and remove the sausage she said she couldn't do substitutes. Not even if I pay for a side of ham 🙄 Like really! I still ordered. They ended up bringing me my waffle sandwich with sausage and a side of ham. I had to take out the sausage (I don't like sausage) and put the ham. The second time i had an issue with the manager was regarding a reward a wanted to use. I went to have breakfast because I noticed I had enough points to use i asked my waitress for help to get the code for my reward she was nice and help me. My order was around $60 she then comes back saying the code didn't go through she checked an noticed she made a mistake and used my points for a (free any breakfast) instead of (free any omelet) manager said she couldn't do anything about it. That she never had a problem like that before that l can easily go to another ihop an get a free breakfast. i told her it's not a big deal I'll just pay she then tells me well it is a big deal because your making a big deal. As management she should be able to find a solution not embarrassed customers in front of other customers.

Horrible service. Waited in vain for 10+ minutes to make our order. They brought a pot of coffee and a glass of water. It was the worst coffee that any of us has ever tried. I went to IHOP in Parorama City this morning. I ordered food for 3 people to go. We get home take out the food and start eating it and everything taste nasty, no taste, chicken in my omelette was not fresh, food looked over cooked, sloppy looking….overall horrible food. Everyone taste their food and immediately said this breakfast taste nasty, no flavor sloppy looking it was bad. I ordered two coffees… weak, no taste, or coffee aroma smell to wake you up….you know like getting that extra boost to start your day. Wow!! I will not ever come back to IHOP. I’m so disappointed with this restaurant. I wish I would’ve cooked my own breakfast. I ordered 55.00 worth of disgusting food and had to disposed of it all plus the coffee and lost money. I’m so done!!!!

The customer service was really good when it came down to providing me drinks without the cups ever running dry. The food is a different story. The eggs were burnt, the meat was under cooked and blood was still coming from it,The pancakes were as if they had been sitting on the counter for a while because they were also called and served on a cold plate.. I'm used to that kind of treatment at Denny's but not at IHOP.

This is the strawberry and creme crepes I got served for my birthday brunch. when I asked for a refund Melissa (employee) refused. She was rude, talked over me on the phone and was blaming me because I didnt ask for the strawberry syrup and creme on the side. I come here all he time but when I order for pick up they always put the condiments on the side, it only make sense so the food doesn't get soggy. Avoid the head ache, the location on Ventura is much nicer and has better service. BTW Melissa sarcastically said "have a good day" knowing it was my birthday and I was displeased with the food and service.

I came for the green grinch pancakes with green whipped cream but they ran out of "green" whipped topping. I asked when it would be available. They said next week. The food was fine, but we came specifically for the Grinch theme and they didn't have the special items ready. We even asked if we could come back for it tomorrow, and they said it wouldn't be available then either. Hearts broken as Grinch fans, but mainly upset over the lack of preparation.

When we arrived a party of 11 had arrived before us, we were seated before them, as we waited patiently for our waiter “who’s name I sadly didn’t get” she brought our coffees and was totally blind to our existence after. And then comes the wait of a life time, a whole 20min until our food finally came, and it wasn’t if our waiter who brought our food, but the manager. Our waiter didn’t even apologize she just kept informing us! Worst place ever! People who had gotten there after us were already eating and while we waited for our waiter who was MAA…… Please save your time and MONEY!! And find another IHOP..

Update: Decided to give this place another try and the customer service is just awful. A woman standing by the cash register, decided to sit all the people that arrived after my senior mother and I. We asked why? She said “we called your name” we were sitting down for more than 25 min near her and she never called my name. She was super rude and yelled! How can you have a person with that attitude working there? Wish I had her name I’m taking this to corp. Will never come back to this place AGAIN! My senior mother, my baby and self went to eat breakfast a couple of minutes ago, when we came in the manager I believe asked "how many?" my mom said "we are 3." (she doesn't speak English fluently) so the manager (average fat guy light skin and bald) turned his attention towards another woman and seated her first and ignored us! So I told him "do we have to sign in or something?" He said "no just wait" and then 5 other people came and he also seated them! One of the hostess really short girl skinny just ignored us as well and seated other people that came a lot later than us. I felt descriminated just because my mom's English is not that fluent, she is a senior and no one should treat people her age like that!

Service was really horrible I asked for a Classic Crispy Chicken Sandwich on a multi grain bread it was suppose to come with melted cheese and the first time they brought the plate it had no cheese at all. I kindly asked the server to have them add cheese to make it the way it’s suppose to be. She came back with the sandwich with cheese but not melted the way it was suppose to be so I sent it back one more time and explain to the server that I wanted the cheese to be melted just the way I had it last time I was there. The server took my the plate and after around 3 minute came back with the plate once again the order was not correct so I asked her to cancel my order which he did. After I did that the manager came over, which was nice since I had not even requested to speak to him but I wish he had not come. He said he was sorry that my order was not make correctly and when I explain to him that I wanted the cheese melted just as it was at my daughter sandwich he said it’s a different sandwich and the cheese it’s suppose to be just the way it was when they brought your order. With respect I said thank you very much because I didn’t want to make a scene. He is the MANAGER on duty which mean that he was suppose to find out first what exactly happen before approaching my table. He made things worse. Towards the end when everyone was almost done eating I request the server whose name is Janette according to the receipt that I wanted the managers name and corporate number. She went ahead about her day and when we pay once again I asked for that information she did provide me with the name of the manager Victor, but said I should just google the number for corporate. My visit today by far has been the worse experience.

The whole atmosphere was so noisy. Other customers thought it would be okay to take multiple phone calls on speaker phone and try to speak louder than the other person. Staff seemed to want to chit chat amongst themselves and sing happy birthday at the top of their lungs even tho there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. I had asked for no pancakes with my meal and still got them almost delivered to my table. Manager looking lady got upset because I spoke up about not wanting the pancakes. Then after all that I just took my food to go cause I just couldn't take it anymore.

Sadly, this place is a dive. It is unkempt and run down. People were so busy with their side work orders were not brought out timely or together. Meals were not complete and cold. Dishes at other tables nit bused, so that was your view while eating. Bathrooms unavailable for half the time we were there. The server or manager adjusted the bill without me asking, but it didn't replace the whole experience.
