WOWWWW!!! Incredible experience. Got a meyer lemon cupcake while I waited for my sandwich and it was so fresh and delicious. The cream cheese frosting was addicting and the cake was very moist and dense. So satisfying. I REALLY enjoyed my tuna melt sandwich. The perfect amount of salt, celery crunch and chopped red onions paired with the meltiest cheese. Such crunchy sourdough! YUM. The side salad came with a spicy mustard dressing and it was soooo refreshing with a little kick. I will be coming back very often! New favorite cafe ❤️

My company ordered about 60+ food boxes for our catered lunch. Dots has the cutest takeaway boxes! Their grilled chicken sandwich is the best! Has an amazing sauce with so much flavor (garlic aioli and onions do a jig in your mouth) and the butter ciabatta bun was the finishing touch!! Inside the box is a sandwich, fries, cupcake in a cute little box, and utensils and ketchup packets. Oh and the lid has an adorable drawing for kids to color on, it’s such a unique touch! I highly recommend getting Dots cafe for your lunch and especially work catered lunches. Made our work day extra fun (felt like a kid asking coworkers to trade cupcakes and see what flavors they had)!

They have only been open for about a month! The new location ( Cafe) is very bright, inviting, spacious and fun! Tons of high and low seating. (lots of highchair for the younger crowd!) Great breakfast and lunch varieties. Kids menu available too! Breakfast, lunch, cupcakes, coffee and teas to enjoy. Parking is kinda small and awkward but still do able. No changing table in the men's restroom though. But there is room to put one... So maybe that's something they are adding soon.

First time here. I discovered this place on Postmates out of curiosity and it was even better than I expected! My order came faster than I thought, I ordered the bento box and lavender lemonade and they were delicious! Not only did the food and drinks taste good, they look good too, which was a bonus! The way they packaged everything was so adorable and sweet. It looks like they took their time and made sure each order was special. Every thing looked neat and carefully packed and I even saw my name handwritten on the postmates tag. I felt really special and loved when I opened the box, the handmade artwork printed on the lid made my heart melt ♥ The lavender lemonade drink itself as well as the cup design was so beautiful and picture-worthy to look at. The mini cupcake that came with the bento deal, (I got fleur de sel flavor) was delicious as well! And had its own small cute gift box that was fun to open. Overall, I'm amazed with this place and would definitely recommend to friends and family. Probably the best thing I ordered by far!

We stopped by Dot’s Cafe after some google digging for a good coffee in the area and we were NOT disappointed! This place is amazing! Probably the best lavender oat milk latte I’ve ever had and that’s a lot considering I’m a barista myself lol. My boyfriend got the cold brew with almond milk and it was also top notch. Seriously, if you’re in the area, grab a coffee from here. The girls working were also super sweet and made us feel very welcome.

Kids love coming here. It’s a special treat when we grab cupcakes or lunch at this place. Don’t have to say much about what to expect here… seasonal cupcakes and tasty sandwiches, salads for lunch. Love their variety of food and it’s a little bit more festive this time of year with their holiday decorations.

Long overdue review. During covid, I survived on their delicious family meals. I followed their Instagram page religiously, always wanting to try their new foods. Not only are their foods delicious, but also their desserts! They also give away free goodies from time to time. Some of my favorites include the any of beef dishes and chicken Parmesan. I can safely say this is the one thing I miss since moving out of LA.

I came here specifically for the cupcakes, and I was not disappointed. I'm so happy they had mini sizes and I was able to try 5 flavors (without making myself sick!) My favorite was the fleur de sel cupcake with its hint of salt on top. The red velvet, peanut butter, chocolate strawberry, and cookies and cream flavors were all good too. Moist cake and not overly sweet frosting. If I didn't live 300+miles away, I'd be back for more!

this place is very cute with a big reasonably priced menu. i liked the decor a lot and the seating options. this place just has a cute vibe. my cupcake honestly wasn’t my favorite but it wasn’t bad.

Really good. The baked goods are fresh and of the highest quality. My latte was pefect. The atmosphere inside is nice and cozy. Next time I come here (and I will come back again) I will try a few of the different lubch options they have.

The food here is fire 🔥 - my fave is the absolutely delicious breakfast sandwich, with its fluffy eggs and brioche bun, but honestly all of the breakfast items are fantastic. Good coffee, great lunch sandwiches, but their “happy hour” deals are killer. Not to mention the cupcakes and desserts are killer! This might be the most underrated food spot in Pasadena. But I haven’t even mentioned the best thing about this place - the family meals that they offer from Tues-Friday every week, rotating meals all the time, not one repeated meal all month, are massive, delicious and one of the best deals in California. They can feed a huge family for one night but we usually stretch out the meal over the course of several meals per week. Insane. Bonus points: the owners might be the biggest Dodgers fans in LA. They even work with the team! Only drawback is the café, as cute as it is, is a bit empty most of the time. That’s good if you want a quiet spot to work and grab a bite, but ultimately it’s best as a grab and go spot right off the freeway.

Its great for your party, with $ 24.75 you got a dozen mini cupcakes with many flavor such as : Red velvet, strawberry shortcake, vanila squarer, chocolate coconut, and for special flavor that only made on friday/saturday/sunday they got rasberry lemon and passionfruit. Its complete your party with cute cupcakes and great taste!

