We had a very nice visit to Andy's Coffe Shop for breakfast! We were visiting the area from Wyoming and looking for a casual atmosphere with down home food. Google reviews steered us right! Promptly seated and offered coffee. We both had the Andy's breakfast, 1 sub of a pancake instead of toast. The bill was $46 for 2 pre-gratuity. Fun diner atmosphere and huge portions. Hashbrowns were perfectly crispy, as was the bacon. The hot sauce served with the eggs was delicious! Friendly service and managed the crowd well when they got very busy around 930am!
We visited this place on a Sunday before 9 a.m., so we walked right in without a wait. I love the old school diner vibe, and this place was exactly what I was looking for. The staff was friendly and nice, and we loved our plates. The egg gravy and biscuits were especially tasty, and the English muffins were nice, soft, and fresh. Even though our food took a little while to come out, everything was perfect. We'll definitely be back!
This place is a classic. The corn beef hash and eggs were delicious and a great portion. The weather is rancheros with rice and beans were delicious and a huge portion a little spicy delicious. The location is clean. The staff is super friendly pictures on the wall. I really really neat 10 out of 10 we’re totally recommend. Just remember they’re closed on Tuesdays.
A solid spot for breakfast. They have a very extensive menu that is served all day, along with lunch options after 11am. Decent portions and fair prices. The food was pretty good and well presented. I do not know how the sausage was made and it is probably better if it stays that way but it was super tasty and juicy.
Lovely classic diner with great food and great service. The classic diner vibes are amazing. The Mexican specialties are particularly good but you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. It’s a neighborhood mainstay.y
A long lasting place, portion is decent, looks like a neighborhood community, feels like a scene in TV or film, saw many families and friends came together.
Great tasting food. Authentic Mexican flavor. During their rush hour ( Typically 9:30 AM to 12:30PM) service might be a bit slow, so be patient, it is very well worh it. Their refried beans are the best. Overall this will be one of the top 5 breakfast places on my list.
I really enjoyed going to Andy's Coffee Shop with my girlfriend for Sunday brunch. It's a busy spot but we got seated quickly. The interior has a ton of old Americana charm. The food and service was surprisingly good for the low key atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back. Great for a low key diner experience.
Nice little diner that I wanted to try out after a hike in the local mountains. Got the corned beef hash and it was definitely worth it. Little bit more on the pricier side, but you get your monies worth. Service was great and would definitely come back!
The waitress is Very attentive, and fast food delivery for my son's pancakes. Great black coffee! Got high chairs and booster seats too. Lots of booths for four or two. And one booth for larger parties. Ordered a fruit bowl and it came with more than just honeydew and grapes, NOW THATS WHAY I CALL A FRUIT BOWL! 👍🏻😃 Omelette is super packed and salsa isn't spicy but full of flavor!
I had a relaxing time eating brunch. I had a cup of coffee, ice water with a slice of lemon in it and ate Chilequiles. The Chilequiles was deeeeeelicious! 😋 I would definitely go back and recommend this restaurant to others as well.
Just a really cool old-school coffee shop. It took a while to get our food, but the quality was worth it. Our waitress also happened to be the owner, and she was super sweet. My friend had blueberry pancakes and said they were amazing. My biscuits and gravy were great also.
Great portions and attentive staff Today they were understaffed and some things were off, however, the owner is the best. She is a treasure.
Spacious diner that looks unassuming on the outside but plenty comfy on the inside. On weekend mornings, every table’s full but the turnover time works out perfectly so you’d never wait long for a seat. The breakfast burrito is really good!!

Great everything but especially good corned beef hash.

I liked Andy's... Wasn't sure what to expect but I was pleased. Coming from the southern part of this country I actually enjoyed the food. The biscuits were good the gravy isn't southern basamel type gravy but it was good more of a chicken stock for mashed potatoes gravy (that's for the southers, if you know you know.) They have grits!! Which was a plus for me. Overall I liked it and plan on returning.

A decent Mexican themed diner in Pasadena. I would say that Russell’s is my favorite diner in Pasadena followed by Shakers but Andy’s is a nice option if you are in the area. They have a much smaller menu compared to some of the other competitors and inside is quite small as well. They don’t have outdoor seating so everything will be indoors and if it’s crowded be prepared to wait. We had to wait about 10 minutes for our table for two to be ready for our Saturday brunch. They don’t have a dedicated parking lot however street parking is fairly easy to find in this part of town. Pricing is fair and our server was pretty nice although took quite some time for the drink refills and to check in on us. As mentioned this is more of a Mexican themed diner. All diners in Los Angeles are one of four to me. The traditional retro LA diner, the country diner, the Asian diner, and the Mexican diner. This being Mexican due to the amount of Mexican dishes on the menu, clientele, and staff. As someone from San Diego I don’t mean this is a negative thing, actually something that I really like and prefer even though I myself am not Hispanic. For my order I chose the Huevos à la Mexicana and did enjoy it although I felt that there was too much liquid, everything was a bit too wet, but still had some nice flavors. Overall, I would recommend if you are in the area and I would definitely give it another try again in the future.
Cute little diner in Pasadena. Service was just ok, but she was alone until another gentleman came in approx 30 minutes later. The drinks are over priced $3 for coffee, soda, tea, or hot chocolate. Everything else on the menu was priced fair with good portion sizes. The waitress suggested the cole slaw, said it was fresh and it was very good. My sandwich was great and my friends enjoyed their food. I would come back if I was in the area. Also there is only street parking available for 1 hour. This was a problem since we had to move our cars right as our food was coming out. :(
Great place to grab a breakfast. Prices are pretty high but the food is good and service was decent.

I’m totally not happy about even having to make this review, but I am just so confused by the ignorance of the business… I had a great waitress and my girlfriend had a terrible meal mine was good . But I went to the restroom and it flooded thru the floor and water was squirting out the pipes all over me and my new clothes! I have video footage… I only asked for money for new shoes and clothes because I smell like sewage but they didn’t have the courtesy to make it right for me. Now it’s litigation against a company I actually like and respect. It’s different and difficult to understand but it’s business.
Waited an hour for our food to arrive, when it finally arrived my French toast was cold, the bacon was disgusting. The only edible thing were my egg whites. Waiter never came to check up on us even while we were waiting. There was another table that also waited an hour for their food who were visibly just as upset.
