This Starbucks location was recently remodeled and is now all about the drive thru and carry out coffee business. It no longer has any tables or chairs. When I visited, there was a constant line of at least ten cars in the drive thru and there were a lot of staff members in the store. I counted eight baristas and there may have been more in the back room. It's a well oiled machine cranking out good quality coffee and tea beverages quickly. If you are heading south on Lake Ave and need a quick coffee this is your place.
The staff here are soo nice. They have the place very clean, in tip top shape and they welcome you as you come in fairly quickly. Customer service is amazing. I ordered a traveler and the girl asked how many cups I needed for the traveler and if I needed small lids. No one has ever asked me if I need lids. I appreciated the customer service. This place does not have much parking but the place is cute and has about 10 tables. Very happy with my service today. Hope this review helps you decide. Blessings!
These guys work their butts off. The drive-thru is their priority with lines out to the main street, but takeout service is still quick and convenient. Seating is sparse, so plan on taking out vs staying in.
WOW completely remodelarte extremely clean and tidy, it been a pleasure to see this Starbucks, how they care for provide a clean environment. Thank you to all the staff for the effort.
Fast even though the drivethru is packed. Inside is nice and speady. Baristas nice also.

The food and drinks here were amazing and the employees were so awesome. But there was much much older lady (who I'm guessing was the manager) essentially yelling at her workers and was baffling to hear her talk to her employees like that epecially being that much older. But besides that everything else here was awesome.
I love going to this location! It’s super close to my job so I’m really here everyday and let me tell you the people who work the window are the most sweetest people ever! I really appreciate all there hard work! My drink is always the way I order it and it’s always consistent! I LOVE this location!!! Great job to you all!!! And when I do get food here it’s always hot and fresh! Thank you!
I was really craving coffee at about 10pm and this was the closest location open till 11pm . Whoever was working 9/5/25 for night shift god bless you!!! My usual was bussin , especially with the amount of workers they had for the night they made sure it was top quality. Much appreciated! 🥹
Never disappoints. Never ever. I just wish I could make a cup of coffee as good as the baristas there do. And it never matters the time of day. Anytime it’s always good. Another great beverage served is the Strawberry Açaí Refresher. I always have mine with no water, light ice, peach juice and extra whip. Of course there is an up charge for some of the additional items added like the peach juice but it’s well worth it. It’s also good adding a bit of lemonade as well. Their Caramel Macchiato is pretty good with a little drizzle of caramel on the top. You know, all their drinks are good and so are the foods they sell. Sometimes the drive up line is long but it’s always worth the wait or just run inside to pick up your drink. There is also an app for ordering ahead. They now have curbside pickup. Also, check out this devine tea. Black tea, no water and shaken with one packet of Sweet n Low. Yum!
Great protein boxes, refreshers, and the workers are very nice! Also very peaceful besides the banging of cups on tables.
I craved my favorite drink and had to use the restroom.. NO RESTROOM 😩 receiving and order placed inside was so slow, but staff is nice.... there was only 1 person in front of the line, and several cars received their drinks way before mine... so there's no need to go inside. Order through the drive thru. They don't have seating inside. But at least the drive thru seemed to move pretty quickly.
This location has pretty random lobby hours. Sign says 5am but they say they open at 6 or 630 depending on who knows what so if you have a mobile order you’ll still need to wait in line at the drive through rather than run in and grab your order.
Not a good drive thru experience at all. Very Lackluster to say the very least.
Placed my order online so I can walk in and out. Instead I waited 15 minutes longer than the actual pickup time. They were giving people that walked in and placed their order ahead of mine. When I asked about my drink Riley said he was working on it but instead kept making everyone else’s drinks. Once asking another person they immediately made my drink.

Stop by to get my cold brew tasted kinda water down not as strong as other cold brews. Brought it up to the barista that handed me my drink other than that baristas were friendly and kind.
This is the only Starbucks I ever have issues with. I always order the same thing at every Starbucks a venti vanilla sweet cream cold brew and it always comes out like in the pictures displayed, except for this location. I sent back my order because it was nothing but cream on my coffee, and when I got back my order, they made sure to fill the cup completely of ice from top to bottom. The only reason I gave two stars is because the drive-thru lady did a great job.