There is almost nothing I enjoy more than the perfect breakfast burrito. I’ve combed through a lot of LA and had countless renditions, dots is very high on my list of favorites. I got the ultimate breakfast burrito and it was delicious I’ve already been back a second time. The eggs were fluffy and creamy and pared perfectly with the cheese and avo as any true Californian appreciates. What can’t be looked passed is the crispness of the bacon. No soggy bacon here. Reasonably priced, totally worth it given the taste and portion sizes. Also pictured is the ultimate breakfast sandwich another very solid option that will not disappoint, pro tip add the sundried tomato mayo. I’ve yet to eat the cupcakes but if they are anything close to the breakfast they will be the cherry on top of a perfect meal. Overall dots is a great location for a brunch and for those who have sweet teeth like me. The bright floral aesthetic and calming vibes make for a great start to a lazy Sunday.

I came in after a DMV appt (Pasadena location) and it was great. I grabbed toast with berries and cream cheese and a Rose Latte with almond milk. Very nice spot to stop by and grab a coffee. Next time I will have to try a cupcake.

We used Dots Cupcakes for our wedding and were thrilled with how our desserts turned out! Our guests loved the cupcakes and we know several people took some home for a post-wedding snack :) We booked their wedding package, which included a small cake for cutting and fresh flowers for decoration. It was really nice to have the cake for cutting so we could get those photos, while still being able to serve a variety of cupcake flavors to our guests. The fresh flowers looked lovely and the staff at Dots made sure to consider our wedding color scheme when selecting the flowers. Despite our venue being 40 miles from Pasadena, they delivered our cupcakes for only a small additional fee. Their communication over email was prompt and helpful, and they were patient with us as we worked out our wedding details over several months. We would recommend Dots for a wedding! Don't even know that Dots cafe sells family meals until my cousin tells me about it. My wife and I decided to try their Father's Day dinner special. For $130, I think it is worth it, the amount of food can last for 2-3 days. The ribeye has great flavor, tender and easy to chew, especially for my kids. The salad is refreshing. Potato Gratin and the Spinach Cream are a little on the salty side. The peanut chocolate dessert is excellent, moist and flavorful, not too sweet. I will definitely try their weekly dinner meals when I am too lazy to cook.

I love coming here for breakfast and cupcakes. So tasty and light flavors..I have tried most cupcakes and nothing is too sweet or over powering...today I tried the bakers choice of BP&J cupcake...as a person who doesn't enjoy peanut butter too much it was amazing..the way the peanut frosting blended with the jelly it was so yummy! I also grabbed a daily special with a vanilla latte and a bacon breakfast sandwich! They also offer meal preps and lunch! I love their small gift area also for cute mini honey jars and miscellaneous things like candles and dog toys!

October 2022 A little hidden gem. Such an adorable place! Vibrant colors, plants decor, great lighting and plenty of cupcakes to chose from! The cupcakes are so unique!!!! They also offer breakfast and lunch! You can spend hours here relaxing and eating ! They also offer take out :)

Such a charming little bakery! I absolutely loved the wallpaper and pink décor—just so dreamy! Their carrot cake cupcake and chocolate cupcake were both super moist and full of flavor. Service was outstanding, and the cupcakes are very reasonably priced. I will definitely be returning!

They r good in quality and in taste and feeds a family of 4 and I have been ordering the family meals once a week and this week I ordered TWICE. They take pre orders and pre payment for their family meals. I pre ordered this Wednesday and picked it up and everything was great. I also pre ordered 4 DAYS BEFOREHAND to pick up this Friday and they confirmed my ordered. My family and I really liked their food and this Friday they had a family meals with steak, pasta and cookies that we really really wanted to try. I told my kids about dots and their meals since this Monday. They liked this Wednesday’s so we were so excited about the Friday family meals and we were so looking forward to it and everyday this week I was prepping my family and saying oh they have steak and pasta and cookies! So I drove the family to the Santa Anita mall and had a great time and told them on the way home we will pick up dinner at dots and they were so excited. We arrived at dots and I went inside to pick up my order and they TOLD ME THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY??? I’m like what do you mean, I pre ordered 4 days ago. I don’t get it. The owner lady said someone came in to pick up the last one? Huh?? I preordered and confirmed the order for pick up and they gave the last one to some other person? How does this happen?? All she did was apologize and didn’t even make me feel any better or remedy the situation. I told my family about this dinner 4 days ago and prepped them and they were so happy but I walked out of dots with nothing! Being sorry doesn’t feed my family. What does pre ordering and pre paying do when they don’t even honor it ?? She said they made the exact amount of preorders. Obviously not! Someone messed up bad and gave my food away or didn’t make enough food. I don’t even know what happened. I felt so bad. I had to walk to the car empty handed and my family kept asking me what happened and I had to tell them they didn’t have our food and we had to go somewhere else for dinner. They were so disappointed to the point of almost crying and I felt so bad and felt helpless. This whole experience was horrible. I regret counting on dots to deliver. I was a loyal customer but not anymore. I was going to order for next week for Christmas Eve. They are doing a prime rib family meal for $175. Expensive but was gonna order at least 3 for a family party but not anymore. I don’t want to show up empty handed and can’t trust that I would even get my food I preordered. I rather go to an establishment that actually puts customers first and knows what they are doing. If they mess up, take the blame and at least make me or my family feel better but I walked out of there feeling ill to my stomach. To see your kids faces so sad is just heartbreaking.
