Quick place to get a sandwich on Colorado Blvd. Food is pretty good quality and extremely fast. One of the few sandwich places that's walking distance from Old Town Pasadena.

Ordered 40 box lunches for a work team meeting. Placed the order online, and followed up with a phone call to Paige the manager. The order was ready to pickup at the scheduled time and was neatly packaged. The colleague who picked it up said the process was really smooth. My team enjoyed the lunches. I would definitely order again if I need to feed a large group.

I eat here all of the time. I've always had fast and delicious sandwiches here. The service here is great! If you order delivery at peak times, you may have to wait; that's just how it is. I've never seen these guys wasting time or slacking. Hard working crew!

Food was good; tried the Vito and the Mediterranean wrap. Food was quickly made and we appreciate the service. Nicely hit the spot while stopping in the city!

Omg awesome. Everyone is on the ball. No goofing off. No one was on their cell phones. Nor talking about private personal things, no gossiping. Best of all they all had a smile. They are focused on the customer. I was parked in a 15 minute parking space. Was in and out fast. The Sandwich was worth the visit. Best bread, ingredients are fresh. It was a good size sandwich. Will definitely go back.

Original Review: The only reason I’m giving “service” a one star is because the management hasn’t optimized when and when not to have more staff working. I ordered online about 30minutes before walking over to pick up my order and there is currently 9 other people waiting for their orders. There is one staff member currently working behind the counter, taking orders and making the sandwiches. This worker was amazing and very kind but I’m sure the work load is stressful. I will come back but I encourage the management to have more staff working during the lunch.

Worker said ACTUAL updated hours for this location are: 🕖M-Sat 11am-7pm, Sunday 11am-4pm.🕢 This franchise hours are not the same as website and worker said owner hasn't put updated hours sign yet but these are official hours.

So far just had their cookies because of Keith from TikTok, just like Keith said, they're great! Had all three, chocolate chip, oatmeal and red velvet, all of them ON POINT.

Jimmy John's has good sandwiches but they would be 10x better if they were toasted. I don't want to bite into a sandwich so cold that my teeth hurt on a 35° day. Hot turkey bacon with melted provolone would be wonderful! Too bad Quiznos imploded. They are the ones who forced Subway to change their business model and start toasting sandwiches. BTW there is still a Quiznos down by the Coliseum. Mmm mmm toasty! Update: I believe Jimmy John's is now toasting their sandwiches. About time!

Don't know if it was just because it was a down time during 6 pm, but they acted like they could care less and the guy that made my food gave it to someone else. I had to speak up to the other customer so he didn't walk out with my order. This place is the Empire Record's of sandwich shops. Watch the movie you'll understand.

Must have been an off day because I've heard good things about this store. But unfortunately for me, it's a "first time last time" for me. Bread was as hard as leather and there wasn't much tuna in this tuna sandwich. I didn't take it back as the person I was with was almost done and I didn't want to run late back to work

Ordered online almost an hour ago for ASAP pickup. They started making it when we arrived even though they weren't busy. Now they're pretending like they care or are gonna do something about it by asking me to contact them below. I did so more than a week ago and haven't heard anything since.

We had a bad experience, there were several problems but the worst was our order of #6 the Veggie. It is supposed to be PROVOLONE & AVOCADO SPREAD cucumber, lettuce, tomato & mayo. We asked for extra cheese and pickles. What we got was really weird. I can't image what they were thinking. It was bread, cucumber, lettuce and mayo. No extra cheese, no cheese at all, no pickles, no avocado, no tomato.

So i went there last week, the guy made the best sandwich i tasted but said the only side i can get is the chips which is wrong, week later i went in they made the sandwich different and it tasted salty and was small bread thin roll, today i went in and the guy said sorry after i left and called back, to complain i said no chees he put cheed and several of the freebies add on sides i wanted werent added on, bad service with a really high price, im not going there any more!

I have been coming to this place for a few months already, but compared to other Jimmy John's, this is the worse one. I am surprised because Pasadena supposed to be a customer friendly City, not the case. I have been noticing little attitudes here and there from day one. But today was ridiculous, I bought 2 tuna sandwiches and they forgot to put mayonnaise on both of them. When, I called them up, they said that tuna sandwiches don't come with mayo, what a bunch of BS! I will never come to this place ever again, and I will convince my coworkers not to buy from here, and let's see how the owner of this POS place feels about it.

Food is usually good and they close at 9. Placed a pick up order at 730 and they called me saying they cant fulfill it because they ran out of wheatbread and on top of that closed an entire hour and a half early. I wonder if this is an atlas franchise

First it was stated that they didnt have a restroom then when I asked him where he went to use the restroom - 'Restroom is for employees only.' Who does this? Unfortunately, I paid for my food - or I wouldn't have eaten here. Sandwich wasn't bad, but it will not be hard for me to avoid any other Jimmy John's in the future. Will not ever be back here and don't plan on frequenting any of their other establishments.

The website shows they close at 9pm I tried ordering online at 8 and my order wouldn't go through I tried ordering twice and both times didn't go through, I went in person to order the place was closed and it wasn't even 8:30pm yet. I checked my bank account and I was charged twice for the food I didn't even get or order. This is unacceptable

We were trying to redeem an offer that was expiring that day, and they closed 1+ hours before Google listing stated. Thanks for wasting our time!

Tried to place a to-go order online 20 minutes before close. The employee called me and told me he had already thrown out the food for the night and cancelled my order.

I work in the area. This is one of the few sandwich spots in town and it is almost always out of bread or closed. FIVE TIMES I’ve tried to eat here and was turned away during normal business hours. And the one time they were open… they got my order wrong. Do not give your money to this location. Anywhere but here.