The food and beverages were low quality. The cashier was very rude and took forever. I don't see myself going back. I'm taking my business to smaller mom and pop family owned coffee shop.
The manager lady here was so rude! I went in to get a cup of water to take my pills. I spend approximately $50.00/month at Starbucks and she REFUSED to give me a cup of water unless I bought something! That is ridiculous! I told her I’m a regular customer in San Marino, and I actually have 297 bonus points and I showed my Starbucks app with my transaction history. August has over $50.00 purchases. She didn’t care and she turned her back on me and walked away!!! Teach your staff up here in the hood better!! No wonder there were no customers inside. In San Marino store (near my home), they are so friendly and ALWAYS busy!

This place said they have no restrooms. So I take it that their employees run to the nearest fast food chain to use the restroom. They have a long bar with no chairs. Then why have an open a location that is not accommodating at all for walk-ins?
I never leave bad reviews so it took a lot to write this! Terrible place-drink burned my tongue so bad that it still is raw several hours later. Barista seemed more interested in getting money than making a decent drink. The drink was nit even made right...Not the first time the service has been bad there. Some employees are arrogant and rude to customers. I will not go back. There are enough nice baristas and other Starbucks to visit. This locations gives the brand a bad name!
I dropped in to get a glass of ice water and was informed that they were no longer providing that service. Everyone doesn't want something sweet to quench their thirst so that's a terrible change in policy!
Even though coffee is good it's a little pricy and they always almost force you to choose a tip $1,$2 $5 and it's better to carry just exact cash! If people like they would leave a tip esspecally they have a box for it as well why force it!
Unfortunately they can’t follow simple directions, and they are lazy . Went in the drive thru I ordered a matcha frap . Almond milk , esspresso shot in the bottom and whip cream . They gave it to me blended and the cashier said it’s just like that . Mind you I always order the same thing so I know the exact taste and look . Eventually after me saying it several times. They took it and they put and espresso shot and than poured the same drink into another cup . Now it tastes straight like caffeine not a hint of matcha ! I’m honestly pissed . That is so lazy . Like do it right the first time and if you make a mistake . Please fix it and don’t half fast it . These are lazy people just don’t go in the drive thru . Make sure you guys watch them if they mess up your order ! What a waste of money .
I was visiting my favorite Starbucks when there seemed to be a commotion. It appeared that the District Manager seemed to be upset because there was a homeless man outside waiting for donations. I see this guy all the time and he’s friendly, polite, never causes a problem and not ever aggressive. Well, Jennifer Vanderpool, the District Manager, doesn’t like homeless people. She forced the store manager to tell him to leave. He doesn’t have to!!! He isn’t doing anything wrong. She called the police, who were great by the way! Jennifer lied to the police and wanted police to arrest him. She was so upset that nothing could be done because the homeless guy is not breaking the law!!! The only thing good about my visit was how comical this Karen was. I thought Starbucks did sensitivity training??? They don’t have cameras at this location but I do and I will be informing corporate on how unprofessional this employee represents their brand. There are great employees at this store and they love my friend outside as much as I do.
They aren't really open until 10:00 p.m.. I walked over because I do not have a car and was told that I'd have to go through the drive-thru because the front doors were locked. If you are going to say that you're open until 10:00 everything should be open until 10:00 or you should indicate that only to drive through is open until 10:00.
Ordered a soy chai from here which is my regular drink from drive though only to realize after I reached my destination that the soy milk was spoiled in it. At least I was completely grossed out that I won’t be wasting $$$ ordering this drink anymore as I never want to drink it again.
Had a pick up order I got my coffee but they forgot to put out my other item i had to go up to the counter to ask about it, the whole time it was sitting right behind them. I was waiting 7 minutes for an item they just forgot to put in the right place.
I went to Starbucks around 11:30-11:40 and placed an order through drive through. I’m not sure who was on the other side, but they were STUPID disrespectful, my boyfriend who was with me who never speaks up about things like this, even noticed and was disappointed and disgusted by the attitude she gave. As a barista myself there is not reason to treat your customers like this what so ever.
I am a regular at Starbucks! This location can never get my drink right. It’s ridiculous having to turn around mid drive because my drink taste like crap.
Came here for a meeting, wasn’t greeted like the other customers (hopefully it was just that I didn’t hear) but it was not clean. The floors were dirty. I even saw a ball of weave hair on the floor. It was leftover trash on the tables and they too (the tables) were not clean. They were fast getting the orders out.
This is unacceptable, a $6 drink that’s not even full, it looks like someone already drank out of it. I have no issue with starbucks I go to this establishment quite often. The last few times I have gone I keep receiving my drink this way. At first I thought they were having a bad day, but now it’s every time. I won’t be spending $6 on a drink when it’s not going to be full. It’s just not up to Starbucks standards.
