Le tenía 5 estrellas pero me han hecho sentarme en dos ocasiones para después de muchos minutos decirme que ya no tienen, la segunda ocasión incluso le pregunte varias veces a la mesera antes de entrar y me dijo que si tenían. Le dejo 3 por qué de verdad me gusta el producto y sus precios son muy accesibles.

Tres estrellas porque los platillos están bien. Mi inconformidad es con las bebidas. Nunca tienen las bebidas que uno pide. Si hay un horario para servir las bebidas, sugiero que lo especifiquen en el menú.

La comida muy bien pero el servicio es deficiente, la mesera es amable pero es muy lenta, nuestros boneles llegaron fríos y muchas cosas del bufet no nos las dijeron hasta el final

I expected something worse after seeing what they said about this place but it wasn't that bad even though there was almost nothing just hotdogs and wings but even so everything was very good although we had to ask for things after ordering because they forgot or just didn't bring them 80% recommended

mal servicio, pedimos a domicilio ya va para 50 minutos de que pedimos y no es hora de que llegue, marcamos y nos dice que no está disponible siendo que el lugar sigue abierto

Tardaron 1 hora y 30 minutos en traer la comida y le entregaron comida la comida primero a personas que llegaron después que nosotros y no nos dieron la demás comida aún así.

Pedí un hotdog y unos aros de cebollas. El hotdog era pequeño (pedí el más simple) pero por el precio es comprensible 25$. Los aros de cebollas no son naturales, son de los congelados. Sin embargo, la atención es buena

Pésimo servicio muy lento 40 minutos después llegó mi amburgesa

Muy enfadado por el servicio, me trajeron los boneles con las salsas que quisieron y cuando les pregunté de que salsa eran me mintieron descaradamente, como si estuviéramos tontos. Última vez 🥲

Normalmente los boneless están crudos, siempre tienen tiempo de espera de 1hora aunque sea comedor, para llevar o a domicilio

Un mal pero mal servicio el repartidor se fue porque quiso acabando de salir se fue y no me entregó nada le volví a hablar y no me hizo caso

Más de una hora y fracción esperando a que me entregaran mi pedido, mejor fui a los tacos de la esquina.

Comenzaron muy bien hace un año, carecen de lo que dice el menú, se tardaron 60 min. En servir 2 hamburguesas y boneless con 5 mesas, los refrescos calientes, el aire acondicionado huele a agua hedionda y aún que no hace calor está sofocado Por eso los restaurantes truenan Creo que será la última vez que consumó aquí

Duraron mucho para atender,la comida estaba cara y no la trajeron hasta que reclamaron, los baños estaban sucios, nos lo querían dar gratis pero después dijeron que se acabaron los ingredientes, no recomendable

MALO! No vuelvo a hacer un pedido, quedan mal, no traen la comida y da por perdido el pedido. No se hacen responsables de ello. La comida ha caído mucho de su calidad, totalmente comida congelada que no vale la pena.

Los boneless están medio buenos lo pésimo es el servicio, las personas que están en mostrador te tratan como si te hicieran un favor, no les importa en lo absoluto el cliente y eso es lo más triste, que pena por los dueños que eso del personal les habla muy mal de ellos

Muy mal servicio, duramos más de una hora haciendo fila, para que al final nos levantaran de la mesa por ser más de 5 personas, pd. Esta bien que tomen medidas, pero deberían colocar información o letreros con las indicaciones para no perder el tiempo, ya que habíamos varios grupos de más de 5 personas haciendo fila.... Al final terminamos llendo a super wings y super recomendado

El servicio para llevar es súper malo tardan muchísimo (más de 1hra) apagan los celulares y te tratan mal si vas a la sucursal a preguntar, a de más no tiene mucha higiene a la hora de preparar los aderezos que van a poner para llevar super desagradable

Son muy prepotentes los que atienden, no tienen las aguas q ofrecen en los combos y le hablan a uno muy feo, me sentí ofendida.

Just because they couldn't lower the price, one of the burgers came with a rock in it. The only solution they offered was a discount on some extra ranch dressing we ordered, and the manager (or whoever was there) didn't do anything about it. The waitress was really nice.

Horrible food. I ordered a burger with boneless wings and fries for pickup. The guy answers the phone as if you were asking for credit, and it's on speakerphone, so with the music and voices in the background, you can't hear anything. He even gets annoyed because you can't understand him 🙄 I finally said thank you, and he didn't even reply; he just waited for me to hang up. The food was HORRIBLE—that's the best word to describe it. The burger was very meager and tasteless; it didn't even have any sauce. The boneless wings tasted like rancid oil and didn't have any ranch dressing. The fries also tasted like rancid oil. I'll never buy from there again. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Thanos fries are delicious, but whenever I order delivery, a rude girl answers and never wants to send me the fries. When the guy answers the phone, he's very friendly and doesn't make excuses for not delivering the food.

I hadn't had any problems with this place until the girl who served me didn't know how much the total was going to be and they sent me some dry papasthanos, with very little sauce and a smaller portion than usual. Like two other flavorless burgers, with poorly shredded chicken and they didn't even have the sauce and the fries were unsalted, plus they take a long time.

Terrible and horrible service, inefficient staff. The place is very cool, the food is delicious, but the service is completely poor. They're super slow, and then it's stupid that they charge for the topping as an extra. Plus, if you arrive and order, they serve those who arrive after you first. It's the worst, waiting for over an hour and a half for a couple of burgers. I mean, when you're not served by someone who doesn't know how to serve, you're served by a mean, rude, old woman who also doesn't know how to be helpful to customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL. Maybe a change of staff would help.

Terrible service. We arrived at 8:30 and it took an hour for our boneless dishes to be served. We ordered a buffet, and when we went to order a second course, they excused themselves by saying they were out of chicken. We only got to eat one dish and had to pay for the buffet at the regular price, of course. The funny thing is that I'd been there before, and like three or four times before, they always tell you they're out of chicken. They always use that excuse. I remembered why I haven't been there in a long time. They never have any chicken, according to them. The food is good, but the service is poor and bad.

Terrible experience, incredibly slow service. They brought dishes every five minutes, and we had to go and complain about the last one because it never arrived. By the time they served the last dish, the first one was already cold. They never have change for separate checks, and they even turned off the lights to make us leave. I paid by card, and they said they didn't have internet access, even though another customer had just paid. It took them almost ten minutes to ring me up. I hadn't been back since my last bad experience almost a year ago, and the treatment I received today reminded me why I never go there. I would give it zero stars, but I can't.

Ugh, what can I say without giving it an even worse reputation than it already has? It's best to leave it at that. I just hope it goes back to having the same service and attention for its customers. Its prices have always been the same, there's no complaint about those. And the dining room service needs to be a little faster because waiting two hours for your food is a loooooong time.
