There are four other Starbucks near my house, but this one is by far my favorite. My go-to order is a coffee and a coffee cake, and this location always gets it just right. Unlike the others that tend to overheat it, here the coffee cake comes out soft, warm, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious every single time. Consistency and quality—that’s why this spot will always be my first choice!

This is my fave Starbucks, and every single time I come here I have such a pleasing experience. If there’s a line, it goes by quickly, our order is always done right. I always get a vanilla latte with coconut milk and my daughter a caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino. I swear it’s made with love. Every person I have spoken to are so nice with such gracious and excellent etiquette. I drive out of my way where 4 Starbucks’s are closer because of the service and quality of everything I receive. I just really appreciate the team there always! :)

This location had fast and friendly service. I would have to say they were a bit messy. I got my drink with chocolate all over the outside of my cup. I would recommend window service at this location. There is usually a lot of traffic in the drive thru.

I visited on Christmas day, and I ordered my usual order, which includes a lot of scoops of the dragonfruit inclusions (freeze dried fruit), but I was watching the entire time when I saw that the girl making it only put 3 scoops of the fruit in it. When they handed it to me, I told the manager that his employee only put 3 and I asked for 10. Now, as a former Starbucks barista, I know what they are supposed to do, which is take it back and do it right. Apparently I went to the one Starbucks that doesn't have to follow the company standard, because the supervisor then took the employees side and told me that I was wrong. "I didn't see it correctly, because she said she did". I won't be going there until I get some sort of correction to this wrong. Whatever happened to "the customer is always right"?

Dont come here. Stopped by before work and the staff just flat out ignored me. One staff member jist sat on his phone goofing around while they all laugh at stuoid jokes. Management needs to intervene and re-educate staff on customer service behavior

Worst experience ever drive thru, gave me wrong order yell at me when I told her even tho, window close she literally back bad about me while I listen. To her coworker Jackie slaming thing around because she had to redo drink,. And manager Timothy just told me okay whatever. Worst starbucks ever

My iced caramel macchiado was made with oat milk or Splenda it was something different about it, unreal.

I went to this place to buy my coffee and then after two minutes, I just come back to place I ask a cup of water is over there, employer was saying, I cannot give you a water because you have to be purchased something. I just told her I just purchased my coffee here she was saying I need to approve for receipt and then I just left this place.

I would have liked any shade to seat. No indoor seating either

Came here with my mom at 12:17pm store 29985. Went to the walk up window because there was no one there and the drive thru had a huge line. She was helped by a tall slender boy with brown hair wearing a mask. He was not friendly in the slightest. She ordered a cold brew with sugar free vanilla, cinnamon and light heavy cream and she ended up waiting for over 20 minutes, when we finally went up to the window to ask about the drink it had been sitting there the whole time but the partner who took the order decided he didn’t want to call it out. I work at a drive thru Starbucks myself and can tell you that if we were to ignore a customer just because we were having a bad day it would not be accepted in the slightest. Sucks that she had to have that experience. I get it, drive thrus are busy, but it shouldn’t be so hard to be decent to others.

The service here is not friendly. Employees don't seem like their happy to be working there. I would recommend some customer service training. If I were you, I'd go to the Starbucks near Vons. I promise you will have a way better experience.
