A short walk from Gare du Nord, I had a very similar food experience as I would have had in the US or Canada. The layout is the same and the menus are very similar.

The food was Ok, specially the beef, although it may lack enough salt. But the restaurant is too small and going out is like playing Tetris. Anyway, it's a cheap and friendly place to dine before going to a concert in the nearby.

out of all the subways i've been to in france, this is by far the worst one pain? y en a plus sauce? y en a plus cookies?? NONE not to mention the very dirty tables, floor and toilets this is the very first subway that didn't taste good to me, but hey, at least you get to feel like you're in a literal subway !

I am leaving one star for the service because we cannot give a negative review. This is the second time I am leaving a review for this particular branch of Subway and just as always, the staff is rude, they don't want to give stuff you ask for. This time they made an issue when I asked for tissue paper. If you cannot give tissue paper to customers especially even when they ask for it, you should not run a restaurant. I have loved Subway from India to Amsterdam to Belgium, to all other branches in France, even in other cities. Somehow this Subway thinks they are above everyone else. They are the absolute worst.

I’m regular Subway customer, and I like to eat it every where at anytime. This branch in Paris is extremely bad and dirty! The food is disgusting, and i got food poisoned. I’m very disappointed because it ruin my time in Europe, and this will be the last time to go to subway in Europe, and epically in France. If anyone wanted to enjoy the time in Paris i recommend not to eat subway.

I have been a loyal customer of Subway since over 12 years, and first time I was sincerely disappointed with the service and the staff. I RATED 1 ⭐ FOR THE SERVICE, YOU CAN CONSIDER IT IS NEGATIVE 5!!! Date: 18-March-2023 Timing: 14H00 Firstly, they seemed seriously offended while we were placing the order and asked to add salad and sauces as per our choice. Secondly, they charged me for 2 grand while 1 took 1 grand and one petit for myself and my friend, unfortunately I didn't check right away as I tapped my card, only after I paid, I checked and they again seemed offended. When I asked them to review the bill, they asked me to stand in the queue again and come and talk to them, all the while not even a sorry. Thirdly, when the manager came and told me I can take another cookie and a nachos gratin, I placed the order, but they were so offended, they didn't add anything to the nachos except the sauces. HORRIBLE SERVICE, Subway, I have visited your stores from India, to Spain, and across France, this is the first one where I am seriously offended, the least I expected was a "sorry".

The staff is very rude. I have never seen a staff like this in subway ( one guy's name is mouiaye. The other guys name isn't visible). Treat people with some respect man.
